I was looking forward to reading this as I like Nadiya's style and the little snippets she offers. This book displays her quirky sense of fun.
She's taken some traditional menu items and pepped them up, so it's great for the adventurous person. Like all the cookbooks on my shelf, I'll probably only use a handful of the recipes (the really simple ones), but having said that, a lot of them look interesting with some unusual ingredients and shortcuts.
Would have liked to see pictures for recipes that were missing them - like a jigsaw puzzle, I need to know what I'm aiming for, that is, what my end product is supposed to look like.

Can’t really give much feedback about this book as a sample with only 2 recipes (after the introduction) is not enough, which is a shame because I think Nadiya is very popular and I would have liked to have tried a few more actual recipes to be able to recommend this book.

Nadiya is such an approachable chef to follow, and I always find something I want to try. The British food journey could be a tired pursuit but Nadiya finds something fresh to say, as always. Recommended.

Bit of a shame it was a sample with only two recipes

I was a bit disappointed when I downloaded the book to find it was only a sample and there were TWO recepies, so for this reason I am giving it 2 stars. I couldn’t form an opinion on the book in its entirety because it was a sample. Please highlight it is a sample as I though there was a problem with my iPad and only part of the book downloaded. Very disappointing.

This was a very short sampler, I was expecting a few more recipes however the pictures were vibrant and the text clear and easy to read. The recipes look interesting but it would have been great to see the recipe index as this would have given me a better indication of the type of food the author included in the book.

Great book, vibrant, easy looking recipes. Have enjoyed looking through this. Easy to read and pleasant on the eye.

I have been a fan of Nadiya for years and her newest book did not disappoint! The recipes are beautifully presented and illustrated. The recipes I tried to make were easy follow and complete. I look forward to trying out more in the future!

This was only a sample so it is difficult to write a full review. It was not what I was expecting as I thought I would be reviewing the completed book. Whilst the recipes do look interesting, this extract is too short to give me a full flavour of the book. I like the author’s other books, so suspect I would also enjoy this one.

I really liked the recipes included in this sample.
The ingredient lists were not intimidating and everything could be easily sourced.
The recipes have been well thought through and are not labour intensive or time consuming.
Nadiya’s friendly and encouraging style comes through well on the page and this made the book enjoyable to read and browse through.

What a gorgeous cookbook. I adore reading cookbooks and pore over them for hours. This is one to savour and share the delights with others. The photography is exquisite and the recipes not overly complicated for the most part.

Loved Nadiya on Bake Off so was eager to try the recipes from this book. So far so good, the recipes are clearly written, easy to make and have been tasty. No tweaks have been necessary that I sometimes have had to do for other chef's recipes. It would have been nice to have more pictures of completed recipes, small criticism though.

I’ve enjoyed watching Nadia on the television, ever since Bake Off. So pleased to be able to take a peep at this recipe book. I will certainly be buying it.
