I didn't care for this one as much as the first book in this "Billionaire Builders" trilogy. I chose not to review it for my blog as I found Tristan to be kind of a possessive jerk.

Jennifer post writes a good story and her characters are easy to connect with. All or Nothing at All was a good book and one I would go back and read.

HGTV with real life Pierce brothers sold! Second chance romance of finding your first love again when you are at your most emotional lowest. Tristan has established a life away from his family and even went to another coast to do so, forced to come back his killing him.
Syndey and Tristan are now thrown together and the sparks are flying again. Finding love and uncovering secrets that need to be said.

I’m a sucker for second chances romances especially when the couple grew up together. So it was a no brainer I would be ALL over this book! Tristan and Sydney started a ‘relationship’ as teens. Tristan has a tough family life and he decides to leave for New York. Tristan wants Sydney to go with him but she refuses. As the story progresses you find out the reason why and it’s a big one. Talk about intense! Eventually the secrets are revealed and as to be expected there are all types of emotions. I get why Sydney did what she did but I wish she would have come cleaner soon. Tristan eventually came back to town and you have been around him for two WHOLE years and didn’t say anything. I felt that was mean. I get that he’s a jerk but he still should have been told. Tristan was something else at times, he could be a real jerk and honestly I didn’t like his character. Even though Sydney had her faults she was human and easy to relate to and I liked her character a lot. Sydney was strong, fierce, a go getter and someone I can see myself being friends with in real life. As a fan of the series I am happy that all the brothers found peace and everything worked out in the end.

Every book I read from Jennifer Probst keeps me entertained from the first chapter. When I first read the blurb, I thought it sounded like it's been done before but I wanted to read it. It was a feel-good story and sounded heartwarming, so I requested it. I wasn't disappointed. I loved the heroine and the hero. It was like Property brothers. They really cracked me up and were so wonderful together, with some awesome chemistry and tension that's sometimes lacking in other books that can feel forced. I absolutely adored it. I would recommend this to anyone that likes sweet romance with some sexy thrown in for good measure.

I felt this story was rather dull and typical. I was hoping to feel a spark between the characters and really get into their characters but this fell short for me.

I love HGTV so the description of this really grabbed my attention. I will say that otherwise this is a pretty typical romance. I've enjoyed the previous series by the same author more.

This is Tristan and Sydney's story. Tristan is the middle brother of the Pierce brothers. Tristan states what he wants and goes forth. Sydney is thoughtful and looks at the whole picture. It seems that he and Sydney are at odds most of the time. In this well written story we are able to see past events - things shared, lost, and gained.
Stands are taken, threats are made and comprises are met. A breaking down of walls to gain access to the hearts true feelings.

ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL is book three in the Billionaire Builders series and is a second chance contemporary romance. It's a standalone within the series and characters from the first two books make a reappearance but I had no problem jumping right in. This is actually my first read from author Jennifer Probst, not sure why because I really enjoyed this story!

Tristan is the middle brother and Sydney is like the sister they never had. She's always loved him but things fell apart for them in a very hurtful way after Tristan's mother dies and Tristan leaves to New York. Now, he's back and as they spend more time working together, the old flame reignites. But Sydney's holding a huge secret.

These two characters just broke my heart! They were so hurtful towards each other, whether it was intentional or not. Tristan was sexy, charming and slightly awkward in the beginning with Sydney's daughter but after learning her secret, he became so cold and pretty manipulative. And although I ultimately understood why Sydney kept her secret, I didn't necessarily agree with it! She was a strong woman in the workplace but a little insecure in her relationship with Tristan. It was just simply heartbreaking to watch these two tear the other up.

But the story's not all tears and sadness. I found myself laughing out loud, sighing at some pretty sexy scenes and swooning at the end. It was an emotional rollercoaster and I loved the ride! Told from dual POVs with a sweet ever after. I received, read and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I have adored this series. I'm thankful I took that one chance on Jennifer and fell in love with the Pierce Brothers.
When Tristan finds out the truth he goes about fixing it in a cave man way. Sydney isn't impressed with his approach and isn't truly happy. The journey to finding their happiness is key to succeeding in love and life. I feel like Sydney made the right choice at the time and had things gone differently their future wouldn't be what it becomes.
Throughout the series there's been a lot of tension between Tristan and Sydney. Ever wonder why? You find out all the details in All Or Nothing At All.

