A lovely read, reading Maria's books are like being part of a family. Elizabeth and Ronnie are twins who don't really get on. They are very different and Elizabeth is holding a grudge from years ago. When their mum dies she tells them the father they didn't know is living in New York and says she wants them to go together to find him. Will they find him? Will they reconnect? I liked the characters and the easy read of the story.

Ronnie and Elizabeth are twins but for the last six years things between them have been icy. On the death of their mother, she reveals to them the identity of the father they never knew and her hope that they put their feelings aside and find him.

The story follows Ronnie and Elizabeth as they search for their father together with the problems that are also taking place in their lives. Can they come together to work out their differences and find their father?

In Search of Us is a well written engaging story about love, family and friendship which is an entertaining read.
