This was one of those books that really made me angry to the point that I wasn't sure I could continue reading.

I really liked Tristan up to a certain point where his behavior took a wild left turn for me. While I totally understand the place he was coming from and why he was so angry, it was the extreme way he took out his anger that had me wanting to throw my kindle and curse out author. Never the less I pushed through and I'm really happy that I did.

I won't lie and say that I'm completely satisfied with the way things went but I understand why they went that way and how it contributed to the relationship between Tristan and Sydney.

I think that the simple fact that I could feel so passionate about the characters and their story means that the writing was so good that I was completely invested and that's all I can ask for from an author and a book.

This was the final book in the Billionaire Builder's Series and I'm sad to see it come to an end but I love the journey that these brothers took me on and I will totally come back to visit the Pierce brothers in the future.

All of Nothing At All is the third book of Jennifer Probst Billionaire Builders series. Tristan and Sydney have a past and more than that connects them. Back when Tristan's mom first died and his dad was being an unmitigated stubborn asshole, and when he was first in love with Sydney Tristan decides to leave to New York and start his career in real estate there since his dad won't listen to his ideas. Sydney has always been a part of the family, the Pierce mom treated her like the daughter she never had, and Sydney has been in love with Tristan for as long as she can remember. When Tristan started to reciprocate those feelings she thought it was a dream come true, until Mom died. Sydney however had big news for Tristan but before she could tell him he announced that he was leaving, as much as it broke her heart to do so she knew she couldn't go with him and hold him back from his dreams.

Fast forward to the present, Sydney is tired of being stickly office personnel she has the opportunity to bring in a big client that can not only bring in business for them but for all their local suppliers as well, the only catch is that the Pierce Brothers have to make her the CFO. Cal and Dalton don't have a problem with it they think she earned it, Tristan is not impressed with the ultimatum and doesn't believe she can handle the job of overseeing the entire project by herself. The other brother nominate him to help her out if she needs it.

Tristan is still butt hurt by the heartbreak when she didn't leave with him to New York and instead married another man. Sydney doesn't have time for heartache she has a daughter to raise and a business to run, but the close Tristan gets to her and her daughter the more she wants the truth to come out. But she is so scared of what might happen.

Overall, this was another outstanding emotional, quirky, and Tristan can be so sweet when he wants too. Such a sexy read and when Tristan gets over his butt hurt attitude he's a real keeper. I loved it I really did Probst always hits the spot when it comes to good contemporary romance infused with humor and tear provoking emotion.

“The past merged with the present until nothing mattered but tasting her honeyed sweetness just once. Just once…

“Tristan?”

It was a question. It was a demand. It was surrender.

He ducked his head and covered her lips with his.

Home.”

This book closes out the HGTV inspired series and it has my favorite troupe, secret baby! This was actually a lot more complicated than most secret baby books because the secret was hidden in plain sight.

The Pierce Brothers are finally on a good track after coming back together because of a tragedy. They have reestablished their relationship and two of their brothers have found their life long partners. One lone brother stands holding on to the past. Tristan is cold, more aloof and seems to be unattainable. His past with Sydney has been hinted at but, no real details have been given — until now.

Sydney and Tristan have been keeping their distance and it hasn’t been easy seeing as they work together. When Sydney gains a new position at work, it changes everything. Forced to work together they must reconcile with the other. What they didn’t count on is that their feelings for each other haven’t changed. The time apart has only driven up the angst and the emotional reunion is what I was hoping for.

Sydney and Tristan have their work cut for them, especially when Sydney’s secrets are unmasked. It took a while for me to warm up to Tristan but his interactions with Becca were so sweet. I could have used more romance between Sydney and Tristan but, in the end it doesn’t disappoint. This emotional roller coaster was one ride that I thought would crash and burn. There were so many old hurts and not enough communication and serious secrets. I wanted to yell at them to just SIT DOWN AND TALK IT OUT. But, of course, it’s not always that easy.

Tristan and Sydney embark on a second chance journey that is filled with pitfalls of their own doing. Their passion for each burns so bright, in fact, it might burn too hot. But, with the help of their family and friends, they may be able to find their way to each other again.

