I love this book, and have given it to lots of friends and family as presents! It's the kind of book you can dip into when you're feeling overwhelmed and need reminding that it's okay to take 5 minutes out of your hectic schedule. Even my most cynical of friends, who don't engage in 'mindfulness' have flicked through my copy (I bought my own after not feeling the full effect on Kindle!) and they've admitted the book / Fearne talks sense!
