Hard to top Me Before You - obviously - but I think this may be my favourite Jojo Moyes book to date. Happy, sad, funny and moving all at once (I was caught both snorting with laughter and suppressing a tear) but Louisa Clark really comes into her own in Still Me. Thoroughly enjoyed from the first page to the last and have been recommending to everyone!

First chapter of the new Jojo Moyes and it's an enticing start to the latest installment in the life of Louise Clark, as she turns up in New York about to start a new job working for a wealthy New York family in Manhattan. Can't wait to read the rest of it.

I absolutely loved ‘Me Before You’ but hadn’t read ‘After You’ before picking this up & I really wish I had. The blurb soon caught me up and Lou’s strong voice soon cast out any doubt that this wasn’t a good match for its predecessors. Lou is in a brand new city, caring for a new vulnerable individual and although I don’t recognise the guy who is deemed her bestie, I soon fall right back in love with her all-over-the-Place nature & childlike curiousity. Excited to read it in full once it’s out,

O.M.G!!!! I had forgotten how amazing Joni Moyes writing actually is. I was hooked from the very minute I started the book and could feel Louisa’s every emotion as she landed in New York to begin her new job and then walked along the streets that first morning. I was so engrossed that I forgot it was only a sampler (thanks to Netgalley and the publisher) and I wanted to cry out ‘Noooooo!!!!’, stamp my feet and bang my fists on the ground like an angry little toddler. Safe to say I cannot wait for the release of this delicious book and will be blocking out chunks of time to curl up in my armchair and get lost in Louisa’s world. Only 24 days to go ..... x

So, I haven't read either of the previous two books in this series (having seen trailers at the movies last year I felt that they'd add to my already emotional state at the time).

However, having read the first chapter of this book, I might well do so. Have added this to my "to read" list anyway.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for allowing me to read this snippet in return for my honest review.

There’s a whole new world opening up to Louisa in this new book. Happy with Sam in England, expecting the relationship to not be upset she meets super rich people in New York and her beliefs and loyalties are torn all ways. I am not sure about this follow up book, it feels different but might grow on me. So far I’m still looking for the Louisa I thought I knew.

Many of us feel like we know Louisa Clark, and it's lovely to know that we'll be able to catch up with her again soon. This was a great sneak peek into the third installment of Louisa's story, one I can't wait to finish at the end of January when the book is released.

This sample shows Louisa is back with her quirky dress sense and I can't wait to find out how she gets on in New York.

Only recieved the 1st chapter to review so cannot say much except the fact that i was thrilled to see Lou again and the 1st chapter set you up nicely for the rest of the book. Cannot wait to read the whole book.

I have loved the first 2 books in this series – and so when I saw on NetGalley I had the opportunity to download the first chapter of the 3rd book in the trilogy, I jumped at the chance!

I was not disappointed!

It was lovely to catch up with Lou again – and now she’s in New York! We visited New York this summer, so the descriptions were fab.

The first chapter has TOTALLY whetted my appetite – and I have pre-ordered it ready for it to magically arrive on my Kindle next month. Now, to work out which category I can tick off on my 2018 Reading Challenge (yes, despite saying having not completed 2017 I wouldn’t do another one – I can’t resist – obviously!!)

So far so good, entertaining with fear, hope, charm and humour all included. Only one chapter to review therefore really looking forward to reading the rest of the novel.

Lou arrives in New York to take up a position as a lady’s companion/carer. I read the first chapter as a taster to the book and as ever with books from Jojo Moyes, the richness and quality of writing is abundant even in a short extract. The synopsis is intriguing and it is hard to give a rating to an extract but I can safely say I look forward to reading the whole book as I know that this will be another page turner and a warmly written read.

So far so good. I want more. Already got a copy I hold at my library :) Rating 3 stars as it's only a sampler.

Still Me by Jojo Moyes a firm five-star read. This is the third book in the Me before you series and its gone from strength to strength, Lou is like an old friend that you run into and have coffee and gossip with, I felt in this book she was the one asking for the advice and wondering what she was doing rather than being the one to help like she was in the earlier instalment. Jojo Moyes doesn’t disappoint, but I am wondering if she can keep it up, there is only one way down after a height this high. This series as a whole is one that deals with such tragedy and heart-wrenching tales that it will have you crying and laughing and on an emotional rollercoaster you won’t want to get off, this instalment shows that we have lots of choices in life and sometimes even when we think we may or may not have made the right one, we don’t always know until it’s too late.
This is a book you need in your life, I know some people have avoided it as its very well known, but pick up the books and give them all a go you won’t be disappointed, and if you read the first two you need to read this one to find out what happened next, will Lou like America in the end? Or will leaving her heart in the UK be too much? Secrets have a way of coming out no matter how hard you try to hide them, even if they aren’t your secrets they still have a way of breaking you.

I enjoyed this first chapter and I'm looking forward to reading the entire book.
However, one chapter is not enough to rate or review it.

Still Me JoJo Moyes First chapter only - Delighted to meet up with Lou again as she takes a job in New York. She's with her old colleague Nathan so that should be interesting. This chapter sets the scene and shows Lou's delight in doing something different and learning to live in the present. Can't wait to read the rest!

Having read the first chapter I must say I’m already hooked. A huge fan of Jojo moyes and Lou Clark but chapter one has already left me dying to read more. Still dating hot Sam nd working along side Nathan again ya just know this is gonna be another page turner. No doubt leaving the reader laughing, crying nd not wanting to put the book down but wanting to finish it at the same time to see how this job pans out. Roll on January for the next instalment
