I have heard nothing but amazing things about Harper Sloan books so when I got the chance to read Kiss my boots I was so excited and I dived into the book as soon as I possibly could. It was such a fantastic read. The second chance romance between Quinn and Tate was just wonderful , there love story was sexy , fun and filled with so much cute and heartwarming moments . I loved that we also got to see flash back scenes as well , I feel like flashback scenes always help you understand more about the characters as well as give you a deeper connection with them , which helps you become so much more emotionally invested in there story and that is exactly what happened here, but besides the romance there were so many other things that I just adored about the book that just kept my eyes glued to every word. Kiss My Boots was a sexy , fun , heartwarming contemporary romance and did I mention there was cowboys ? ... really hot cowboys lol. I cannot wait to see what Harper Sloan has in store for us next in the coming home series . If you love all these thing in stories you should definitely pick up a copy of this book .

KISS MY BOOTS is the second installment in Harper Sloan’s contemporary, adult COMING HOME erotic, romance series focusing on the Davis siblings: Maverick, Quinn and Clayton Davis. This is auto mechanic Quinn Davis, and physician Tate Montgomery’s story line. KISS MY BOOTS can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person points of view (Quinn and Tate) including some memories of the past, KISS MY BOOTS is a second chance romance between auto mechanic Quinn Davis, and ob-gyn Tate Montgomery. Nine years earlier Tate Montgomery walked out of Quinn’s life leaving a heartbroken woman to struggle with the how and whys. Tate and Quinn were childhood friends, summer lovers and in love; planning a future together as Tate prepared for medical school but within days all traces of Tate disappeared while Quinn struggled to move on with her life. Fast forward to present day wherein Quinn is now the successful owner of the family run garage, and Tate Montgomery has returned to Pine Oak Texas, looking for a new start and a second chance with the woman he has always loved. What ensues is the rekindling romance between Tate and Quinn as our couple come face to face with demons from their past.

Nine years ago Tate Montgomery left Quinn Davis for Atlanta, Georgia on his way to a promising medical career but in doing so left behind his heart and his soul destroying the woman with whom he promised a happily ever after. Tate was not a hometown boy but a young man who spent his summers in Pine Oak, Texas at his grandparents home, where falling in love with Quinn was immediate and fated. Quinn Davis’s life was never the same when the man that she loved refused to acknowledge her existence; refusing to move forward Quinn would never find love knowing that her heart belonged to a man who no longer cared. With issues of abandonment, the fall out of Tate’s disappearance sent Quinn into a darkness that continues to present day.

The relationship between Quinn and Tate is one of second chances; a love that never waivered in spite of the circumstances and disappearance of Tate from Quinn’s life. Their rekindling romance is met with very little resistance as Tate explains the who, what and why of his years of silence. The $ex scenes are intimate and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters including Maverick and Leigh (Lost Rider #1), eldest brother Clayton Davis, Tate’s friend Mark Blake; an assortment of office staff and nosey townsfolk. The Davis sibling’s relationship is very close; a tight knit family of brothers and sister whose lives were destroyed by secrets, lies and betrayal, and a father who struggled with his own personal demons.

KISS MY BOOTS is a story of romance and love; of second chances; of one man’s need to atone for sins of the past. The premise is engaging and heartwarming; the romance is edgy and emotional; the characters are animated and passionate. KISS MY BOOTS is a wonderful and energetic addition to Harper Sloan’s romantic, cowboy series COMING HOME.

Harper...Harper...Harper... I swear this woman puts a spell in each of her books to keep you hooked, addicted, and begging for more. You wanna hear the kicker? Cowboys and the western feel aren't usually my thing but I'm thinking Mrs. Sloan could write a children's book or history textbook and I world devour it like the last spot of bread in the world.

Each book... each release... each character... each journey... each word... unforgettable, sweet, captivating, intense, passionate, steamy, sexy, and full of so much love that my kindle is about to burst at the seams at times. I have been a fan of hers since book the beginning so this series and this book in particular had big expectations to live up too.

Kiss My Boots is the second standalone novel in the Coming Home series and my favorite to date. Packed with heart, heat, and relatable characters, Quinn and Tate were so worth the wait. This book and their story was a nice change of pace and a nice breath of fresh air after coming off of some heavy books.

Sometimes you have to give love a second chance... so that you can get that amazingly perfect happily ever after.

