Wow. I have enjoyed the other books in the series, but this one was by far my favorite.

Some books just work. The appeal of the second chance, the changes in the relationship between Tristan and Sydney as the book develops, and their realizations about the things that happened in the past, and the why behind them, was really compelling.

This book drew me in from the beginning, and I was not able to put it down. I also thought the plotting was interesting, as the way the book develops, and the way the characters develop, left me feeling differently at the end about Sydney's actions than I did at the beginning. I think this was why I was able to connect so completely. In order for them to have their happily ever after, Tristan has to forgive Sydney. I found that I was also able to see her behavior differently, and that helped me being able to be really behind the end of the story.

Jennifer Probst is a favorite of mine, usually for this reason. I am drawn into the characters and her writing just works for me. This book was no exception. I am sad to see the series go, but I could not have asked for a better conclusion.

I recommend this title.

4 1/2 STARS!

Quite the reunion story! A sexy hot connection between the main characters, and lots of stirred up drama along the way makes for an interesting plot! Loved that the brothers and their mates played an integral part in the story line.

Sydney Green lost her heart to Tristan Pierce when she was just eight years old. She idolized him growing up and even thought she was just a nuisance to him, she didn't let it ruin her adoration. Once she grew up and was working side by side with him in his family's company, he couldn't ignore her any longer and they set out on a secret love affair. Life happened, things around them fell intoturmoil and Tristan decided he had to set out on his own. Syd was left behind, heartbroken.

Years later, Tristan is back to face his past and carve his place back out in his family. Things with Syd are cold and distant at first, but down the road, they begin to warm towards each other again. Just when he's started to let his walls down and let her in again, secrets come out that could ruin them forever!

Over the years I’ve read my fair share of secret-baby-books. It’s such a profound dilemma. What were the circumstances of the pregnancy? Why couldn’t/wouldn’t/shouldn’t the mother share the news that she is with child with the baby’s father? In their circle of family and friends, who’s in on the secret? What finally causes the truth to come out? These are not light-hearted topics, especially years afterward. All or Nothing At All is the final Billionaire Builders book—and it's time for Tristan Pierce’s story.

Jennifer Probst has given us a great run with the Billionaire Builders series, starting with Everywhere and Every Way. As I noted at the time, what’s not to love about men who work with their hands *ahem* using smarts and passion? Cal was the hero of Everywhere and Every Way. After the death of their father, it’s Cal who persuades his two younger brothers to abide by the edict in their father’s will: the three men must run Pierce Brothers together for a year—and make a profit. Only then can they walk away, if they choose, from the family business. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves.

The prologue plunges right in to the youthful romance between Tristan and Sydney Green, the young girl who has adored him all her life. Seven years earlier, they were in the throes of a passionate affair.

“Give me everything.”

She couldn’t fight his words or his body. His hands gripped her hips. His amber eyes glinted with masculine demand as he pushed her higher, wringing agonizing pleasure with each step toward climax, and she gave up, gave in, and let him catch her as she shattered with release.

He followed her over, groaning her name, and she clung to him with a vulnerable need she tried to desperately hide in the light of day.

Sydney is vulnerable, yes, because she has learned she is pregnant and she senses Tristan is “slipping further away with each passing day.” But she holds out hope that “when he knew about the baby, things would change. They’d get better.” Because of family circumstances, Tristan is in a tough spot. After the shocking death of his wife, Tristan’s father unleashes his unreasonable, tyrannical demands on his three sons and Tristan, the middle son, has had enough.

“I have to tell you something, Syd.”

She gathered her courage. “I have to tell you something, too,” she said quietly.

It’s the worst news: he tells her he’s leaving.

“I’m done with this family. Done with this town. My asshole father just informed me he refuses to let me buy the real estate I wanted to flip. He wants me to be like Cal. To take his orders and build his cookie-cutter houses for the rest of my life. My own brother took his side, and we just had a blowout.”

Although Sydney hates “the weak whine to her voice,” she has to ask. What about their relationship? Pierce asks her to come with him but all she can think is that he’ll be trapped.

She’d go to New York and have his baby, and he’d be miserable. Or he’d decide to stay to be a father and be miserable. She’d be a mistake, along with his child.

No way. She tells Pierce that she doesn’t want to go to New York, that she likes her home and her job at Pierce Brothers. Nor is she willing to leave her grandmother, who raised her. Sydney’s mother was a junkie, her father was absent from her childhood—if not for her grandparents, her childhood would have been even more miserable. Even so, she always felt unwanted. Her baby will never feel that way—she says goodbye to Pierce and keeps the news she’s pregnant to herself.

