Growing up, I never read any of the Goosebumps books or any scary stories. I think this one makes up for that. Trolls in the Attic is a collection of short stories that may be scary for small children. There were some that I found more suspenseful than scary, and some that I was glad I read during the day.

This book is one that I would recommend for kids that like Goosebumps and scary stories.

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I liked the stories very much. Every tale is different and ends with an unexpected twist. Would definitely interest preteen/teen readers.

Have you ever wonder if anything lives in your attic? I never have but I always found it creepy to go in the basement as I was sure some monster live there. I don't know what I would had done if a onster did appear. In this book, you will find tales of all different types of monsters! I enjoyed reading them! The stories are original and definitely creepy if not scary. The author has written the stories in a way that kept my interest. I was sad when there were no more stories to read! Do read it or you will miss out on some fantastic stories!

Chilling spine-tingling mysteries. A single roll of the cursed dice can alter a life forever.

I really enjoyed this book! Great character development, suspense and surprise endings. These supernatural tales can be enjoyed not only by middle school kids but some parents and grandparents too.

I think this was a good read and I enjoyed the tales. This was more for middle graders but I still enjoyed the stories. I think there should have been more tales but shorter chapters. X

This is a fun collection of supernatural (but not too scary) fanciful tales geared towards an audience of middle school kids.
The stories I most enjoyed were Midnight at Camp Hideaway- where a family camping trip leads to a spooky midnight stake out to find out what's going on after Grandpa tells the kids to make sure they're tucked away and fast asleep by midnight.

Birds of a Feather- There's more than ice cream nestled in Auntie's basement freezer which starts a mighty strange occurrence at a family reunion.

Reflections in the Mirror- a magical mirror gives the gazer the ability to travel through time.

My absolute favorite was Buddy- a story about a stray cat who appears to lonely children when they are most in need of a friend.