Tate and Quinn... sigh I loved these two. They weren't without flaws and their journey was marred with imperfections along the way but it only made their story that much sweeter. Their engaging banter and sizzling chemistry was totally undeniable in all the right ways from the start. I loved every moment of their beautiful and emotional second chance journey to their forever love.

And in case you were wondering about those expectations and high bar I set for this novel... she smashed all of my expectations and gave me... more.

I highly recommend this book.

I'm not gonna lie: I've been waiting for this release since I read Lost Rider and was introduced to the spitfire that is Quinn Davis. Harper Sloan absolutely won my heart with that book and she proved just how much she deserves it with Kiss My Boots. I already knew that Quinn was my favorite kind of heroine: sassy, strong, independent, able to stand up for herself, but willing to fall for the right man. And Tate... Good GAWD Tate! In books and in real life, I prefer the man to be the pursuer and Tate sure did go after his woman! It was sexy as heck reading their back and forth - Tate's determination to win Quinn back and Quinn's persistence at basically telling him "uh uh honey." I gobbled this book down (just as I did Lost Rider). I can't wait for Cowboy Up! I give Kiss My Boots 4.5 out of 5 wine glasses.

I have been reading Harper Sloan for quite a while. She is one of my favorite one-click authors, so when it was announced that she was writing a new series, I was completely on board.

I first met Quinn in Lost Rider, the first book in the Coming Home series. She was spunky and genuine, smart and sassy, but so easy to love and root for, I couldn't wait to get to her story. Quinn isn't your typical character, preferring to keep her tomboy ways by spending all her time in the auto body shop. Quinn is such a deep charter, and I really enjoyed going along for the ride as Quinn not only finds herself, but deals with her heartbreaking past.

Tate was such a special guy. Strong in who he is, protective of those that matter most and patient enough to confront and work for the things he wants most in his life. I am always a sucker for second chance love stories, but the twist in this story was one I wasn't expecting. Tate is not only able to see beyond Quinn's tomboy, auto body shop loving ways, but he loves her deeply, broken places and all.

I have been so impressed with the deepness of the stories in the Coming Home series and absolutely loving the way these books hook you in early and leaving you begging for more by the end of the book. Harper Sloan has totally hit this one out of the park and I can't want to see what she has in store for Clayton's book!

Kiss My Boots by Harper Sloan was a great 5 star read.

We meet Quinn who is a huge tomboy, she loves her truck and everything under the hood. The louder the better. And she refuses to date, ever. She was deeply hurt by someone and that someone has returned home. Everything comes rushing back to Quinn and the memories flood her mind.

The Ghost of Heartbreak Past apparently is back in Pine Oak.

He taught me trust. He showed me love. Then he gave me pain.

Tate has returned home and intends to take over his Paw’s practice. He wants Quinn to do some work on his Paw’s truck as well. Tate has everything he always wanted and he never dated seriously, but hearing Quinn’s voice brings a lot of feelings back to him. Now that Tate is home he is determined to get Quinn back, will she let him back into her heart?

Yeah, Quinn Davis knows how to ride her man almost as well as she could ride a horse.

Quinn has a fun night out of getting drunk and dancing, in the morning she is shocked when she finds out who she is in bed with. It’s been nine years but he still has the same effect on her. They eventually start dating and making new memories together.

Who wants perfect? Not me. I want real.

There is a twist that attempts to derail them and adds a great element to the story, I loved how Quinn handled it, it was a great LOL moment. I really loved this story and reading about these two coming back together. Such a great second chance romance. Quinn’s brothers were great, I loved how protective they were of her. The secondary characters were also great. Quinn was a sassy and strong willed woman who didn’t take anyone's crap. The ending was great. Harper Sloan does a great job of pulling you right in and you won’t stop until your done. I look forward to reading more from this series.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Lost Rider (Coming Home #1)

This is Quinn and Tate’s story. Quinn and Tate were in love and planning a future that was until he left her and never came back. Now she does not do relationships. She was doing fine without him until she learns he is coming back to town. Now all those feelings are back along with a lot of pain. Tate had no choice but to stay away from Quinn for years. Now with the last person he was protecting by staying away gone he can finally get his second chance. Will he be able to convince her that he stayed away for her own good? Can he get her to fall for him again so he can finally have her forever? Or is Quinn going to fight him every step of the way? Can they overcome all the hurt of the past to have a future together? Or do they just need some closure to move on?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

I have loved Harper Sloan since I started her Corps Security series and now I am even more sure that she is incapable of writing a book that I will not love. She knows how to write sexy alpha males well, and even though this is different from her Corps series the men in this Cowboy series are equally as hot and sexy.

