An interesting take on the dark side of social media. Neither of the main characters are likeable in any way yet the plot works well

I would like to thank Netgalley and Bonnie Zaffre for allowing me to read this novel by in Amy Heydenrych in return for my honest review..

This is the first book I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it.

Holly and Tyler are the two central characters, who both have skeletons in the closet. Holly is attacked by a man who picked her up in a coffee shop and her whole world of social media fame crumbles around her. Tyler tries to take her down but his reasoning is false and as the story develops there appears no clear cut right and wrong.
Who does not exaggerate or misrepresent their profile online? How does anyone become famous today.?
I found my sympathies were with Holly even though she had misled the public and her abusive background had led her to this stage.

I love strange and different endings but this one didn't sit right with me, but it would not be a complaint. Enjoy.

Recommended.

Fast paced with lots of twists. Kept me up all night!
I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.