Tristan and Sydney have always had a relationship going all the way back to when she was little. She was always around the Pierce family growing up and was considered the daughter they never had. Being around the Pierce family was a great way for Sydney to enjoy the family she never had since her parents abandoned her when she was really young even though her grandparents raised her.

Sydney had been in love with Tristan since she was 8 and he stole her heart. The only thing stopping them was the age gap between them, until she turned 18. Since Sydney was always around the Pierce family she started working for them when she turned 16 which only made her grow even fonder of Tristan. After she turned 18, Sydney and Tristan had a secret love affair that they wouldn't tell his family about because they were so protective over Sydney.
One year later his mother dies and it leave him heartbroken and damaged goods. Tristan asks Sydney to leave with him and go somewhere else and Sydney said no. Sydney was afraid that Tristan didn't love her and was afraid to leave unless she knew for sure that they could make it work.

Six years later, Tristan comes back and Sydney now has a daughter and is still working for Pierce Family Construction. He tries to so hard to avoid her for the better part of a year until he decides that he cant hide his love for her anymore. With the big project they are forced to work on together he cant hide anymore. Tristan is willing to do anything that he can in order to show her that he deserves a second chance to prove his love for her.

All Sydney wants to do is focus on work and her daughter, but she cant help the way she feels for Tristan. She has loved him for so long but has been heartbroken by him as well. Can she trust Tristan this time not to break her heart or her daughters heart? Can Tristan really prove that he can be the man Sydney deserves?

Tristan refuses to lose Sydney again, but will secrets that are revealed tear them apart forever? Or will they be able to build from the ashes? Hearts will be shattered and lives will be forever changed in this final installment of the Billionaire Builders series!

This book was beyond sensational, steamy and unputdownable!!! I couldn't stop reading, I had to stay up and finish even though it was wayyyy past my bedtime! It was so steamy but with angst from al the tension of events in the past and what could happen between Tristan and Sydney.

Tristan and Sydney are obviously meant to be together but not without some bumps in the road first! Tristan has to not only prove himself but also that he isn't going to just up and leave again when things get rough!

Sydney cant help but love Tristan, not only is he charming but also very easy on the eyes, even though he broke her heart.

I absolutely loved Sydney and Tristan and was rooting for them all the way to the end!! I was emotionally wrecked after some of the events and couldn't help but feel like there was a small hope that they would make it through because they were meant to be!!

I am so sad that Tristan and Sydney have finished their run within this series. They were such an amazing couple and have been through hell and back but it was well worth it in the end!!

All or Nothing at All
Jennifer Probst

All or Nothing at All is that one book every girl needs in her life! It steals your thoughts, your wonder and your need for more! All in one single book!
Leading you into the world that only Jennifer Probst can produce!

I single handedly devoured this read! I couldn’t put it down! I waited months to read it! I even went as far as to stalk poor Jennifer Probst. But she exceeded my thought or even desire! Yes, she had me in laughing, swooning, in tears and in need of a fan!! WOW!!! Seriously I’m still marveled by the execution, flow and the depths. Which were all pulled out!! I can say it’s Jennifer Probst best work to date!!!

The underlying connection between Sydney and Tristan have been hinted through the previous books but All or Nothing at All was their book and I was excited to see how it would all play out. I truly enjoyed the first 60-65% of this story. The back and forth between the two and their interaction and banter were fun and I liked them. I also enjoyed seeing how their relationship changed as the story progressed and how they were trying again for something real. The background of Sydney and Tristan was important as it sheds light to the present and I couldn’t wait to read how it would go. It was a sweet and sexy build up. I also enjoyed the family atmosphere between the brothers and their girls so it was nice seeing everyone and the bond they had. But of course it wouldn’t be all peachy. Sydney has a secret that she’s been keeping and when it comes out things change. And it was when this secret was discovered that the story went downhill for me. I didn’t like how things played out and I wasn’t a fan of Tristan and his actions. By the end, the author did her best to make everything all great again but for me it was all over. I couldn’t get over certain things. Overall what started out as a good read turned out by the end to be one that I wasn’t a fan of. The majority of the book was great and it is because of that I am giving it 3 stars.

My entire being was captivated by the prologue from Jennifer Probst's ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL. I felt the love and desire between the two main characters deep within my soul, and never wanted to let it go.