This is book 2 in the Coming Home series and can be read as a standalone but I would read Lost Rider first as you will get to know the characters more and their dynamics and back story. I loved Quinn in Lost Rider so was looking forward to meeting the man that would knock her out of her boots.

Kiss My Boots is a really sweet second chance romance story, a genre I simply love. Growing up Quinn Davies was friends with Tate Montgomery, a boy who only can to the small town of Pine Oak for a few months each year during the summer. Their relationship develops into a beautiful romance but they end up being separated by forces outside their control. 9 years on and now Tate is back to claim back his woman and show her he means to stay this time, he just has to break down her walls and work on her trust issues.

The chemistry between Quinn and Tate is scorching hot but it is also completed with so much love and witty banter. They are so beautiful together.

I did enjoy seeing more of Quinn's brothers and Leighton, even more I cant wait to read Clay's story, which I am hoping is next, as I can't wait to meet the woman to change the ways of the eternal bachelor.

I love, love, love Harper Sloan, and The Coming Home series.  When I was selected to be a part of the blog tour, I was literally jumping up and down.  I love being able to receive advanced copies of a book, but this one was super special for me.  So as you would have guessed…in I went!

As aspected this was yet another amazing installment of The Coming Home series by Harper Sloan!  Kiss My Boots grabbed ahold of my heartstrings, and took me on an emotional roller coaster.  This book was fun loving, emotional, and a joy to read.  I throughly enjoyed every single second of it.  The characters had depth, and were very easy to relate to.  I felt like I was drawn right into the story, and was there for all the fun time, and all the heartache. This series is a must read for any and all contemporary romance readers!!  I promise it is worth every cent!!

Harper Sloan has helped revive my love of a good old fashioned cowboy. I had long ago given up on cowboy and western romances but with Lost Rider and now Kiss My Boots, Sloan has brought a fresh twist on the genre that has me panting for more. Kiss My Boots is full of sass, humor, and a whole lot of heat. I swear my house was as hot as a Texas summer day while I was reading this.

Quinn Davis is a hell raiser, sassy, and spunky. She’s also guarded and avoids relationships like the plague. After meeting her in Lost Rider, I knew it would take one hell of a man to break past her walls. In comes Tate Montgomery, Quinn’s past. He is delicious, tender, and determined. After walking away from Quinn years ago, he’s back to win her heart again. The two of them are so great together. There’s plenty of humor, a lot of heat, and some tender moments to tug on your heartstrings. I loved how well-written these characters were. They are well-developed and complex. The secondary cast was just as fabulous. I loved getting a glimpse of Mav and Leigh’s happily ever after.

There is some drama in the book but it’s rather low-key and not really focused on the relationship. I love it when an author doesn’t cause unnecessary conflict between a couple and use outside forces to help make the relationship stronger. I absolutely adored this story and I cannot wait to watch Clay get knocked to his knees.

If you’re up for a little cowboy loving, then definitely pick up this book.

4.5 stars

Kiss My Boots is book 2 in the Coming Home series. It revolves around Quinn and Tate whom I am absolutely in love with. It is one of the best second chance romances I have read. Quinn is Maverick's little sister from book 1 in this series and has been in love with Tatum Montgomery since she was 11 years old. They spent every summer together for 8 years, and then they go 9 years without seeing each other. She has gone on to take over her fathers mechanic shop. He went to college and med school and became a Gyno. Now he is moving back to Pine Oak after losing the only family that mattered to him, with the hopes that he can get his girl back. She is sassy, a bit of a spit fire and honestly not interested in a relationship with anoyne else but Tate and she is thoroughly convinced that it wasn't going to happen. Because he ran out on her. The love that she has for him you can feel.. it is extremely palpable. This is what Harper Sloan does so well, she pours the emotion right into the story and it just explodes all over your heart and gives you all the feels. The book was so well written honestly, very easy to read and it flowed perfectly. You can tell just by the way the characters interact with each other that they are perfectly suited for one another. I do love that while there was sex in the book, it wasn't the main focus of the book. Also, that the scenes, which I usually skim were different than a lot of others. I am glad that Quinn and Tate got a HEA. Well written, can't wait for book 3 even though I don't want this series to end.

