Zoe and Nate have lived in close proximity for years but they've never gotten to know each other. Now, though, just before he's about to leave, they come together to raise funds for her passion-dog rescue- and discover each other in a romantic way. Yes it's a bit trope-y but the setting is great and the characters engaging. Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.

This is the first book I have read by this author and it won't be the last. She writes a heartwarming story of a girl with a broken heart who is mending herself until she meets a surfer who has decided to surf the world so will be leaving soon. But, will Nate leave Zoe? What will Zoe decide to do and who will help her decide. This is a book I will recommend to my friends.

I've read all the Conwenna Cove books and unfortunately this is my least favourite. It was really slow, nothing really happened and the characters seemed a little dreary which isn't what the other two books are like. I enjoyed reading about all of the characters again, but I didn't really enjoy the storyline I'm afraid to say.
I don't think there are any more in this series, but I'd look out for this author again. Thank you for letting me read and review this book

While this book, Forever at Conwenna Cove was a nice romantic book about two romantics who have given up hope on finding love again, I feel like I have read books similar in plots by this author before.

I love a really good British “chick lit” (I hate that term but it’s the best descriptor I could think of) and Darcie Boleyn always fits the bill. I love the settings and the warm and real characters.

Despite my reading mojo being AWOL of late, When I was asked if I would like to review and kick off the blog for the last book in the Conwenna Cove series by Darcie Boleyn, I jumped at the chance.

Forever at Conwenna Cove is the third Conwenna Cove book, the first being Summer at and the 2nd Christmas at.

I'm really going to miss being in Conwenna Cove, all of the characters Darcie has written about have all had troubled times and the cove almost has heeling powers... with its idyllic landscapes and friendly locals it's certainly a holiday destination thty I would go to!

In Forever at Conwenna Cove we meet Zoe and Nate.
We've met Nate a few times in the previous two stories so I was really pleased to see he finally had a starring role. He's currently working in the local cafe that his aunt and uncle own having moved to Conwenna after losing his father.
Nate is a bit if charmer, a surfer dude with a ladies man reputation, however with Jack and Oli having now settled down (Jacks story is with Eva in book one, Oli with Grace in book 2!) He is started to think about his life and achievements. He wants to settle down but has always wanted to travel too and plans the latter after he organises a fundraising event for the local grey hound charity.

Zoe is a new character who owns and runs the local diner. She escaped to the cove and made a business for herself. I don't want to say too much about why she has come to Conwenna as the reasons why she moved here is quite a big part of her and Nate's story, but she has had a troubled time and again Conwenna seems to be helping her.

Zoe and Nate meet when he is organising the fundraiser and as with all good stories, they grow close and form feelings to each other.

I wondered where Darcie could go with another Conwenna tale but this one is just as fresh as the previous two and has some real challenges thrown in to the mix.
I loved the sub plots of Nates mother and Zoe returning to to home town, they tied in nicely with both their pasts and their present lives.

And reconnecting with the other characters from the Cove was a delight - especially cheeky little Tom (if you know, you know... right?!)

I really hope Darcie decides to take us back to Conwenna Cove at some point as I'd love to check in on the whole gang and see what they are up to!

As with the other books, this can be read as a stand alone novel but I like to read things in order and feel you will benefit from doing so in this series.

Forever at Conwenna Cove by Darcie Boleyn is a pure gem to read!

This was a lovely, entertaining, well written, heartwarming story about two young people who reside in Conwenna Cove in Cornwall, England. The descriptions of the town and the scenery are wonderful. The characters are all delightful. I found this to be a supremely enjoyable book which I very strongly recommend. I loved it so much that as soon as I finished this one, I bought the first book in the series, Summer At Conwenna Cove, and started it right away. It is also a great read. Darcie Boleyn is my new favorite author and I really hope she is working on another book in this series.

This is a gorgeous book to read and I love the stunning cover!

I read this book when I was away on holiday, relaxing on the beach and sitting in the sun and it was the perfect location for me to read it - I loved the plot, the characters and the writing style. Everything works so well together in this book it was a complete joy for me to read!

Five stars from me, another fantastic book from this author and I am already looking forward to her next release!

As in the other Conwenna Cove books, it is the setting and those wonderful rescue greyhounds which steal the show. There is such a healing vibe in all the descriptions of the villageand it seems to be somewhere to go to feel at home and accepted. As a community, it holds together well as typified in the chapter where there is a village event in aid of the greyhound charity and all the village turns out to pool resources and work together.