Love this book!!! From the start up to the last, I was hooked! Anyway, this book is Tristan's story. At first, I want to smack the living shit out of Tristan sometimes. Tristan's story is a second chance romance kind of book. My heart kind of breaks on some parts of the story but of course, there are times that it makes me swoon! Overall, this book is an amazing read. Loved it!

Sydney can't remember a time when she didn't love Tristan. She spent her youth following him around and her teens wishing he would notice her as a woman, not a pesky kid. Just when it seemed like they were connecting and committing, he left her, believing that his small hometown was limiting and stifling him. And Sydney let him go.

Now he's back, and he's furious. He believes that Sydney hurt him as much as he hurt her, but he really has no clue, bless his heart. He cloaks himself in that perceived hurt, pushing Sydney further and further away. Not that Sydney necessarily wants him closer. She has secrets she needs to protect, and letting Tristan get close means putting those secrets at risk.

I just love the way Jennifer Probst writes Hot Romance Novels. She makes you care about her characters, and she invests you so fully and emotionally that you cry and sigh and squeeze your thighs as you turn the pages. As I read one flashback scene, in which Tristan realizes that something he did hurt Sydney, I wept choking tears. During the hot sexy times, I swooned over the physical love shared between Tristan and Sydney.

If you have read the previous two books in the series, you will enjoy reconnecting with Tristan's two brothers and their lady friends. I had not read those (but I will now!), nor is it necessary to do so. This is a stand alone, but that doesn't mean you won't feel like you're missing out on Jennifer Probst romance.

I make a dang fine picture..sitting on the couch..crying lol
Happy tears but still!
Boy, this book put me through an emotional rollercoaster.
I loved and adored all the chracters, every single one of the brothers and their women.
I loved Sydney with a passion. she is smart and kind hearted, she loves with her all heart and she gives freely. She grew up a lot in the course of the story and I couldn't be more proud of her!
Tristan..let's just say it took me a while to warm up to him, but having his POv helped a lot, cause I felt I could understand his struggles and fears and battles with himself and Sydney.
There are a lot of up and downs but what I loved most was the fact that their story was so real, raw and relatable.
It was beautiful, emotional, fun and flirty, never a dull moment and kept me glued til the end.

Jennifer Probst knows how to hit you in the feels and that is exactly what she does in the latest book in her Billionaire Builders series. I admit that I am late to the joy that is this series. I received a copy of All or Nothing at All without realizing it was part three of a series. One thing that is great about Probst, you don’t have to read the first two books in this series to find joy in the storytelling. Sure, there are times when you want to know more about the background characters but that happens with any story.

After finishing All or Nothing at All I decided to look around my book room at my house to see if I had any more books by this amazing author. I have read some Probst books before from the Searching For series and really liked them. As I searched I found Anytime, Anyplace. Not seeing any more books by the same author I decided to read that one… You guessed it…I needed more. I use books sometimes as decoration. I use them to make a lamp taller or to be a stand for a photo. That is where I found Everywhere and Every Way. It was on a table in the living room with an easel holding another book!

So, let’s start at the beginning. Everywhere and Every Way introduces us to the Pierce brothers in a chaotic way. These brothers who lost their mom several years before in a horrific family/life altering car crash have just lost their father. It’s not that this loss is terribly upsetting for them since Christian Pierce was a very controlling, unforgiving man. However, he gets one last kick in when he makes the future family business stringent on the Caleb Pierce and his two brothers Tristan and Dalton working together, living together and making a profit.

Morgan Raines is a woman who means business. She is a housing designer - not just interiors - everything from the size and shape of the home to the tile and light fixtures. She is not afraid to grab her pink hammer and help frame walls if the need arises. Morgan is a proper southern lady who is seen as very genteel and “too clean” by Cal Pierce. Throughout Everywhere and Every Way these two are drawn together while being drawn to one another. This man who had hardened his heart after losing his mother to death and his fiancee to cheating seems to have finally met his match. Morgan is not without her secrets… secrets that are very personal and painful for her to relive.

In Anytime, Any Place we are properly introduced to the fiesty owner of a local bar - My Place. Readers met her briefly in Everywhere and Every Way but in Anytime, Any Place the story is focused on Ms. Raven Stratton and the youngest Pierce brother Dalton. We learned in the first book of the Billionaire Builder series that the matriarch of the family had died in a fiery car crash alongside a man they did not know. Not only that, but the car was loaded with suitcases and tickets to Paris. Now we learn that Raven’s father is the mystery man in question. After the death of their mother, the Pierce brothers sought to ruin the name of Raven’s father. After learning who these three men were in the first book and kicking them out of her bar, Raven is now reliving the loss of her father and the hatred she feels for this family.

