I really enjoyed the book. Loved the story plot and twists. Approachable characters, realistic situations. Some descriptions or story „fillers” were tiny bit too long, but in overall - very good book and I’d read more by the author. Thank you, great job!

A really quick read - I enjoyed it a lot! Sophia is a very fleshed out character who was easy to get along with and follow in the story. I definitely regret passing by on it until now ☺️

This is absolutely chilling, hugely immersive and packed full of exciting twists and turns. You'll be hooked as the secrets unfold.

On a practical note, I love the cover art for this book too. Great design!

#EverythingIsLies is a psychological thriller written by Helen Callaghan, It's my first book by this author and it won't be my last

I enjoyed that the premise of the book was a little different, that it took me to places that I've never given a lot of thought before. My mum used to say "you learn something new every day" and if only a little of this story is accurate then I've accomplished it for today.

Thanks to the author Ms. Callaghan, #Netgalley and Penguin UK - Michael Joseph, Penguin

Well this was a roller coaster of a ride! Fantastic and had me hooked from page one, didn’t see that coming! Great story and one not to be missed…

I quite enjoyed this because I wasn’t sure which way it was going. No, it wasn’t as well put together as Dear Amy by the same author, but I liked the fact it was a new twist on the thriller, using a cult as a starting off point. It was a little far fetched and the characters from the past maybe a little more like caricatures but the modern day narrative felt authentic and exciting.
A good, decent page turner that I looked forward to reading.

A good book to get lost in, forget everything else while delving into this superb thriller.

It’s mostly based around Sophie who returned to her family home to discover tragic circumstances around her parents.

This book is not flawless but because of the intense moments the discoveries a reader can (and will) excuse this I think, I did as looking at the overall book I enjoyed the experiences of discovering things I couldn’t have dreamed of what Sophie had unearthed.

Great plot.

I thoroughly enjoyed this piece of escapism and my time out from a hectic world. The story grabs you from the outset and pulls you in and the storytelling really made it worth reading. Characterisation was on point and I know I will be looking out for new publications from this author or similar in the future. A recommended read.

A psychological thriller, a quick read and an interesting one at that.

The storyline is interesting and keeps you wondering what the heck was going on.

The flashbacks, the questions everything was just right.

DNF. I couldn't connect with this book at all and found it really hard to get into. I had high hopes for this, which is a shame.

I have to confess and say I was tempted to give up on this book but I’m so glad I stuck with it as the second half of the book was so much better . I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough to find out where it was going,

This is the story of Nina, told from the notebooks her daughter finds after her death. Nina had always appeared to be quite a weak person but the revelations in the notebooks suggest otherwise. Another good book from Helen Callaghan

I could not get into this book at all. It was slow and really dull. The whole thing felt more like I was being told what was happening rather than discovering what had happened. The plot itself felt a little lazy and was quite predictable.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.

After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.

I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.

Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity.
Natalie.

Really enjoyed this book, told from two perspectives. The final twist was well thought out. Fars paced and read in two sittings.

Went through a phase of getting "read now" books that sounded vaguely interesting. Never got around to reading this one.
