I absolutely loved this book and immediately went out and bought a number of copies as gifts. As a bonus I live in the area and love reading fiction set in streets and places I recognise. Highly recommended!

A lovely, easy read. Reminiscent of a feel-good Jill Mansell novel. It's filled with fun and colourful characters, crosses generations and leaves you with a smile on your face!

I loved this book. It wasn’t just that I live in London, and so could easily recognise and identify with the great variety of characters, the traumas and experiences they were going through are common to all of us,wherever we live. A fantastic feel-good book which is now one of my top presents to give to friends.

A real slice of life in Brixton. A very human book. It'll make you want to find your nearest lido or swimming pool and go for a swim.