Sydney Green fell in love with Tristan Pierce when she was only eight years old. Growing up, she always tagged along with him and his two brothers, which resulted in her becoming an honorary member of the Pierce family. Sydney and Tristan are entangled in a secret love affair when Tristan's mother passes away. It is at this time that Tristan is completely out of sorts and feels compelled to get away from his brothers and his family's construction business. He asks Sydney to come with him to New York City, but she wants to stay in town with her ailing grandmother. In addition, she loves working for Pierce Brothers and living in Harrington, so relocating is not really an option. Although she tells Tristan that she loves him, he does not reciprocate the sentiment.

It is almost seven years later when Tristan returns home and joins his brothers in the management of Pierce Construction. Tristan uses his success in the NYC real estate market to further advance the company's interests, while he and his brothers rekindle the bonds that they once shared. Sydney is now CFO and a single mom to a darling daughter. She and Tristan barely tolerate each other while working on an important project together, until they finally give in to their mutual longing and desires. They get married, form a family, and overtime, find a way to forgive each others faults and deceptions.

I really enjoyed this book. Sydney is an independent woman and I loved the way she stood up for herself time and time again. Her daughter is a real cutie and her way of looking at the world is truly refreshing. Tristan's good-looks, smarts, and emotions are captured brilliantly, which makes him quite likeable. Lastly, Sydney and Tristan are a hot couple and their sexy times are numerous and hot. Luckily, they get a second chance to realize they are meant to be.

This is third and final book in the BILLIONAIRE BUILDERS trilogy and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. However, in order to truly experience this well conceived series, I recommend reading books one and two. Some of the characters crossover, which adds a nice familiarity and background to the plot.

All of Nothing at All is the conclusion to Probst’s Billionaire Builders series, and Tristan Pierce’s story. He’s the buttoned-up, suit-wearing Pierce brother, who fled to work in New York City and escape his tyrannical father. He’s been gone for 7 years but returns home now after his father passed away, and he’s working in the family’s construction business with his two brothers. He’s not only returning to his hometown and his complicated family, he is also reuniting with the one woman he could not forget, Sydney Green.

Sydney adored Tristan most of her life, and they had a passionate affair right before Tristan left town. Both have reasons to resent the other for their break up, but neither have ever opened up to reveal exactly what happened during that time period. Sydney's now a divorced, single mother, and she still has feelings—both good and bad—for Tristan. Because the two both hold resentments, they are not on the best of terms; therefore, their reunion and working relationship starts off bumpy. Both have 7 years of emotions bottle up, but neither can deny there is something special between them. They just have to figure out a way to clear through their past to make way for a future.

All of Nothing at All has a lot of heart. Tristan and Sydney’s love story is bittersweet as they find their way back to each other. Readers will feel the pain of their 7 year separation and wait with bated breath for their happy-ever-after. Probst can always be relied upon to deliver topnotch romance, and she has done it again.

Rating~ 3.5 stars.

Sydney Greene has loved Tristan since she was eight years old and for a brief moment in time she thought he might have felt the same but he left her to move on to bigger things in life. While Sydney was left behind with their baby.

Tristan Pierce has always considered Sydney hers, coming home and finding out that she had a child with someone else felt like a huge betrayal to him.

Tristan and Sydney go through a lot in the book, with the help of flashbacks we see their earlier relationship and moments from their childhood and then in the present where Tristan and Sydney try to avoid each other as much as possible. When they finally start working on the project and old feelings return, everything is made complicated when Sydney reveals a secret.

Honestly speaking I loved Sydney, the girl had no one, the people she considered her family Pierce split apart after their mother's death and Tristan left. She become stronger, tougher and independent woman, very different from the girl who needed someone to love and needed to be loved in return even when it seemed like all she had was little scarps. She was a great mother and a businesswoman. Tristan presence obviously was a huge hurdle because she never really got over him.

I really liked Sydney and Tristan together in the first half of the book, I mean sure I still was a bit leery of Tristan's behaviour but I liked that he was making an effort to finally getting Sydney back. They also had great chemistry which made their interactions more interesting to read. This is a second chance romance book with loads of angst, family, babies, love and trust issues as well.