A few months ago I read Lost Rider, the first book in this series and fell for this author’s voice. She reminds me a bit of the way Kristen Ashley writes – and I like it. This series focuses on four siblings – two brothers and a sister, and the sister, Quinn gets her HEA in this one in a second chance at love trope.

Quinn is a car mechanic – it has been her passion her entire life. Some may call her a tomboy but she argues that while she likes to be under cars, she is still all woman. One thing people don’t argue about is her fiery attitude. Quinn holds nothing back – whether it is full on laughing, or full on arguing with her brothers, she is full of passion and life.

Years ago, she met and fell in love with Tatum Montgomery. Tate would come to Pine Oak every summer and stay with his grandparents. His wealthy and snobby parents back home expected great things from him – following in the footsteps of his doctor grandfather. Being a doctor was fine with Tate, but not having Quinn in his life was not okay. Over four summers they fell in love. Quinn’s mother abandoned her family long ago, so it took time for Quinn to come to trust Tate, which made it even worse when he was forced to leave. When he told his parents he wanted to go to a college closer to Pine Oaks to be nearer to Quinn, they used their high connections to threaten to destroy her family if he pursued that path. Tortured himself, Tate chose to walk away from Quinn, and hasn’t seen or spoken to her for ten years.

But now Tate’s grandfather has died, and his house is for sale, and Tate is coming back to Pine Oak to take over his practice, no longer under the control of his parents. Both Quinn and Tate have not had a serious relationship all this time – and when he comes back to town, Quinn can barely believe it. She also freaks out:

Taking over Fisher’s practice.

Oh. My. God.

I slam on the brakes and stop dead in the middle of the road that Leigh’s drive is off of and stare out the windshield in front of me in horror. Thankfully, no one is traveling behind me.

“Jesus Jones. He’s a gyno,” I moan into the empty cab. “Tatum Montgomery isn’t just a doctor. He’s a lady doctor.”

All then men in this book are so alpha. The amount of growls stack up – and I liked it. Quinn’s two brothers are very protective of her and they do not want Tate waltzing back into town to crush their sister’s heart again. Tate though can handle them, and through a series of grunts they work it out. But Quinn is a spit-fire and her own woman, and while she doesn’t need her brothers approval, she respects them so much she likes to have it. From the get-go, Tate and Quinn are pretty much in love but this set-up worked for me. There isn’t really a conflict – besides the fact they have to trust each other enough to move forward in a serious relationship. Even without conflict, this book was engaging. And fun and sexy. Quinn makes me laugh – she is such a goof. Her best friend Leigh (heroine from book one) and her have the best girlfriend relationship. They are silly, and always there for each other and I loved them together.

“You’re a hell-raisin’ badass, remember?”

I choke on a laugh, her words warming me from the inside.

“Yeah, I am a hell-raisin’ badass,” I agree through wobbly lips.

“You betcha ass you are. Now what are ya gonna do about it?”

Tate and Quinn have great sexual chemistry in this one. They are so attracted to each other, it’s torture until they finally give in and admit they still love each other and get naked! This whole book has a ramped-up sexual vibe.

“Hello?” he calls, clearly impatient, if his tone is anything to go by.

Shit, I haven’t said a word. I bet I’m breathing heavy. Like a creepy stalker or something.

“Hey,” I squeak, rushing the word out to quiet the panic Inner Quinn is going through.

“Quinn,” he breathes. Literally. He breathes my name in the most sensual way, and I feel it go straight to my gut.

My one complaint is a very small side-story involving a woman Tate is dating when he decides to move to Pine Oak and take over the practice. This woman, while Tate and her had agreed was just casual dating and sex, no strings – wants more and is upset he is moving. I feel like Tate treats her poorly when he decides to move, and later when she shows up in Pine Oak, Quinn treats her poorly too. This woman’s actions in the book, while yes she gets clingy and then shows up unexpectedly on Tate’s doorstep – but those actions didn’t warrant the verbal treatment she got from both Tate and Quinn in my opinion. It rubbed me the wrong way. But it’s a small part of the book – honestly, I don’t even think it needed to be in the book.

Otherwise a really fun and sexy read. I’m loving this author’s voice.