Seven years later, Sydney is an integral part of the successful Pierce Brothers operation. She’s got plans and dreams of her own: specifically, to be promoted to CFO. They say “clothes maketh the man” and that’s also true for the woman who has run Pierce Brothers for years as executive assistant and "general office guru.” Sydney knows her demand will shock the brothers (particularly one) but she has no time for nerves.

She walked back into her office with her coffee, her Jimmy Choo high heels sinking into the plush carpet. She’d dressed to impress in her designer Donna Karan apple-green suit and even managed to pin up her crazed curls in a semblance of professionalism. Her blacked-framed glasses added a flair of style and seriousness.

She couldn’t be more prepared: she’s armed with a PowerPoint presentation, pastries from Andrea’s Bakery, and she has the numbers down cold. What is it about a “deep, cultured voice” saying “Morning” that causes her to spill coffee from her mug onto her jacket? It’s Pierce, always an early riser. He’s “familiar yet deadly, to both her past and her present.” Has anything changed?

She still hated the little leap of her heart when she was in his company, but it’d just become part of her routine. Kind of like eating and breathing.

A year after his return, you’d think the awkwardness and discomfort would ease. Sydney, however, is feeling “discomfort in the form of sexual torture.” Nevertheless, she has a plan to sell to her bosses—unbeknownst to the men, an outside developer has asked her to take the lead on renovating eight derelict houses. It’s a huge opportunity.

“Adam trusts me. He knows I’ll retain his vision and be the main contact throughout the project. The only way he’ll allow Pierce Brothers the job is if I’m in charge. And the only way I’ll agree to be in charge is if you promote me to CFO.”

Mic drop! Boom. Unsurprisingly, it’s Pierce that has objections—he still feels betrayed by her refusal to go to New York City with him. Or perhaps that’s not what’s bothering him.

If he concentrated on that truth, it was easier to ignore the persistent electricity crackling between them and the low thrum of arousal beating through each cold, deliberate word spoken.

Just lingering stuff from the past, he told himself.

If past is prologue, the relationship between Sydney and Pierce is far from over. They make an irresistible couple, drawn together like a couple of magnets, particularly when Pierce’s brothers tell him he’ll be the one working alongside Syd on the renovation project. Watch out for sparks and enjoy the ride!

Finally! Tristan Pierce's story is here and I couldn't been more excited! I'm a fan of this series and All or Nothing at All is a great second chance story that is filled with chemistry and lots of drama and secrets. Oh, all the drama...

Sydney Green has been in love with Tristan Pierce since a teen. But Tristan never saw her in that way, just a kid who follows him around. But when he started to notice Sydney, things between started to heat up, but it was kept quiet from his family. And when trouble hits the Pierce family, Tristan takes off and leave Sydney behind.

Seven years later, Sydney is all grown up, a mother and has moved on from Tristan (or she wants to think) and having to work together proves hard for them. Ignoring each other the past year since Tristan has returned is not working.

Eventually, these two slowly become friends again and a little more, but when secrets come to surface, it changes everything!

All of Nothing at All is a angsty and steamy read. I honestly wasn't the biggest fan of Sydney--to me her secret is unforgivable-ish, but get what she was thinking.

Sydney Greene is a single mother to a beautiful six year old little girl. She's worked at Pierce Brothers Construction in some capacity since she was sixteen. She practically grew up in the Pierce household, & they are like family. She'd proven herself at the office & she wanted more. Tired of being in the background she intended to fight for and get everything she deserved & had worked for all these years.

Sydney built her own life & now her focus was work & her daughter. She had no time for thinking of the past, but her ex made that difficult. Tristan Pierce, the middle Pierce brother had owned her heart since she was about eight years old. She'd always followed him around as kids and been treated like a little sister. Always hoping one day he'd finally see her. She saw how special he was. He was the kind, laid back, reserved one who was often closed off. She'd spent her entire youth trying to get him to notice her until one day he finally did. She'd adored him until he broke her heart & left her. He'd been struggling to find his place & clashing with his family. He wanted to renovate & flip houses, and he moved to New York & left Sydney behind in Harrington. He left the family business to follow his own path. Now he's been back home about a year, & Sydney is having trouble being around him & pretending to be unaffected.