Dalton Pierce is the youngest of the three brothers and has never met a woman he didn’t like…and they always like him. That is, until Raven. It doesn’t seem to matter what he says or what he does she continues to shut him down. If being persistent is the key to winning, Dalton is doing the best he can. He frequents My Place, learning more about Raven, her employees and her bar. He is known for his skill with wood - cabinets, beams and antique pieces. He works to restore and repair - a gift his mother always told him he got from her father. Dalton is the baby of the family and he loved his mother very much. After her death, he felt very betrayed and lost by what he saw as leaving the family. As this book progresses, despite her stubbornness and resentment, Raven agrees to let Dalton restore her antique bar. As he works at My Place, she grows closer to Dalton and learns to trust and depend on him. She knows who he and his brothers are to her story but he does not know who she is.

The final book in this series so far (and the one that I read first) is All or Nothing at All. Sydney Green has had a presence in each of the other books. She works at Pierce brothers as their business manager. She grew up with the brothers and is not afraid to boss them around or tell them what she thinks. She is afraid of Tristan. Not in a physical way, but in an emotional one. Sydney has been in love with Tristan Pierce for as long as she can remember. They had a secret romance when they were younger. After he lost his mom he could not take being around his father anymore and left town. Sydney was left behind with a little someone extra - her daughter Becca. Sydney quickly got married and everyone thought the baby was her husband’s child - even Tristan. Now that he is back in town, working alongside her everyday, Sydney tries her best to keep her work life and her personal life with her daughter seperate, but it is hard. Both Cal and Tristan are “uncle’s” to Becca - not knowing that they really are her uncles! When Tristan and Sydney start working closer together he starts spending more time with Becca, which makes Sydney very nervous! This draw to one another is something both of these people have fought for a very long time - but sometimes you just have to give in.

This book really does give you it all, This has been my first taste of Jennifer's work and it pulled me in from the start and held on till the end. There were times in the book that the main characters irritated me. I have really enjoyed this book and love Jennifer's writing style, the character development, the flow and pace of the story were great and who doesn't love a second chance romance and Hea.

Looking forward to meeting more of Jennifer's work.

4 Stars

I went back and forth with this book both loving and being annoyed with Tristan and Sydney, but in the end it was a great story and a HEA.

Sydney and Tristan have grown up together, Sydney has been in love with Tristan since she was 8 years old. At 18 she finally gets what she has always wanted and the two start a relationship.

When Tristan’s Mum dies he spirals into a depression and has a deep need to escape his home town leaving Sydney behind and giving her no chance to tell him she is pregnant.

Fast forward 8 years and the two are having to work together now that Tristan has returned home to work at his family’s company. Tristan is desperate to show Sydney that they can still work after all these years but she is apprehensive.

Once Tristan finds out Sydney’s daughter is in fact his daughter also things get bad again between the two.

Can Sydney get Tristan to forgive her and prove they deserve a second chance?

This book was a rollercoaster of emotions, as the last book in this series I knew we were going to get many sweet moments with the rest of the characters but I guess I wasn’t really ready for how much it was going to affect me.

Focusing on this story, we have Tristan he is in the business side of the Billionaire Builders and Sidney is a family friend, she practically grew up with the brothers and that meant a developing crush on Tristan since they were little. Certain circumstances influenced them in the past to start an affair but now many years later they are barely talking to each other and they seem to always be on opposite sides.

They have a very rocky relationship, because they both have many feelings from the past still very much present in the present its hard for them to just let go and try and be happy, to all those feelings you also have to add a big secret that Sidney is keeping from Tristan.

As I said this book was a rollercoaster there were so many ups and downs and I was right there with the characters for all of them, there were however certain little things that I didn’t like a lot, some words that Tristan says in the book seem to harsh and hurtful and disrespectful and I guess like in real life characters can get carried away but I don’t know they made me feel weird and took me out of the story a little bit.

In all, I enjoyed the book, I feel like the characters got to say their goodbyes and that felt really good.

This is a tough review for me to write. On the one hand, I thought this story premise was fun. I really enjoyed certain aspects of the story and certain characters, and outright loathed others. So be warned... this review will most likely be a bunch of nonsensical rambling. Let's begin.

