As Rom Coms goes this is definitely up there with some of the best I’ve read

Gabe and Eva had plenty of good qualities to make the book dance along nicely, I was hooked from the start and found some great laughs throughout.

The comedy was spot on and I was definitely routing for this wonderful couple throughout.

A great book

A real ‘feelgood’ romcom book, loved Ave and Gabe and the easy flow of the book made it one of those books that is a pleasure to read and not a chore,,there really is nothing not to like in this very funny book 😊

I’m not normally a big fans of rom-coms. I find them to be forced and not at all funny.
But Sam definitely doesn’t fall in to that.
I absolutely loved this book.

It was a fun, flirty and easy read that I couldn’t get enough of. So much so I read it in one sitting and was left with a huge smile on my face.

The humour was fluid throughout and not once did it feel forced.
Ava and Gabe were just perfect for each other and you couldn’t help but fall in love with them...and Gucci.

I think all we need now is Julian’s story.
I would love to see him get his own HEA and to finally be able to be ‘himself’.

While I liked Breaking Hollywood and flew through the novel in a matter of hours, it felt like something was missing.

It didn't excite me like some of Samantha Towle's previous novels did. Although I enjoyed the witty banter, I felt the novel was somewhat formulaic. Arse-y hero and quirky heroine are attracted to each other but also irritate each other. Circumstances force hero and heroine together for a prolonged period of time and they give into their chemistry and fall in love. Everything is fine and dandy until something happens to make hero distrust heroine and they break up. Eventually hero realises the error of his ways and asks heroine for forgiveness and they live happily ever after.

I don't know why I didn't enjoy it more. I liked it but I doubt I'll get the urge to re-read it any time soon. Maybe the whole powerful man (billionaire/ rock star/ actor) meets ordinary (often down on her luck) woman and falls in love has been so overdone that I can't fully appreciate the novel.

I laughed, I giggled and I devoured the entire book. This in my opinion is not the best book of hers I've read. I did enjoy reading and I felt the characters were three dimensional and at least relatable. So in that respect this book was good!

This was absolutely a winner for me. Sam Towle never fails to make me fall in love with her books, and her words and her talent is amazing.

Where do i start, well this book is so funny. I mean Gabriel and Ava's first meeting, i mean a smart car really it certainly made me giggle. But this book is not all laughs, there are plenty of emotional elements to the story all with that huge dose of Samantha Towle romance i know and love to read. Heart beating from the sheer romance, but then also from the way she describes how the characters feel and connect intimately. Beautiful, funny and a great read.PS Gucci - hello great secondary character :)

Another great story from Samantha Towle and once again I hooked to Gabe's and Ava.

I was quickly hooked to the plot from the beginning. The characters were great I looked Ava and Gucci the goat who I think stole the book!!! Gabe was sexy and brooding and also frustrating at times. Some of the banter between Gabe and Ava was great and i couldn't help but laugh out loud. There were a few twists and turns in their story as secrets were exposed. It was great to see characters from a previous book turn up too. I really enjoyed this and recommend to all romance fans

Samantha Towle is one of my go to authors. I have read every book she has written and I one click her latest releases without even reading the blurb. So when a new book is released I kind of have a high expectation that I'm going to love it and be hooked very early on in the story. This book ticked both of those boxes without a doubt. I absolutely loved this story! It was fun, there were twists and there was also hot sex. The story wasn't predictable and it flowed perfectly! The main characters Gabe and Ava were fantastic and I loved the banter between them. A definite must read!

4.5 Stars in my Sky!

What I love about Sam's writing is her inherent ability to make me laugh and swoon all at once and Breaking Hollywood is no different. It is a standalone but watch out for some glimpses of a few favs from Wardrobe Malfunction.

Ava is already having a pretty terrible day which escalates quickly when she runs over Hollywood superstar Gabe's foot. She finds suddenly herself responsible for a grumpy guy with a broken foot - at least he's hot!

Ava and Gabe are hilarious. I really enjoyed their sexy banter and ridiculous bickering. I have to admit my main focus was often on Gucci, Ava's sweet pygmy goat. It took me far longer than usual to write up my review because I kept getting sidetracked looking at cute goat pics. Gucci's antics certainly added a lot of lighter moments to the more dramatic scenes. I particularly enjoyed watching Gabe struggle to pretend he wasn't totally obsessed with both Ava and her goat.

There are lots of sexy moments, so much so, that I couldn't read the book in my lunch break at work for fear of blushing.

Oh the misunderstandings! They have more than their fair share of ups and downs which I could understand to a certain point. I did want to chuck something at Gabe's head a couple of times for being so stubborn.

The chemistry between them is intense. I was rooting for them to work through their issues to see just how perfect they could be together.

Adored this book!

"I'm enjoying arguing with you. It's almost like foreplay."

Ava Simms' life has just about fallen apart when she accidentally runs over Gabriel Evan's foot. His obnoxious, rude manner puts a dent in her secret crush on him. However, she gives as good as she gets, which completely, inexplicably turns Gabe on. He thoroughly enjoys her feistiness.

"I've always been the kind of guy who needs his own space, but with her...I don't want to be away from her for longer than necessary."

When his broken foot means that he needs someone to help him, and her homeless jobless situation means that she gets a roof over her head, an awkward arrangement is made between them. Neither expects their prickly relationship to combust into something hot, sexy, and addictive.

"All of her belongs to me. And I'm hers completely. She owns me. Something possessive and primal rips through me."

This book was so funny right off the bat - I was giggling at the spitfire repartee between Ava and Gabe. There was chemistry between them from the start, and I loved how Ava didn't put up with any of Gabe's nonsense. I adored how much Gabe was attracted to Ava and, once he started spending time with her and got to know her, I enjoyed watching him falling for her.

