A double homicide and a young boy chained in the basement kick off this fast paced suspense in a all new Rogue novella.

Detective Seth Harding along with his brother in law Bruce, who is now a rookie cop with the Sheriff's department, are first on the scene. After finding the boy Seth calls his social worker wife Carly to come and help with the boy.

The pace of this book was non stop. Trying to figure out who the boy was and all the clues and danger that leads to kept you flipping the pages. Along with some intense scenes there were also some laugh out loud moments written during those scenes which were great. This was a another great book in the Rogue series and I cannot wait for part two from Kendra Elliot.