Quibbles:
In one word, Tristan. All through the book he's said to be the pacemaker, the giver and perfect at everything but none of this is actually shown?? I would LOVED more grovelling by him. Also a lot of the book is focused on Tristan's family issues but what about Sydney's?? We never end up finding out more about her family other than at a superficial level and not to mention how the people she actually considered her family treated her after the secret came out, it made me quite mad. Not even going to touch the fact how Sydney literally couldn't one win through the book.
The book did make me feel a lot of emotions and teary eyed. Along with Jennifer Probst's complex characters, an adorable little girl you couldn't help but love and a strong heroine, it ended up being a good read overall.

Review will be up on the blog on 27/07/2017

I had a major issue with the heroine not letting the hero know about their baby.

I couldn't finish this so in all fairness I'm not going to rate or review this ARC.

Sorry, trigger for me.

All or Nothing At All is the third book in author Jennifer Probst's Billionaire Builders series and is Tristan's, the brother I've been most curious about, story. He's been the broody, sexy, more posh brother we haven't gotten to dig beneath the surface of until now and I just knew his story was going to be a doozy...and boy was it ever!

I'm a sucker for a secret baby trope. Add that trop into the second chance romance trope and I'm a total goner. Oh, and when all of that is written by Jennifer Probst? It's a "call for pizza and feed yourself" kid of situation for the family until I finish reading. Yep, this latest installment in a series I have loved since the beginning was that good.

There's some serious history at play between Tristan and Sydney. So much of it. There's first love, heartbreak, family loss, business, and tons of emotion. Things went pretty sour when Syd and Tristan were younger and even though they couldn't deny their connection, it just wasn't the right time for either of them. Now, with years having gone by, fate has her way with these two and they are back in each other's lives and even though they don't realize it, their time has come. What follows is so much emotion and inner turmoil that my chest literally ached when I was reading. I loved these two together and I wanted them to be together desperately. Now, I certainly won't run anything for you but I will tell you that in true Jennifer Prosbt fashion, she gave these two a movie worthy ending that had me sobbing and swooning like a love sick fool!

I also have to give a shout out to the serious dirty taking skills that Tristian brought to the bedroom. Holy moly! *fans self*

If you haven't picked up this series yet, you really must! With well rounded characters and story lines that make you feel a part of the book, it's a series any reader is bound to love. Thank you, Ms. Probst for another stellar read!

I really liked and enjoyed this book. Really a great story, very emotional and full of romance. I have really loved this series and loved spending time with the Pierce brothers. Really cant wait to read more.

This was absolutely AMAZING! Hands down my FAVORITE in the series. The Billionaire Builders went out with a bang with Tristan and Sydney's story. I could not get though of these two and loved every second. My heart was pretty much exploding all over the place.

I loved Tristan and Sydney. Watching them reconnect, how their relationship developed and grew, was pretty fantastic. There is chemistry, animosity, tension, and major heat between the two. I loved learning about their histories and getting glimpses of their memories giving the story a lot of depth. I have to say, I have always liked Tristan but by chapter 7, the man completely melted me and I was totally in love with him.

There were times both Tristan and Sydney frustrated me and I wasn't always happy with their past or present decisions but it was this hard situation and I felt like a fly on the wall as these two figured it out and fell in love. I was brimming with excitement for Tristan to find out the truth, that wait and build was tense and heart wrenching. I loved the raw, vulnerability of the characters. Tristan was a complicated mess but I loved watching him grow and open up.

This was super entertaining to read. The Pierce brothers and their significant others play a big part. It felt like their were mini stories happening for them and it gave it a well rounded feel. I loved Tristan's relationship with his brothers, I am such a sucker for male bonding moments and the good natured ribbing but also that true understanding when it's needed. The women were pretty great too, loved getting to see Morgan and Raven again. I loved the lighter moments that were apart of this story as well. They were needed and perfectly timed.

The writing was awesome! I almost feel like it had two major builds in one story and both times I was on the edge of my seat waiting to get to those moments. Drama, turmoil, love, sweetness, apprehension, playfulness, sexiness, this had it all!!!