Tristan has been back home about a year & has tried avoiding Sydney, but he still isn't over her. She's always been important to him, & he never forgot her. She's pure temptation for him. Their physical connection was always explosive, & he's having trouble pushing aside his attraction & feelings. He needs to stick to business since they will be working together, but he can't help the way he craves her. She's no longer the shy, uncertain girl, but a confident, self assured woman. Her ambition turns him on. She was in control & it was sexy as hell watching her take charge. They still shared such a strong connection & chemistry. They try fighting their feelings, but their is still so much between them. Tristan decides he wants Sydney back & he's determined to get a second chance. He will prove she can trust him again & that he isn't going anywhere. He knows they belong together & is prepared to fight for her.

I really loved this book & this whole series. All the Pierce brothers have the biggest hearts and are super swoony and hot!!! Tristan's book is packed full of emotion. Secrets. Lies, love, & angst combine for an incredible story!

ARC received for an honest review

All Or Nothing At All is the final book in the Billionaire Builders series, and Ms Probst has left the best till last.

I adore Sydney. She is smart and funny and feisty, and one heck of a single mum. I could completely understand why she did things how she did.

Tristan. Hmmm, Tristan. As much as I wanted to love you, I can tell you that for most of the story I disliked you. You are stubborn, and rude, and at times a complete and utter douche canoe!

This installment of the Billionaire Builders was a lot more emotional than the first 2.5 books. Heart wrenchingly so at times. I wanted to throw my Kindle across the room in frustration, I cussed out Tristan many a time, I laughed. Ran the whole gamut of emotions.

I loved getting more of Cal, Dalton, Brady and their lucky ladies, and felt that Ms Probst rounded out this series well.

Can't wait to see what she brings us next.

A swoon-worthy second chance novel with a great cover!

If you have been following this series, you know Tristan is the middle Pierce brother. He's a savvy business man who left after a big blow-out with his now deceased father after the death of his mother. In NYC, He made a name for himself flipping homes but after his father's death, Tristan came back to help his oldest brother Cal keep their company afloat and start mending his relationship with Cal and Dalton, his younger brother.

Sydney Green has known the Pierce family all her life. She fell for Tristan the first time she saw him. As a kid, she followed him like a lost puppy. With years, her feelings for him morphed into love. When Tristan finally paid her attention, she was in heaven. But, when Tristan left for NYC, he broke her heart and more. Presently, Sydney has made the Pierce's business company a success. She's also divorced and she's a single parent to a Becca, a beautiful young girl. For the last year working with Tristan has been crazy, there's still an attraction she can't deny but Sydney has a lot to lose. Getting in a relationship with Tristan and falling in love again is not something she wants to repeat. Or is it?

All or Nothing at All had well-developed characters who tugged at my romantic heart. Sydney was a bright successful woman who knew what she wanted. She was trying to protect her heart and her daughter. She was tired of being a doormat for Tristan and I applaud her for realizing it. Tristan had the default on going cold when he was scared but he was able to communicate his fears, including a heart warming discussion with his brothers. I almost got mad at him, but it was so short, I'm not sure it ever happened. There were so many scenes I liked but my favorite has to be of him and Becca preparing for her ballet event.

As always with a Jen Probst series, It was sad to say goodbye to her characters but I know she will deliver new ones to fall in love with.

Cliffhanger: No

All or Nothing at All by Jennifer Probst is the last book about the hot brothers from the Pierce Brothers Construction. It is the third and final book in the Billionaire Builders Series. The book is a wonderful final story to wrap up the series.

Tristan was in love with Sydney but knew he had to leave home in order to find his way. Sydney was pregnant with his child, but chose not to hold him back by telling him. She worked hard for the same company and they had always kept their affair quiet, but now he is back and Sydney has to make some decisions. To top it all off Sydney is now leading a new project that she needs Tristan’s help with. They still have feelings for each other and want to find a new way, but Sydney’s daughter does not know about her father, nor does her father know about her.

A fun wrap up of a fun series! Love this author and loved the book! All or Nothing at All by Jennifer Probst was a great read.

There is not a single moment in ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL where I was not totally held spellbound by the circumstances taking place. Jennifer Probst had me truly feeling the emotions connected to every new development, and how strongly I was affected by these events often left me breathless. From gut-wrenching anguish to satisfying sex to unpredicted enjoyment, I was caught up in whatever was happening in the lives of Tristan Pierce and Sydney Greene. Though the couple has been met in prior books, their inner dreams and haunting past mistakes were never fully revealed until their own story told me what lead to their current behavior. The path each decides to take in ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL is a journey filled with self-discovery and unexpected feelings.