Grade: B+

As a longtime fan of Harper Sloan I as a bit surprised when I read that she was releasing a “Western Romance” novel titled Lost Rider. In my mind I pictured old western movies in which I have no interest in. I don’t even think I even read the synopsis… then a fellow blogger and trusted reading buddy says “I’m reading Lost Rider and I am loving it!” and that got me thinking… why am I being narrow minded just because of the word “western” and I decided to give it a go. Oh my gosh, I am so glad I did!!! I ended up loving Lost Rider and couldn’t wait for Kiss My Boots!

So here I am now recommending this series, set in my awesome state of Texas. Kiss My Boots is a beautiful second chance romance filled with the right blend of angst, sexiness, and lighthearted humor between Tate and Quinn. Tate is determined to win his first love back and Quinn is full of fight and feistiness. They both give and take from the very beginning until the inevitable tumble between the sheets changes the game. Their relationship makes for a very entertaining read! Fans of this author will be pleased with the final outcome. Kiss My Boots needs to be on your immediate TBR!

I couldn't WAIT to read Kiss My Boots after reading Lost Rider. I can't decide which one I'm more in love with. It MIGHT be Kiss My Boots, but I've been in a book hangover for WEEKS, so it took me a bit longer to get through it. If I wasn't it'll probably five instead of four stars.

I really LOVED the friendship between Quinn and Leighton. I can't stress that enough! I'm always cracking up when they're around. It was nice seeing Maverick again too, BUT this book was focused on Quinn and sigh Tate. The two of them and their love was one for the books. ;) I normally don't really care for flashbacks, but I could've read more when they were teenagers. The blossoming of their sweet love and their cute nicknames for each other I couldn't get enough of!!

I can't wait for Clay's story in Cowboy Up!!!

I love Quinn! I hadn't read Lost Rider first but that's where we meet Quinn since she's Leigh's BFF.

Quinn is a sassy tomboy, raised by her older brothers who are constantly hovering. She's not interested in romance - especially not with her ex who comes back to town to stay. And seems determined to win her back forever.

Tate made some dumb choices when he was younger, including leaving the only woman he's ever loved. He's back in town, he's staying and he wants Quinn back. He's got a lot of work ahead of him to win her back though.

I love Harper's Southern writing. I've never lived in the South so her writing makes me feel like what I'm able to live in the South - or at least be privy to how living is there.

"Quinn, the hell-raisin’ badass is back, and Tate Montgomery can kiss my boots."

Kiss My Boots is the second standalone book in the Coming Home Series by Harper Sloan centred around hell-raisin' Quinn Davis and rich boy Tatum Montgomery.

I love a second chance romance, and a second chance romance with a bit of hate to love thrown in? My favourite!

After meeting Quinn in Lost Rider I was desperate to learn more about her. Growing up with two over protective brothers, no mother and an uncaring father turned her into a tomboy who just wanted her happily ever after. As a teenager Quinn met the boy she wanted to spend her life with, Tatum Montgomery. They planned a future through Rose Tinted glasses and for one reason or another the future never came.

Tate disappeared. Leaving Quinn with a broken heart she's been nursing and building walls around for 9 long years.

“If I take a chance—given that there’s even one to take—and let him close to that part of me again, somethin’ I haven’t let any man near since the last time I gave that to Tate, it could end in disaster, Leigh.” “Or . . . it could end in pure magic.” “It could be my destruction,” I debate. “Or it could be your salvation.” My salvation.

Tate makes a sudden appearance backing Quinn's life hoping they can pick up where they left off. But should they? And more importantly can they? Is there teenage love still as strong after 9 years?

I loved finally getting Quinn's story, I found her hilarious in Lost Rider. She's a little brash, a little insecure and a lot hilarious. Tate was almost Quinn's opposite. He was calm and collected and new what he wanted and exactly how to get it.

When you learn why Tate left Quinn 9 years ago, you can completely sympathise with him and it makes you love him a little bit more. He's genuine and a nice guy.

“Quinn, babe, you gave him Bertha’s engine,” she whispers. “You gave him the heart of a vehicle you’ve been painstakingly breathing life back into for longer than any of your other projects. You think I don’t know anythin’ about what you do with those trucks, but I pay attention and I know you wouldn’t have given Bertha’s heart to anyone you wouldn’t trust your own with.”