This novel turns the spotlight on Nate and Zoe who are both eminently likeable characters. You see Zoe trying to come to terms with difficulties from her past. There is romance in abundance and a real feelgood touch to their story as they both edge around their feelings for each other. Zoe's insecurities and lack of self esteem make her into a more rounded character and it is easy to accept that Paula, Nate's mother, takes a liking to her from the off.

In short: a perfect book to lose yourself in - prepare for some great romance.

Thanks to the author for a copy of the book.

In this book, we return to Conwenna Cove, my favourite fictional holiday resort! This time we are introduced to Zoe with a secret past that she is coming to terms with but who has found sanctuary in the little village. As the owner of the local diner, and a lover of greyhounds, the story starts with Zoe grieving for the loss of her rescue dog, Raven.

Local surfer Nate wants to experience life before it’s too late. He wants to surf the waves in Oz and see the world. With a reputation as a lady’s man, when he teams up with Zoe to organise a fun raising event for the local greyhound sanctuary, she keeps him at arm’s length, but destiny has other ideas.

I am a massive fan of this series of books, because each one feels like a holiday. The descriptions in the book are fantastic, and really lift off the page, this isn’t a travelogue, it’s a story told from the heart.

As for the characters you really do root for them. I loved Zoe and could see myself and her sitting on the bench outside her cottage chatting about life with an ice cold glass of wine in my hand, as the sun set over the cove.

When I picked up this book to read it, I said to my other half “I’m off on holiday for a few days!” and when the initial shock wore off, and he realised that I was talking about a Conwenna Cover story, he laughed, nodded and said “Send me a postcard.” The wonderful thing? I got to go on holiday without sitting in hours of traffic, without getting sand in my suitcase, and when I got back home I didn’t have piles and piles of holiday washing!

An enjoyable, heart warming read. That will take you away from day to day life, as you step into the Cornish village of Conwenna Cove. Evenings at the harbour, days at the cafe and meals eaten at the diner. Idyllic...
This book follows the friendship and potential romance of Nate and Zoe. Both have lived in Conwenna for sometime. But before Nate decides to leave the cove to travel the world, he decides to organise a surfing fundraising even to raise money for the greyhound sanctuary.
It's at this time he first notices Zoe and sees her in a very different way. Zoe has been previously badly hurt in a previous relationship and is protecting her heart. Having recently lost her rescue greyhound she is finding life quiet, but her past relationship is always hanging over her preventing her from moving forward. Nate and Zoe is a - will, they or won't they - start a relationship. Is it the wrong time, with Nate going away. And can Zoe, move on and leave her past behind. No spoilers here so we will stop there!
For those readers who follow the Conwenna Cove series, it's a great feeling to be back at the village. The book continues on the story with Oli, Grace and family and it's good to read more of them. As we are introduced to Nate and Zoe.
I add with haste, if you haven't read the other books in the series, Forever at Conwenna Cove can be read as a stand alone book. And you will enjoy it. The advantage of reading the series, I hear you ask, you feel like you belong at the village. It's almost becomes a "reading" holiday home. Darcie is a writer whose words transport you to the location.
This is, sadly, the last of the Conwenna Cove series. But the good news is Darcie Boleyn will be back. And we would like to congratulate her on signing a new deal with Canelo and we look forward to Love at the Northern Lights in autumn 2018.
Thank you to Darcie Boleyn and Ellie at Canelo for our advanced review copy and invite to join the book tour. A feel good read that will warm the heart and have you wishing for summer evenings in Cornwall.

I hadn't read any of the Conwenna Cove books before, and even though they can be read as standalone books, I really want to go back and read the others in the series.

In the book, people refer to the magic of Conwenna Cove, and what a wonderful place it is, and it has the same effect visiting it as a reader.

It's just a gorgeous book. The imagery is so vivid that you can picture it easily. The characters feel like you know them, and the story just flows so well.

I loved the added storyline of the greyhound rescue centre. I have a rescued lurcher dog myself, and sighthounds are often misunderstood, they do make wonderful pets.
I liked Zoe and Nate, the central characters, and really wanted everything to work out for them.

As the story weaves its magic, we discover more about Zoe's past, and understand what has made her so wary of romance. She has been hiding from her past, and it's only when she begins to face up to it that she can move on.