After his mother was killed in an accident, Tristan Pierce feels like there is nothing left for him in his hometown. He and his father never agree on anything, and there is no way he will work for the family construction business, Pierce Brothers. Though he has a girlfriend, he cannot stay just for her and they break up right before he goes to New York City in order to carry out his aspirations While many of his goals are reached, there are times when he does think about having left Sydney Greene behind.

When his father dies years later, a stipulation in the will requires Tristan to work with his brothers or the business will be lost. Though he would rather not, he does leave his successful career as a realtor and comes back home. His time at the company’s office is often frustrating because Sydney works in the office, and her new proposal will have them being in close contact on a daily basis. Both are determined to put their full focus on their shared project, but past memories are hard to not recall.

While there are always lots of emotional situations in a story by Jennifer Probst, the feelings expressed all though ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL are some of the most profound I have ever read. I was deeply touched when Sydney made her thoughts known to Tristan during any disagreement, and his reactions to a long-hidden secret had my heart racing as I waited to see how everything would play out. Ms. Probst had built up my trepidation over what this couple would do when the truth came out, and I was not disappointed by their honest responses. Though there are some painful moments in the story, there are plenty of heartwarming instances, too. The candid discussions between Tristan and his brothers could be packed with hilarious comments or earnest sincerity, and the scenes where Sydney’s daughter is featured had me smiling at her delightful actions. When Tristan and Sydney are engaging in sexual intimacy, their enthusiasm caused these encounters to be off-the-charts steamy.

All the very appealing characters in the Billionaire Builders series whom I have come to adore were in the final book, and I also got to see any new happenings in their lives. Cal and Morgan plus Dalton and Raven play important parts from at times, and then there is the lovable Becca and even several cute animals whose conduct made me laugh. I will certainly miss this series, and can only hope its characters get mentioned in future books.

I voluntarily reviewed the book from the publisher, and all comments are my honest opinion

Jennifer Probst what are you doing to me, I don't think I have ever seesawed between loving and loathing the main character as much as I did with Tristan.

Throughout the Billionaire Builder series, there have been undertones of a history between Tristan and Sydney. Although nothing was divulged in the previous books subconsciously we all knew that Tristan was blind to what was right in front of him while questioning Sydney's need to keep that barrier firmly in place.

The history, as it is unearthed, between Sydney and Tristan is messy, painful and full of regret. However, while I could clearly see Sydney's reasons for her actions both then and now, Tristan's were a little more unclear. Tristan has and still has a nasty habit of distorting events within his own mind to fit his version of the circumstances he finds himself in. His walls are virtually impenetrable and his ability to turn his elements off is chilling. Yet, and this is probably the reason I didn't write him off when he was behaving like a complete a-hole, Jennifer manages to make Tristan vulnerable even when he is at his most douche-tastic. To give credit where credit is due, it was Jennifer's characterisation and the depths of Tristan's personality she managed to portray that had me swinging between love and hate for him.

I loved the way in which Tristan embraced his role within Becca's life and how selfless Sydney was where her daughter's happiness was concerned. My heart literally hurt for the way in which Tristan abused Sydney's feelings for him and controlled the situation with emotional warfare. I was also really hurt on Sydney's behalf by the reaction of the rest of the Pierce extended family. She was all on her own coping with these monumental changes and having no-one to turn to :( Placing herself in the role of the martyr while slowly killing off her own soul. Being a parent doesn't mean you have to deny your own happiness - something it takes Sydney a long time to figure out.

It really would have been very easy to hate Tristan but his family history and the impact losing Syndey all those years ago, provide a deep level of understanding. This didn't mean I didn't want to go all Tangled on his behind *frying pan at the ready*. Tristan really struggled to acknowledged and accept his feelings with his barriers working against him continually. His emotional journey painful and hard fought but worth every bit of heartache in the end.

I loved seeing all of the characters in the series progress, especially the bond between the brothers grow and strengthen within each story. I also really loved the girls dressing up as Disney Princesses and the inclusion of Grease at the wedding reception lol.

All Or Nothing at All is my first novel by author Jennifer Probst. I liked this novel, I loved the way the story flowed and kept me entertained however I had trouble connecting with the characters in the middle and towards the end.

