Jemma is in a car accident and loses her memory. This is a story of a man and woman who lose their life together and the lengths to which Braxton goes to help her remember and the hope to gain back the love of his life.

I thought the author showed very well the struggle Jemma was having. I completely understood how she felt, so lost and afraid, and it was difficult to see how cold and, at times, rude she was to everyone wanting nothing more than to help her. The emotions Jodi Perry draws out of you are raw and intense.

My heart ached for Braxton and he stole my heart from the start. What a truly special character Jodi Perry has given us here. And wow! The lengths he went to. His letters showcasing their past together were just beautiful! The first time they meet, their first kiss, everything they went through, and the all-consuming love they shared for each other had me smiling, giggling, and at times, teary. It was magical seeing into their past and their bond.

The supporting characters in this story add so much! It is beautiful to see everyone’s bonds, how they all strive to be there for one another, and what a close family they all are together.

Jodi Perry takes us on an incredibly heartfelt, emotional journey in this breathtaking story filled with strength, heartache, hope, and unconditional love. It left my heart full and a smile on my face.

This is a great love story. It fills you up with deep emotions reminds me of Love story by Erich Segal. The feeling not the story. Enjoy the ride.

Emotional. What a book? A must read. I couldn’t put down. The characters come to life on the page. This had me in tears

At first, I enjoyed this book. It seemed sweet and which girl wouldn’t dream about a perfect partner such as Braxton? But then, something happened. Not only that I’ve struggled to carry on and finish it, but it all became very repetitive and same-y. The characters are so unidimensional, to the point of being boring. I also got quite annoyed with the way the author writes, which, similar to the characters, has no depth or descriptive qualities.

Thank you to Netgalley for an e-copy of this book in exchange of an impartial review.

I have been a Jodi Perry fan for a while. Nineteen Letters is a kind heartwarming story that for me could always be a what if. What if this happened to my loved one. One day I find out my husband doesn't remember me. It's tough to follow the story through Braxton's eyes. He remembers how Jemma was and how there life was before the accident. Following their journey growing up through his nineteen letters is beautiful.

It was a book hard to put down. Very captivating and the story of true love.

This was just a fantastic read from start to finish - I loved it all. I read it virtually in one sitting despite trying to slow myself down I just couldn't. Everything felt real and believable, and I shed at tear at the end with the Dad to close the loop. Lovely lovely story, great book.

Well where to start, I love a book where the characters come to life and they did from the 1st page with this book, as you read this story you will feel the loss for Braxton and then you will fall in love with both Jemma & Braxton during their journey. This is a love story but with an amazing twist, I laughed and cried throughout this book and found myself reading into the night as I honestly couldn't put it down. The way the story was delivered was imaginative and I found this different to other books I have read recently, the delivery was fantastically paced and the whole idea behind the storyline was pure genius. This is the book that you don't want it to end as you are emotionally invested in the characters as they have become so real throughout the story. A definite 5 stars from me and it will be top of my recommendation list.

I couldn't possibly rate this book lower than the 5 stars that it absolutely deserve. All I knew when I started reading this novel well what I expected was that there would be nineteen letters but apart from that honestly I wasn't sure what direction the story would go, although I did have a box of tissues with me just in-case.

What I got was a book that was just beautiful, so well written, the love that the characters felt just oozed out of the pages, I was feeling a real connection with both Brax and Jem, constantly hoping for the best as I continued to read.

How Jodi has written this is very clever. Told from dual POV, we get details from the two main characters, not only from the present but the past as well, as the reader we are given a real insight into their lives and this allows for the imagination to really paint a picture, to become immersed in their journey.

This is a novel that has what I like to call 'the feels'. It leaves you oh so emotional and with one mighty book hangover and I can tell you, that is a really good thing! The saying says the love concurs all and this story is proof that it most certainly does.

This is the story of Braxton and Jenna two childhood sweethearts whose world fell apart when Jenna was involved in a car accident which robbed her of her memory of her previous life.

In a bid to help Jenna regain her memory Braxton writes her nineteen letters outlining their life together in a romantic and touching way. Braxton is such an unselfish, caring, loyal and loving man I was rooting for him from page one.

All his letters were written from the heart and I loved reading each one and secretly wishing I had my own Braxton.

I found the book a bit slow to begin with but soon was page turning to read more and the end of the book was amazing. Loved Jenna and Braxtons story ,a lovely thought provoking love story.

This has got to be one of the best, if not the best, story I have ever read.

It reminded me of the film ' The Vow' if you loved this film you will love this book.

Braxton and Jemma are soul mates, they met when they were kids. They eventually marry and nineteen days after they marry, Jemma is involved in a serious car accident and wakes up and does not remember anybody including Braxton. So he starts sending her letters telling her things about their life together.

An amazingly beautiful, poignant story.

I only wish I could give this nineteen stars

The thought of losing your memory is such a scary one and not being able to remember your family and friends is truly awful and this has been captured in this book.

Jemma no longer knows who she or anyone is following a car accident and the book tells of her journey back form this. Her husband doesn't give up and writes her letters telling her about her life in the hope it will bring her back to him.

A lovely book and one which gives you hope that true love can conquer.

A beautifully written love story that I just couldn't put down. Jemma and Braxton have the intense relationship that everybody craves for but few find and when tragedy strikes Braxton refuses to give up on his forever girl. I found myself feeling a flutter of excitement each time a letter arrived and was desperate to read the content of each one. I cannot recommend it highly enough - a great feel good read and fabulously written

This book focuses on nineteen letters sent from Braxton to Jemma in an attempt to regain her memory following a car accident. What follows is the story of how Jemma and Braxton became who they are today - the couple we all aspire to be a part of!
This book has a very simple premise but is so beautifully written I couldn't step away from it. I was gripped from the beginning, willing the couple to have the happy ever after they so deserved.
I LOVED this book and was gutted to come to the end, it was so well written and is perhaps my book of 2017.
Thank you so much for sharing with me

What can I say about this book? It grabbed my heart and squeezed every emotion it could find from it.
Jemma and Braxton have been neighbours and friends since childhood. They have been married for nineteen days when tragedy strikes and Jemna is left in a comma. Braxton is devasted and stays by her bedside until she awakes.

When Jemma comes round from the comma she has no memory of who she is or of the life she had.
Braxton's world collapses again when Jemma orders him out of her hospital room. He has no idea how to get throught to her, then someone suggests writing his feelings down in letters to her. This becomes the first of nineteen letters he sends to Jemma, nineteen is a significant number to them.
We hear their story through the letters and what a beautiful story it is, but can Jemma ever find her way back to Braxton and the life she lived?

The other characters in the book have good sub plots too, Jemma's parents,Braxton's father, and two of Jemma and Braxton's friends.
Set in Australia this story is so beautifully written it will break your heart and stay with you long after you have closed the book.

Absolutely beautiful book.
Jemma has a car accident and she losses her memory. She doesn't remember anything at all. But Braxton, her husband and forever boy, refuses to accept it. So he starts writing her letters, telling her how their life together was.
This story is so beautifully written that I couldn't stop smiling.
The characters are unforgettable. One of the best books I have recently read

Every now and then you need to read a good love story and this certainly fits that niche. Braxton and Jemma are the main characters of this book. Their lives and the story of their love made me want to be friends with them. To me, that is an indication of a good story-teller. Their lives seemed so real-their relationships with their parents and friends were natural. At times I wanted to be Jemma and have someone love me like Braxton loved her with his whole being. I don't want to give much of the story away, so I'll leave it there but if you want a real feel-good book, without a lot of obscenity or drawn out sex scenes, this one is perfect for you. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me to read an advance copy for my honest review.