A wonderful book, captivating and enchanting, very much recommended.

I haven't read either of the other two in this series, but that didn't make a scrap of difference to either my enjoyment or being able to follow the story line, as this is more-or-less a stand-alone.

It's a sweet read with really lovable characters, and I found I couldn't put it down, especially towards the end. Ms Boleyn writes extremely believable characters (I especially loved Nate's mum and the predicament she found herself in) and the location is fab too.

Whilst everyone living in the small Cornish village of Conwenna Cove probably recognises the other residents, it really doesn't mean that they actually know them. In this story, two of the residents discover just how true that is for them!

Zoe Russell moved to the village after a devastating incident. She plans to stay in the delightful community. On the other hand, Nate Bryson is a surfer who is planning to leave the village to travel and see the world but wants to raise funds for the local greyhound sanctuary before he leaves. This introduces the two to each other. The attraction is there but will their plans, history and secrets drive them apart or will love find a way to bring them together?

This author is skilled at bringing the characters and community to life in the imagination of her readers. The interactions, experiences and dilemmas unfold in a realistic manner in this heartwarming story of village life, love and romance. For those familiar with this series, many of the characters from the earlier stories appear in this one and it is great to catch up on their lives. However, I have to say that I think this would also work well even if you haven't read the earlier books. It is a warm, cosy read shining a light on village life and a delightful story to escape into, another brilliant book I have no hesitation in highly recommending from this highly talented author.

I requested and was given a copy of this novel, via NetGalley, with no obligation. This is my honest review of the book after choosing to read it.

Zoe Russell's has been surviving for the last years, trying not to feel anything in case someone breaks her heart again... So when Nate Bryson calls at her door asking for help for a dog fundraiser, she knows that her heart has started beating again, will she be able to face all her fears and love again?
Nate has dreamed to travel around the world since his childhood, now is the moment to make his dream come true, but after meeting Zoe everything will change... Will he trade his dream for love?

This had been a sweet love story, how to resurface like a phoenix when everything fails around you and how to start loving again even if you are terrified of doing so. This story shows us how Zoe and Nate will have to confront their fears and doubts if they want the chance to have something together. I will never say that is easy, but the first step to a relation is trust, and Zoe is not a trusting person...
Zoe is scared to love, but she has motives, her past is not something that she will forget easily, but with good friends and someone that really appreciates her, she could start healing... I have to say I didn't like very much her character, I am not sure why, but I didn't really connect with her, she will try to start healing, but it was more like she wanted to be alone...
On the other side, Nate seems a good guy, trusty and kind, he is ready to do everything to start a relation with Zoe, even to forget his dream, but is Zoe worth the sacrifice?
I can not say I didn't enjoy the read, it was a quick read and tender, perfect to enjoy on a sunny day near the beach to feel in connection with the story, and ready to feel loved...
How about a trip to the coast?

Anyone that knows me will know how much I have fallen in love with Conwenna Cove, so you will know how ecstatic I was to read this.

In this novel we get to find out more about Zoe and Nate, they are two very strong characters. From the early pages its clear there is a chemistry between them and as a reader you just desperately want to find out if they get together or not. They have separately both been through so much and they both just deserve happiness, I just loved hearing their story. It is so incredibly romantic. The way Nate's mother comes on the scene too, oh boy she is a character a really fantastic one too!

I just love how Darcie has included her love of greyhounds in her novels, it just makes it so lovely to see her personality and passions come across through her writing!

Forever at Conwenna Cove is the most emotional of the 3 novels, I had tears in my eyes throughout the book, and I just didn't want it to come to an end. But I think Darcie has done the series justice with the ending.

I have enjoyed every single page of each of the Conwenna Cove books and I laughed, smiled and cried so much. They are just a joy to read and they really do make you feel so good and are sure to put a smile on your face.

Conwenna Cove holds a huge place in my heart!

This is the fifth Darcie Boleyn novel I've listened to, and her books never fail to impress me.

Zoe is loving life in Conwenna Cove. She is the owner of a diner and adores her cottage and the laid-back way of life the small Cornish village offers. She feels lonely since her break up from Finn and misses her greyhound who was the only company she had until she passed away.

The local greyhound sanctuary is an important place for Zoe and when she meets Nate, a surfer who has a real reputation with women, she feels uneasy. Is Zoe ready to open her heart and love again? Can she trust Nate? When he asks for her help at the sanctuary, she has to decide.