This novel is told in the POVs of Sydney and Tristan.

Sydney has loved Tristan practically her whole life but has always felt that loves was unrequited. One night Tristan reaches his breaking point with his father’s pushy ways and judgement so he decides to leave and head to New York City to pursue his dreams and find himself. unbeknownst to him leaving a pregnant Sydney behind. Now six years later Tristan is back and all of Sydney's lies are about to be uncovered.

When reading novels, I tend to like them more on the realistic side of things and this novel had flaws that made it unrealistic. I also really loved Tristan in the beginning but towards the end I found him to be a typical asshole male. He was also a tad bit childish. I felt sorry for Sydney and the shit he put her through. No matter how much wrong a person does, you don't fight fire with fire. Tristan acted like a baby with his 'it’s my way or no way now' mentality.

I did however, love the connection between Becca and Tristan, I found myself tearing up during their scenes. It was sweet and everything I expect out of a father/daughter reunion. I also loved the fact that no matter what Becca was looked after and cared for. Tristan and Sydney's drama never touched her.

Overall, I did enjoy All or Nothing at All but had trouble connecting with characters and actually seeing their reason for acting the way they acted.

Sydney dragged in a breath and set her shoulders for the biggest battle she ever waged.
The battle for his heart. She couldn’t accept any less from him.
It was all or nothing at all.

Deeply emotional.
Heartbreaking.
Charming.
Frustrating.
Wonderful.

I’m trying to find the right words to explain my feelings when it comes to All or Nothing at All, the third and final book in Jennifer Probst’s excellent Billionaire Builders series, but it’s not so easy.

To be honest, I’m a little conflicted. On one hand, I LOVED this book, as I have the ones before it. I enjoyed the dynamics between the Pierce brothers, found myself sucked into the HGTV aspects—the rehabbing, the flipping, and all the rest—and absolutely swooned for Tristan. Especially when he was learning how to deal with pink sparkles and Bad Moms.

But on the other hand, I wanted to RAGE. Oh, lord, how I wanted to rage. Secrets, revelations, and reactions, oh my! The coldness, the anger, the possession hurt my heart and felt wrong. And yet… it also felt right. Because it was kind of hot, and moved the story forward in a way I wasn’t expecting. Ms. Probst did a stellar job of making these tense moments feel rife with meaning. Crackling with electricity. Soaked in emotion. All or Nothing at All may have frustrated me, but therein lies the magic of this book—it gave me feels.

All. The. Feels.

Thick with meaning, tangled up in need and chemistry and betrayal, this is a book that grabbed my attention and refused to let it go. The ultimate page-turner, it closed out a series that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed from an author I admire.

And left me a little speechless…

“I’m scared.”
His heart shredded at her broken honesty. He kissed her slow and long, until her muscles relaxed and she melted against him, then rested his forehead against hers. “I am, too.”

I must admit I really like second chance romance stories. I know from experience that sometimes making a relationship work really is all about timing. Why you might ask do I know about how a second chance at love can make all the difference? Because, my parent's love story was a second chance at love and they are still together to this day. When I read the synopsis of All or Nothing at All I knew it was a story that I needed to read.
All or Nothing at All was a quick read that I devoured in days. For the most part I really did like the story. Tristan and Sydney grew up together. Sydney always had a crush on Tristan. One day, he finally notices that she is a woman. They just couldn't get the timing right the first time. Tristian's mom passed away and he was hurting. He was fighting with his family all the time. He knew he had to leave. Sydney knew she couldn't go with him because she was pregnant and not looking to trap anyone into a relationship. Sometimes people just have to leave and grow on their own. Sometimes those growing pains can do irreparable damage. Sometimes, like in Sydney and Tristian's case, the love never goes away and that is when timing comes into play.

