The above caught my attention and as soon as it was available on NetGalley.com I requested a review copy. And this is my honest review and thanks goes to Orion and Ben.
This is a must-read psychological thriller that had me hooked from the start. Brilliantly written from the first person narrative, mainly from Kate's perspective, Emma enables you to understand the grief and heart-break Kate experiences as a result of her daughter running away. Things got a little more exciting once Sophie began to have her say in the story so you got a clearer picture of the story. This truly had my heart racing and adrenalin coursing through my veins as Kate tried to understand what happened to her daughter. Even more so because it was a challenge trying to figure out whether she had lost the plot as everyone around her believed or whether she was going on something.
I don't think I can tell you just how fantastic I think this book (FIVE star rating on Goodreads) is and I look forward to you all reading and loving it too. I would quite like to read a court-room drama similar to Sarah Vaughan's Anatomy of a Scandal given Emma's experience in the courts through her journalism.

This book was so hard to follow and get in to the more I tried the more I could not read this book.
The characters did not grab me, the plot did not make me want to keep reading, a real let down sorry.
