At the moment I will only give a rating to the book and I hope it is possible for me to write down my reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. I am very grateful to you because your publications are great, especially in the topics that interest me most. Thanks and blessings.

Not everything in here will work for anybody, but something in here will work for everybody!

It's well written and breaks down ACT in very manageable chunks. There are plenty of activities to keep you engaged, although some of them seem a bit silly, they get you to think.

I gained a lot from the section on values, and not so much from the section about the observer self (meditation is not my bag). I'll definitely be thinking more about my values and how closely I am living them.

Michael Sinclair and Matthew Beadman’s “The Little Act Workbook,” is chock full of wisdom for this wild and sometimes chaotic journey called life. Their book is full of amazing and informative stories, simple but liberating techniques, and profound principles that can lead you toward a life well lived. If you are looking for a book on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or want to experience a fuller and more meaningful life, this is the book for you!

Although the techniques themselves are not new, the idea of packaging them together to make a program for mental health is a great idea. The book is well written, and compact enough not to be too overwhelming. I think it will definitely have a good target market and will be very helpful to a large number of people. It would be a good book to be kept in doctors surgeries to encourage a fresh approach. Great idea and excellent little book. Thank you