Almost seven years have gone by and now they are both in place to give the relationship a second chance. I really liked this story at this point. It was just the typical I am going to win you back story because I never stopped loving you story. I was okay with this because that is what I signed up for. I was on board with this second chance at romance. The chemistry between Sydney and Tristian was on fire. Then something happens and that is when the story kind of loses points. I was like what the what.
Sydney has to tell Tristian that the little girl she is raising is not her ex-husband's kid but his. Of course, this truth causes a rip in their new budding love affair. Instead of asking for joint custody he demands she marry him or he will fight her tooth and nail for sole custody. So, they get married in this arrangement for the sake of the kid. All I can think is yeah this going to work out so well. I will never understand why people think this stuff works. Getting married for the sake of the children never works. All it does is end with everyone's heart in tatters. I was so mad at Tristian at this point in the story. I really did not like him or Sydney. I think what this couple really needed was couple counseling. There is nothing wrong with talking to a professional when someone in the relationship has kept a secret so big it is too painful and hard to let go. The getting married part was so stupid.
In the end, I guess all's well that ends well so to speak. I did like this story, especially in the first half. I am all for a single mom going after what she wants. I just think the story could have done without the "arranged" marriage. I don't think threating someone and basically forcing them do something is romantic. It would take a lot for me to forgive a partner for pulling that revenge crap on me. I don't care how good the sexy fun times are either. This was not my relationship. I think that it was probably something Sydney and Tristian had to go through to prove that they could get through anything. I think the highlight of the book was their daughter. I freaking loved Becca she was so fun and adorable

What a sexy story! Tristan and Sydney were a mess but it all works out in the end. Their chemistry is off the charts but Sydney's big secret almost keeps them from having their HEA. I was really surprised at Tristan's solution and a little put off by his barbaric attitude. It was refreshing when he finally analyzed himself and stopped putting all the blame on Sydney. Overall, though, I really enjoyed this story and I loved the secondary characters.

Tristan Pierce and Sydney Green had a world wind love affair seven years ago, but feeling stifled by their small town and not being taken seriously by his father, Tristan took off for the bright lights of the big city. At the passing of his father Tristan is more or less forced back home to run the family business with his brothers. That means seeing Sydney again, but Sydney is different. While he can tell they are still attracted to him, she’s being very distant towards him.
When Tristan left their small town he left Sydney with more than a broken heart. Sydney has been a part of the Pierce’s family business for as long as she can remember and now she feels she’s ready for a much more powerful position and the brothers are more than willing to give her what she’s asking. The phrase “be careful what you ask for, because you just might get it” pretty much sums up what Sydney will experience. With this position she now has to work closer than ever with Tristan and that means addressing the insane physical attraction she and Tristan still have for each other, the love that never died and Sydney divulging the biggest secret she’s ever kept.
I liked the basic storyline of this of this book but something just didn’t click for me. I liked the characters, I loved the relationship of the brothers but I just didn’t get that connection with Tristan and Sydney that I wanted. This is book number three in the Billionaire Builders Series and that might be part of the problem. I think there may have been some background information that would have helped make that connection. I think it might be worth reading the previous books and then revisiting this one.
Overall an okay read.

Ugh I am sad that my journey with these characters is at its end. Having never read this author before, I stumbled across a review for this book through someone I follow. I read and LOVED the Inn BoonsBoro trilogy by Nora Roberts and since this sounded similar, I was excited to give it a shot and was not disappointed.

I have a strong love for romance series that center around a family or a close group of friends where each book in centered around a specific couple but you still get small snippets of the others as well. I loved the dynamic of this one especially because there were three brothers (all smokin' hot of course) that started off the series being forced back together after their father dies and had put a stipulation in his will that unless they work and live together for a year, their family building company will be sold off.

This book in particular focuses on Tristan, the middle brother who has always seemed the coldest and the most mysterious. It was hinted to in the first two books that he and Sydney, a character who grew up with the brothers and still works with them, had a bit of a passionate flame going on. It was obvious to me that Becca, her daughter, belonged to Tristan from the very beginning and I was so nervous to see how that truth was going to be exposed. Literally I stayed up late until Sydney told him because I was so anxious about it lol.

What I really liked about this book was the passion that Probst had built between Tristan and Sydney. Seriously I was SO excited when I was approved for this ARC because I was just dying to see how this couple would finally get their HEA. Some parts were hard to read--how mad Tristan got (understandably) and then the aftermath of that (his coldness..his plan for his new family....) but I thought that it all really came together at the end and I was in tears at the last page of the epilogue.

All in all a solid romance series that I will probably be rereading in the future! I loved all three though if I had to choose I'd say that Dalton and Raven's book was my favorite. Quotes will be added after the book officially comes out!

Thanks again to Jennifer Probst and Gallery Books for the chance to read this eArc♥!

Why have I only just found this series on the last book? These are interconnected standalones focusing on three brothers in a construction/building company. I have come in on the last brother but it will be fun to retreat and learn more about the other two and and novella.