I was pleasantly surprised that the story proceeded to take some emotional turns, and then finally finished on a swoonworthy note!

Adorable, hilarious, heartfelt, and oh-so-sexy! Fab read!

I have to say that I really enjoyed this book; it was engrossing and I found myself hooked into the story right from the beginning. This book was sweet and had plenty of laughs and I found the characters likeable and endearing. They had plenty of chemistry and they were a couple that I was definitely routing for. For me, there was an element of the story pertaining to Gabriel that I felt was brushed over a little quickly although this was likely to keep the drama and angst to a minimum given this was a RomCom. All in all, a good read.

I was provided with a copy of this book from the Publisher via NetGalley; there was no inducement or obligation.

Ava is having one of the worst days of her life, soon-to-be evicted and then made redundant due to down-sizing, Ava understandably, has an emotional meltdown in her car leading her to run over the foot of her Hollywood crush, Gabe Evans. Except Gabe isn't as nice as she imagined in her fantasises, in fact having his foot run over seems to have turned him into a bit of an a-hole.

Ava is a wonderful character, with a sunny disposition and what seems to be an unending well of optimism. Don't let that fool you into thinking she is a push-over, she is more than capable of standing up for herself and makes ingenious use of her sass to do just that.

Circumstances lead Ava into aiding Gabe throughout the duration of his recuperation in exchange for room and board for herself and her pygmy goat, Gucci. The banter between Ava and Gabe ignites the sparks between them. Although they both agree to a no-strings attached arrangement, it is obvious there is more to the connection between them than either of them want to admit. Especially as Gabe has a lot of skeletons he keeps tightly locked up in the proverbial closet.

There is a cross-over with Breaking Hollywood and some of the characters in Wardrobe Malfunction that add depth to the plot.

Forced to confront his demons alongside his feelings for Ava while freeing for Gabe, unfortunately, leads to a terrible situation for both Gabe and Ava. Luckily, they have some very good friends in their corner.

Breaking Hollywood makes you consider the lengths you would go to to ensure those closest to you are kept healthy, happy and safe - what would you sacrifice for those you love ♥

Breaking Hollywood was HILARIOUS!

Samantha Towle never ceases to amaze me with her work, and I am jist in love with her male alphas!

It was funny, it was sexy, it was dramatic, and it was written brilliantly!

I loved the chemistry between Gabe and Ava. It sizzled, and at so many points made me laugh. They were perfect!

I loved every single inch of this story, and you will too! Trust me, you will.

So I couldn’t wait to start this one! I loved Under Her and Trouble and as soon as I heard about this book it was on my wishlist.

The banter between the two main characters had me laughing out loud. Literally. Sat in the office looking like a crazy woman. I love the nicknames, the chemistry, the verbal sparring between them. Gabe is an arrogant Hollywood star who is rude and a jerk, Ava has not idea who she is dealing with when she offers to move in and help him out. After all, it is her fault he is in this mess. But the two of them are the perfect combination and compliment each other, even if they are too blind to see it in the beginning. I love the little digs they have at each other, Speedy and Hoppy have definitely met their match with each other.

Ava is having the worst day, she lost her job, she is being evicted from her apartment and now she has run over a superstar’s foot. Her life is definitely not going the way she planned. The crush she had on him after watching his movies should be long gone now she has seen how rude and arrogant he is in person, but for some reason she finds herself offering to look after him. I love Gucci, the idea of Ava sleeping in her car to keep her beloved pygmy goat is adorable. Gucci added to the quirky character of Ava and seeing Gabe warm to the idea of Gucci was cute too. Seeing the relationship between these two develop was great, Gabe opening up to someone for the first time and breaking down his barriers. Ava standing up for herself and what she wants for once, refusing to be intimidated.

When things took a turn for the worse I wanted to stop reading! Loved these two so much I didn’t want to see them ripped apart. But it was resolved quickly and gave Gabe the kick he needed to realise he had a problem and that he had found his soulmate in Ava.

I really enjoyed reading this. Gabe and Ava are two completely different characters but they work together so well and fixed each other. Loved all Sam’s books so far and this one is no exception.

This is one of the most gloriously funny books I have read in a long time. To say I loved it is an understatement. It completely appealed to my sense of humour and had me laughing out loud from the beginning. I belly laughed at most of it and had a stupid grin on my face the rest of the time. I loved the banter between Gabe and Ava, his snarky comments and even his insulting behaviour towards her was hilarious. It's clear he enjoyed winding her up. Ava's a great character, strong and feisty, witty but also with a soft side. She's definitely able to give as good as she gets. She's tenacious and doesn't like to admit defeat. This stands them in good stead when things take a sharp turn and threaten everything they have together. There's also a dark side to Gabe which tends to appear every now and again and his responses to certain situations when he goes into self preservation mode, add another more emotional dimension to the story.

Comedy, romance, a little angst and a lot of hotness, this is a fantastic book. So well written, with a great storyline that flowed well, I didn't want it to end. I can't recommend it highly enough. It gets five big stars from me.

I love Samantha Towle books & this one is no exception, it may even take top spot along with The Mighty Storm!.

I absolutely loved the story, the characters, the adorable Gucci, I loved everything. It was funny, hot & sometimes heartbreaking but I was gripped from the very first page & once I'd started I couldn't stop until I'd finished.

Absolutely fantastic!!

At first I wasn't so keen on the story, I thought how they met was a bit obvious and a little fake.

But once it got into the story I really started to like it. Gabe turned into quite a compelling character. And I really liked him. I also found the cast of characters great, esp Tate! Great story, gorgeous couple and fun setting.

However, it has to be said that Gucci stole the show