The ending was spectacular. Everything was building to this amazing moment. It broke me down and filled me up. It was the prefect ending to the series. It was an amazing story about reconnecting, second chances, family, healing, and true love. I am absolute thrilled with the conclusion and the roller coaster ride of emotions I experienced while reading, it was fantastic!

The time is finally here to bid farewell to these amazing Pierce Brothers… All Or Nothing At All is the final installment in the Billionaire Builder series and I have to say that my heart aches just a bit. Yes, it’s fiction, yes, it’s just a book you may say, but from the beginning of this series until now, I have been invested in each and every story. These characters have taken up room in my heart and I am sad to say goodbye.

All or Nothing At All also happens to be the most emotional and gut wrenching one of all. Tristan and Sydney’s story is full of heartache, resentment, secrets, yet it is also filled with hope. A hope for second chances and finding happiness with the one you are meant to be with. Of course before that HEA can even begin to take shape, we are put through the wringer.

Both Tristan and Sydney are deeply flawed… with what Sydney felt was abandonment by Tristan, she keeps a huge life changing secret from not only him, but the entire family. When said secret comes out years later, Tristan has every right to be angry and this is really where the story takes off. Both are in the wrong but I may in the minority when I say that I had to side with Tristan. Sydney was selfish in my eyes and it was hard for me to find it in my heart to forgive her. However, deep down, I knew they were meant to be together and I had to root for them to finally get the HEA they so deserved. So without giving much more away… be prepared for the roller coaster of emotions that you will go through while reading this book Jennifer Probst saved the best angst for last! All Or Nothing At All will definitely leave a mark!

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this review. I’m so bummed that this series has come to an end and there are no more Pierce brothers to write about. To say I loved All or Nothing at All is an understatement. Seriously. I’ve been waiting for Tristan and Sydney’s story since the beginning of The Billionaire Builders series and I was not disappointed.

God, the back history between Tristan and Sydney is so heartbreakingly beautiful. Both have deep scars from their breakup. Both guarding their hearts (and secrets) trying not to make the same mistakes again. But sometimes love really does win—even when you’re not ready to admit it.

I loved watching them fall in love again. There are traces of their younger selves, but they’re each so much better now with age and experience. I absolutely adored Tristan’s awakening when it came to Sydney in her badass manager mode. He wasn’t expecting her to be so strong—and she’s so strong in other areas too!

I loved the time they spent together getting reacquainted—in and out of the bedroom. *fans self* In the bedroom was hot AF. Just sayin’. I loved how they re-discovered each other. And made some big realizations about themselves too. And holy hell, I loved the brothers together too. Made my heart pitter patter as they got closer, sought each other’s guidance and support. And freely gave it! Now if only we had some video of the Grease scene. ~ Missy, 5 stars

Ahhhh what a beautifully angsty second chance story!

Tristan and Sydney had so much chemistry! She's loved Tristan since she was 8 and it took him a while to see her as something more than the cute little girl who hung out with his family. I was really surprised that she was willing to keep their relationship a secret, but I was glad she chose not to go with him all those years ago. Then, flash to know and they barely speak and she is still in love with him, but they try to keep their distance from one another and it just doesn't work.

I have to say, I thought Tristan was a real jerk. He wanted what he wanted and didn't take into account Sydney's feelings and what she was telling him. I was glad there towards the end when she stood up to him and said she deserved better. Of course, that was just the kick he needed to realize he had been a jerk and that he was with her for his happiness, not hers. I don't know that I'd have forgiven him quite as easily, but she has loved him forever LOL

I'm sad to say goodbye to this series. It was really great and I loved it all :)

This book is the third in a series of a family of brothers who take over their father’s construction business after he dies. Tristan is the middle brother who in this series always been hard to read. A second chance romance, this story had a lot of background that was interspersed throughout the story, throwing the plot back in time and then the present. At times, I found this to be a little disconcerting as it distracted me from the present story. I really enjoyed the plot line, and felt the story had a good romance, however, it did drag a little at times to me. I felt that both characters, Tristan and Sydney needed to come to terms with their love for each other a little better than they did, but it really didn't affect my enjoyment of this book. I loved this series and so happy that I have been able to read and review these books. Love the whole HGTV aspect, and actually wish that had been ingrained into the story more. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to read this for an honest review
