Great book! This is Matt and Sabrina book, Matt is a wall street wolf he's the youngest hot shot on wall street and smoking hot to boot! Sabrina is a PR genius of you need to straighten out your image in the public eye she's the woman to call! When these two get together it's explosive !! They have some witty banter , this book is definitely steamy, funny , and a little drama I definitely recommend reading this book! Thank you NetGalley and Montlake romance publishers for sharing this book with me!

LOVED this book!!! I loved this first book in the series (Hot Asset) and thought it would be hard to top.....nope, the author created another wonderful book, that, while part of the series, is its own unique story. I had been intrigued by Sabrina in the first book and really wanted to learn her story. The author delivers with a compelling back story that made Sabrina the woman she now is. Even better, the author did the same with Matt, even when I didn't realize that I wanted to know more about him. Neither back story is pretty, but they work to create these characters that are so fully developed that they seemed like real people as I read their tale.

Contemporary romance at its best! This is a must read for fans of the genre -put this one at the top of your TBR list. This is only the second book I've read by this author, but I've added her to my must read authors' list.

While this novel is part of a series (21 Wall Street), this is a stand alone book. However, it's so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all.

Lauren Layne is back with another 21 Wall Street book, HARD SELL.
Matt Cannon, one of the Wolves of Wall Street is up to his eyebrows in trouble. An unfortunate picture of him misbehaving at his cousin’s Vegas bachelor party has his bosses upset and threatening to let him go if he doesn’t do something to clean up his image.

There’s really only one person in New York that can help him convince the world he’s reformed. Unfortunately, that person, social fixer Sabrina Cross, despises him in a fren-emies kind of way. These two have a history – short lived though it was – that left them both reeling.

Sabrina agrees to help Matt get his public image back on the good side of his clients and bosses, despite knowing it’s a situation rife with problems.

These two have very skewered childhoods that make them both love and commitment shy, and never realize they are each the other’s best chance of true lasting happiness.

Like with every Layne book, I inhaled this story and lost yet another night’s sleep because I had to stay up and finish it. Matt and Sabrina’s chemistry- both sexual and intellectual – leaps off the page. Both are successful, savvy, and so damn damaged emotionally there’s no way you can’t root for them finding their HEA.

KUDOS yet again to Ms Layne for penning another winner!
Thank you to Netgalley and Montlake for an arc of this book for an honest opinion.