While I really enjoyed reading Kiss My Boots, I would've loved a little bit more angst and tension. And a little bit of angry sex. Every hate to love story needs a little angry sex and I think it would've added to Kiss My Boots just a little bit more when Quinn and Tate finally see each other again. Quinn was a firecracker and it would've added so much more to her character. Lost Rider had perfect sexual chemistry and tension and it fell a little flat in Kiss My Boots.

Kiss My Boots was a solid 3.5 star read and still a great second chance story and I really enjoyed going back to Pine Oak and seeing each of the characters again!

This book was hurdles better than the first book. The first book had me cringing with the male overly sharing his emotions...this book while not freaking awesome was good. It had a good storyline and sometimes the writing had me pausing because I had to remember that, yes, in the country - we sometimes drop the 'g' off our words, but all-in-all this was a okay read. I really wish that the author would go back to her Corps Security Series and continue to write what she was absolutely stunning at, but at the same time I realize that all authors go through transition periods.

What I liked about this book...two flawed characters who had weaknesses and knew what they were. They didn't hide the fact that they had them. I like a little spice in books but then it gets OTT and someone needs to take a bath in some ice - I felt that at times and found myself skipping ahead. Quinn struck me as being really hardheaded sometimes and Tates explanation of why he stayed away left me shaking my head because if it were me...well he wouldn't get a second chance. That's why this is fiction and not real life. I did love Tate as a character however. I found him unshakable once he set his mind on something. The one thing that just felt a little rushed was the ending. We have this drawn out couple chapters of him internally talking about "something coming" and then the something coming takes place at 96% and at 97% is the epilogue...it had me scratching my head in confusion. I think that fans of the author will buy the book no matter what and I think this is probably a good series, but for those of us that are die-hard Corps fans....it's a hard switch and pill to swallow.

Will I read the next one? Of course. There hasn't been a book I haven't read, but I'm still holding out hope for a reunion of a different sort in a different series...this is fiction - I can wish!

I was provided an ARC from the publisher/author/NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own and do not reflect anyone else's.

“Quinn, the hell-raisin’ badass is back, and Tate Montgomery can kiss my boots.”

This series is EVERYTHING!! Kiss My Boots can be read as a standalone but if you want the full Coming Home series ‘s experience, I recommend that you read the Lost Rider.
I fell in love with this series and the Davies’s family when I read the Lost Rider and Kiss My Boots did not disappoint!
I couldn't tear my eyes away from the pages, I was enthralled not only in this second chance story but also in the story of the Davies’s clan. I loved everything about the story, the action, the heat, the trust, the other characters, the emotions, the humour … EVERYTHING! Raw, real and brutally honest, Quinn and Tate's story is about life altering moments, and finding your happily ever after ... it is about taking that leap of faith…

“He taught me trust. He showed me love. Then he gave me pain.”

Nine years ago Tate left after his summer holidays at his grandparents… since the age of 11, his routine was spending his summer with his friend and first LOVE, Quinn Davies. However, after making promises, nine years ago, he stopped coming back, stopped emailing, texting and calling. What happened? Why did he leave Quinn after promising her FOREVER?
Nine years later, Starch is back and he wants to win back his Grease …

“The Ghost of Heartbreak Past apparently is back in Pine Oak. Tatum Montgomery. Jesus Jones.”

Tate and Quinn are PERFECT for each other- they are endearing and honest. I honestly do not know how Harper Sloan does it but once again, she takes you by the hand and walks you through their story as you watch them hurdle obstacles and cry at their heartbreak. I had high expectations because, as I said I loved Lost Rider so much- I knew it was going to be good but it took me by surprise with just how in depth the story goes and just how perfect and swoon-worthy Tate is … and Clay … and Maverick!
Quinn is my favourite female heroine- she is so strong, witty and vulnerable. When she is with Leighton, their relationship makes me smile so much as it is so real and sincere.

“I live in a world where Quinn Davis very much exists, erasing any possibility of any other perfect woman existing for me, ever.”

Thank you Harper Sloan for giving us more about Leighton and Maverick – It was pure bliss.
I was completely sucked in to the very end!!! I FREAKING LOVE this book!!
By the way, BEST EPILOGUE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

“We’re on the cusp of adulthood, old enough to understand our hearts are connected so powerfully, you can almost feel them nestling close together, beating as one.”
