I truly enjoyed this book. A great collection of biographies that are sure to be high-interest. A definite buy for the school library.

The 'nonfiction minutes' were an interesting way to display the information about each person. Well written and my students liked learning more about important people (some of whom they hadn't heard of).

overall this book was nice, it has a good overview on information on people so that children can start to learn about important people, that did something to change the world in some way. So that was nice.
The writing is also good and easy to understand without making it feel to childish or over simplifying things.

However i could not find a real rhyme or reason on WHO was chosen for this book. And that felt a bit strange. It was a bit like the first 30 people that changed the world in some way the were the first that came to mind where the ones that ended up in this book.

Its a nice introduction book for any child that wants to learn!

Interesting and inspiring. The essays I read were easy to read and share with children. Some of the people included in the book were unknown to them so it was good to introduce other role models to them. Thanks for the ARC.

A fun & quick read. I really liked the fact that the authors give you some links and books to read if you're interested in the person you're reading about.