This was a lovely, meaty second chance romance, involving a child. The story is narrated mainly in the present with an occasional flashback. The story engaged me in the middle of a book slump, so it really had that 'grab you' feeling. The characters had depth, as did their stories and backgrounds. Just after mid-way this book took a turn into heightened angst. I enjoyed this whilst disliking some jerk behaviour and bad decisions from the heroine, it all fed into a good up and down story.

Sydney is a single mother working for the Pierce brother's company, she's a strong, self-sufficient woman. Tristan was her first love but they worked hard at avoiding too much interaction. When these two began to reconnect, I could feel the chemistry bubbling. When that turned into more, it was so good. There was a thread of predictability with this kind of second chance story but nothing about that reduced my enjoyment.

This was my first read by Jennifer Probst and I have a great impression of her talent. I am definitely coming back for more.

4 star Review All Or Nothing (Billionaire Builders #3) by Jennifer Probst

The third book in a great series and I have been looking forward to reading this story. All Or Nothing is a second chance at love story for Tristan Pierce and Sydney Green.

Tristan was young when he left Sydney to head to New York, even though he wanted her to go with him she couldn't bare to leave her family and friends, a fact Tristan resented.

This book explores the history of their relationship and how the past impacts the future. When secrets and lies are exposed will they be able to forgive each other or will the past come back to haunt them and ruin their future together?

This book at times was an emotional roller coaster, the angst and tears were palpable as was the hope for the future. To be totally honest, at times I really thought Tristan was an arrogant jerk and wanted to smack him across the head, whilst being slightly frustrated with Sydney for not standing up for herself more. I was pleased to see that as they got older both of them came into their own, particularly Sydney.

Of course the other brothers and their significant others were woven through All Or Nothing and as always it was great to see them pop up.

Although not my favourite book of the series, All Or Nothing was extremely well written, the characters were believable (not perfect) as were the circumstances they found themselves in at times.

I finished All or Nothing at All last week. Honestly, I've struggled a little bit. I love Jennifer Probst and I've been a big fan of this series. Through the first 65%, I loved this book. But it took a turn that I did not like. In fact, I think the Hero was borderline abusive and I'm having a hard time recommending it to anyone.

I'm so sad because the book had so much potential but I just feel like the story got out of hand, strayed too far and wasn't brought back on track. Right now I'm leaning toward a 3 rating and I never rate that low and publish as part of the tour.

I didn't want to back out of my commitment to review, but my review would not be positive, so I won't post it anywhere. I don't want to hurt sales of the book with a "negative" review. But I also don't want to recommend it to our blog followers if I don't think it's a good book.

The brothers Pierce were devastated when their mom died in a car accident on vacation with another man. Life for the family was never the same again as the brother drifted apart and settled in different parts of the country.  Their father's death and his will requiring them to work together for a period at the family business brings them back to the house they grew up. Tristan has watched his two brothers find love and happiness and finally come to terms with their mother's death. Does Tristan have a second chance with Sydney Green, his teenage sweetheart whom he left behind for the challenge of big city living?Sydney has loved Tristan since she met him even though she was just eight years old at the time.  Their friendship turned into love at least on her part while they sneaked around under the radar enjoying an active physical relationship.  Then Tristan drops his bombshell and moves to New York without hearing Sydney's news that she's about to share with him. Three months later she's married to another man ending their romance and shortly thereafter she's a mom.  She's a mainstay at Pierce Brothers where she's learned the ins and outs of the business.
Tristan is the only hold out when she puts together a winning proposition to ask for the well deserved CFO slot in the company.  Despite his antagonism he's impressed with how well she handles herself in a difficult negotiation and her business plan she develops.  Since her business plan consists of flipping a few houses they're forced to work together since that is Tristan's specialty. I loved being the fly on the wall as Sydney negotiates with the big city wheeler and dealer and Tristan's reactions through out that meeting.  Proximity, nature and lust finally have their way with Tristan putting together a romantic assault to win a place in Sydney's bed.  Along the way there are some cute moments with Sydney's daughter.  Then comes the big reveal and Tristan retreats a giant step backwards.  He wants Sydney but his heart and love are two big a price to pay for her.
The author does a superb job of telling the story of their past as the present unfolds.  There are some great moments with the pink sparkle and the PTA mom from hell.  Thank god for family and great friends who really side with Sydney and tell the mom how it really is.  Bam Bam the psycho horse will bring a smile to your face.   This story is a very satisfactory conclusion to the series.