First off, I want to make it clear that I haven't read any of the other books in this series. They are standalones, but they are companions. I'm not sure if these characters were introduced prior, so I'm just making it clear that this was my first look at them. I do want to go back and read the others though, after having met the other brothers. I have a feeling I'm going to really like them and their stories quite a bit more than this one.

Let's start with Sydney since I really loved her. She was thriving in her career, and her ambition and drive were quite admirable. I loved how unwilling she was to give up. She was confident in her ability, and she fought for what was hers and what she knew she was capable of. Definitely had the go-getter attitude that I admire so much.

Then there was Tristan. Ugh. I couldn't stand the guy from page 1. He did NOT make a good first impression. Or second. Let's face it... I loathed the guy the entire book. From the very beginning I felt like he was playing games with Sydney. he would say one thing and do a completely different thing. He was leading her on, and he knew he was. He never seemed to really care about it. It was almost like he knew that she loved him, so he took complete advantage of that fact. I struggled with this attitude of his quite a bit. I never felt like he truly cared for Sydney, or that he ever truly would care for anyone... other than himself.

Sydney was't perfect either. She was keeping secrets, a major one specifically, from everyone around her, including Tristan and his entire family, who basically raised Sydney as a member of their family. This is where the spoilers come in. [ So Sydney has a daughter, Becca. She lies to Tristan (since he up and left her when she was pregnant and she didn't have the guts to tell him she was pregnant and force him to stay and raise their daughter together) and doesn't reveal to him that he is the father until his return, when Becca is six years old. I believe it was. So yeah, major punch to the gut. I would freak out if I were Tristan too. Tristan is obviously upset, and he has every right to be. But it's his behavior from this point forward that really pushed me over the edge.

Let me just give you a quick rundown. He's furious and starts bossing Sydney around, telling her how they will live the rest of their life together, no discussion. They WILL get married. When she doesn't want to, he basically blackmails her into it. She WILL sleep in bed with him. She adamantly says no, but he refuses to accept this fact because of something along the lines of "Becca needs to see us as a normal family." Blah blah blah. Are you kidding me?! At this point, Sydney should have run away. But no, she didn't. Because she's so "in love" with him. *eye roll* Though she did argue and try to stand up for herself with all of this insisting of his, she still crumbled at every aspect and kept letting Tristan call the shots. I couldn't believe his outright abusive behavior. It completely disgusted me. Yes, he has every right to be upset... but he had NO right to act the way he did.

Oh, and then there was how he basically took over Becca's parenting. I get it, dude... you're the father now. But Becca is a child! She's not property! She's been raised solely by her mother (whether it was right or wrong, it's what happened) her entire life. I didn't get how all of a sudden Tristan demanded every aspect of her life now go through him. What happened to working as a team. It was just too much for me.

The part that was the hardest for me to grasp in this story was the ending. After Tristan's abusive behavior for so much of the story, he finally realizes he's being unfair, pampers Sydney to this day of romance, and she completely crumbles at this feet. Now all of a sudden they're both completely in love and going to live happily ever after. I just can't. I cannot for one minute buy this romance. It just ISN'T to me. I'm sorry, but this is such a horrible relationship between two people, there's no way I could fall for their story. (hide spoiler)]

Something I truly adored in this story was Becca. She was quite possibly the cutest child I've read about in a story. She was a dancer, and a great one at that. She had such a spunky and fun personality. I loved her encounters with the brothers and how adorable they were with her. Even Tristan had my heart melting a time or two with his encounters with her. She was just so stinkin' cute!

So, here's the bottom line. Though I truly wanted to enjoy this one, and I really liked Sydney and the beginning of the story, the second half just killed it for me. I know a rating shouldn't be based on a character alone. We are supposed to hate Tristan to an extent, I would imagine. But for me, this story just wasn't realistic and relatable. It didn't give me butterflies. I didn't bring out any emotion for these characters, other than anger. I didn't buy their relationship and I never felt the love between them. I'm disappointed in this one, personally. I was expecting so much more. And maybe if I had read the others first I would have felt their connection a bit more? I'm honestly not sure. I do want to point out that there are a lot of other very positive reviews on this book, so please read those reviews too. This book wasn't for me, but that doesn't mean it won't be for you. I'm definitely still going to read more by Jennifer Probst. I'm hoping to check out some of the other Pierce brothers, who I have a feeling will get in my heart more than Tristan did.