Nate himself is very caring and open about everyone and everything he loves. He's close to his mother Paula, but restless. He wants to get away from Conwenna and travel far and wide. But can he leave?

Forever at Conwenna Cove is a tale of mixed loyalties and figuring out where your priorities lie in life and love and seeking happiness any way you can. It's set against the beautiful backdrop of the quaint village and beautiful beach in Conwenna Cove and we get to explore the haunts of the locals and the main characters in the book.

Darcie Boleyn takes us deep inside the characters' minds and lives and creates such realistic characters and surroundings that its hard to distinguish reality from fiction. I feel what the characters feel and experience when I listen to Darcie Boleyn's books and all this is what makes her books so memorable and addictive.

I was fighting with my emotions towards the end of the book. Both Nate and Zoe have had good and bad things happen their lives and I did not want this to end.

I can't praise this, and any other of Darcie Boleyn's books enough. They are pure raw emotion and 100% realistic.

I'm now proud to say I have listened to Summer at Conwenna Cove Christmas at Conwenna Cove Love at the Italian Lake and A Very Merry Manhattan Christmas as well as this one and would recommend all of them. Forever at Conwenna Cove is beautiful and I would love to see further adventures in Conwenna Cove as the place and people have captured my heart. Anyone who has ever been to Cornwall or the South-West of England will identify with the area's beauty and community spirit which shines through in every Conwenna Cove book.

I always give five stars to Darcie Boleyn's books as I love them so much. They are romantic, true-to-life, packed with emotions and strong characters as well as being flawlessly written so that the words flow around you and carry you along through the pages.

This feel-good read (and her other books) are definitely recommended reading.

Thanks to Darcie Boleyn and Canelo for my ARC in exchange for an honest and voluntary review and the chance to participate in the upcoming blog tour. I would love to listen to all of Darcie Boleyn's books.

Escaping into one of Darcie Boleyn’s charming, uplifting and romantic tales of love and friendship is one of life’s greatest pleasures and this talented storyteller is back with an outstanding new novel that will melt your heart and touch your soul: Forever at Conwenna Cove.

Conwenna Cove had been a refuge that had welcomed Zoe Russell with open arms when she had needed a place to heal and lick her wounds and regroup after a devastating heartbreak. Zoe had made a new life for herself in Conwenna Cove. As the owner of the local diner, her days are busy and fulfilling, but she still finds time in her busy schedule to volunteer at the local greyhound sanctuary. Zoe’s life might be sedate and peaceful, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Conwenna Cove is now her home and a place she feels safe and secure, but little did she realise that local ladies’ man Nate Bryson was going to shake up her perfectly ordered life with his charisma, charm and dashing good looks.

Nate Bryson’s playboy reputation is a millstone around his neck he is desperate to shake off. When he isn’t breaking hearts, Nate is at the beach surfing and waiting for the next big wave to triumph over. However, Nate has started to get a little bit restless. He wants more from life than merely being a surfer and cannot wait to shake off the stifling shackles of Conwenna and travel the world and see all the beautiful sights it has to offer. Nate wants to be elsewhere and live somewhere where he isn’t dismissed as a mere playboy who is only interested in women and surfing. However, Nate will not leave before he gives something back to the community, so he decides to organise a fundraiser for the local dogs’ home. As Zoe is the woman in the know, he realises that he must liaise with her if the event is to be a success, but the more time he spends with her, the more he begins to see her in a new light…a light which makes him wonder whether all that he has been looking for all his life has been under his nose all along…

Nate is bowled over by Zoe’s kind heart and generous spirit and he begins to see her in an entirely different way. As mutual respect and attraction give way to something deeper, Nate and Zoe wonder whether a relationship between two people who are poles apart can have any hope of surviving – especially when one of them is determined to leave…

Darcie Boleyn has done it again and penned an emotional, enjoyable and highly readable contemporary read that was an absolute struggle to put down! Forever at Conwenna Cove is a fabulous story of starting over, second chances and healing that I could not stop reading. Darcie Boleyn’s characters are believable, real and three-dimensional and they not only jump off the page from the very beginning, but will stay with you when you’ve raced through their story.

A wonderful tale that delivers on all counts, Forever at Conwenna Cove is the perfect book to lose yourself in on a lazy spring afternoon! Brava Darcie Boleyn – I am already counting down the days until your next book!
