I loved the plot and the suspense. This author is new to me and I enjoyed his writing. I appreciate the chance to read this. Wish the author the best of luck.

I felt disconnected with the characters in the book. There were times that I didn't even know who the main character Sarah was speaking to until much later into the conversation. I think the background plot was good, but the flow of the story needed to be refined more.

From Higher Places is a very well written book. I loved the plot and characters and I enjoyed this author's writing style.

This book was hard to follow along with, and the writing style just isn't for me. The story sounded interesting, but it took a while to get going. I ended up skimming around a bit, and just lost interest.
