Audrey has done it again, everything that she writes is pure GOLD. LOVE the first 3 installments of IG!!! LOVED Parker and Skylar, their chemistry is smoking HOT. Can't wait to read more of Parker's adventures and more about the other 2 hotties Bo and Royce.

Oh how I love Vol 1! If these three indicate how the rest of the series will go, we’re definitely in for a treat! I didn’t want to put it down. Audrey really knows what to write to draw you into her stories. Well written and highly entertaining. Would definitely recommend:)

Parker, Royce and Bo have created a company to assist women to achieve their goals whatever they may be, and they give them the tools and confidence they need to be successful. The first book in the series focuses on Park whose journeys take him to Paris, Copenhagen and New York.
Paris – Parker travels to Paris to help Sophie prepare to take over her father’s perfume business. She is prepared for the challenge and all she needs is a little support to give her the strength she needs to succeed, and he is more than happy to give her his personal touch.
New York – Skyler is an actress who is finding her career and life draining. Parker help her realize why she loved acting in the first place and they have a connection that extends beyond the bedroom, but will he forget her as soon as he starts his next assignment or is this the start of something more?
Copenhagen - Princess Christina wants to serve her country and due to her past the best way she knows is to step down. It is up to Parker to convince her that she is the perfect choice and doesn’t need to sacrifice her happiness for what she believes is right.
I enjoyed the first story in this series and I look forward to seeing where the adventures take not only Parker but Royce and Bo as well. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This steamy collection of tales, takes place in different locations for each book. Follow three friends, aptly named "The Dream Maker", "The Love Maker" and "The Money Maker" - as they travel to various destinations to help clients, comedy ensues. Audrey Carlan is one of my favorite authors and she doesn't disappoint with the first volume in this series!

I was excited to be able to try International Guy. It blew me away. I absolutely loved it.
The book centers on Parker Ellis and his two coworkers who run a business that help anyone solve an arrange of problems for the right amount of money. In International Guy: Paris, Parker flies to Paris to help Sophie, a young woman who is being thrust into leading her father's company after his death. She is shy, unsure of what needs to be done, and how to conduct herself professionally while staying true to herself personally. Parker and his team help her work through from difficult situations. IT was amazing to see this woman transform into something she always inspired to be. In International Guy: New York, Parker is headed to NY to work with Skyler Paige, his celebrity crush. We have learned from the first novella that Parker is head over heels about Skyler. Skyler's assistant is worried about Skyler when she is ready to throw in the towel on her career. Parker is determined to help Skyler find her muse again, but can he move past his own demons and open up to the girl of his dreams. The last novella, International Guy: Copenhagen, has the crew going back to Europe to help convinve a princess to marry her love, who has just become the next in line to be crowned King. Can they guys get the princess to move past her fears and accept her fate. I loved that the Skyler and Parker "relationship" continues into the third novella but hate that she left it at a cliffhanger.
I found this book to be a fast read. I didn't want to put it down. Audrey does a great job of developing her characters, adding enough details to enhance the plot, and leaves you hanging and wanting more.

I just finished International Guy Volume 1. Omg it is freaking awesome! I love how Audrey Carlan gives such an amazing back story when introducing characters. She makes it so easy to fall in love with them and wanting more.. So far I think New York is my favorite so far but I also like how the previous client is still along the journey in some way.
Want more??? Go and read it!!!! I highly recommend this book!!!

Calendar Girl is the first series that got me hooked on Audrey's books. All I can say is when you get three hot friends that start a consultant company right out of school. Then you are bound to have plenty of hot scenes. These three stories had a little bit of everything from suspense, romance and angst. I can't wait to see what's up next.

International Guy is my first read by Audrey Carlan. These serials are interconnected while having different story lines per city. They are super fun, fast, and sexy reads. Parker Ellis and his partners are problem solvers. Each case is unique, promoting the power of the female. By reconnecting their client with their inner goddess, empowering them to look their best and assisting with their business financials, these gentlemen pay special attention to leave these clients ready to conquer the world.
What I didn't expect was to like Parker Ellis despite is casual approach to relationships. I've never read anything that didn't end in a traditional HEA. The first novella features a non-traditional HEA that works for both characters. It definitely was unexpected, but it works for what the characters needed.
There is plenty of character development featuring Parker and his besties, and it's super easy to get wrapped up in every story. Paris, NY and Copenhagen couldn't be more different from each other, but the underlying theme was consistent. I liked each one separately and together as the first volume of the serial. I can't wait for more!

Spoiler Free Review For Audrey Carlan's International Guy Vol 1:
Parker, Bogart and Royce, oh my!!! International Guy is a company founded by 3 "gentlemen", each with their own specialties, to help women with anything that they need no matter how big or small a job as long as it doesn't involve breaking rules or laws. This volume contains the first 3 stories in the series and oh man.....they are worth the read. Steamy, yes but a bit teary at times. Parker is the main guy but Bogart and Royce have their parts to play. I give this 4 stars but read for yourself and see what you make of them.

“Philosophers say everyone on earth has a gift, something unique to them. My gift . . . I understand women.”
I have really enjoyed many books by Audrey, but I think this series is going to jump towards the top of the list. What a lighthearted, easy read filled with humor, heart tugging moments, friendships and internal struggles.
“Part of life is taking the hits and learning how to live with the scars left behind.”
There is the perfect mix of alpha, friendship, lust, hope, trust, protector, culture, humor, chemistry and suspense sprinkled through these books.
“Friendships are like a bank account. We both make equal deposits and withdrawals to keep the account from going under or over.
I was so lost in the words while traveling through these different countries that I couldn’t believe I had read through the first 3 books in one sitting. I just couldn’t get enough of The International Guy. Milan is up next and I can’t wait to see how the journey continues…
“Live your truth.”

First of all, this book was fantastic! It is so different from any other book I've read. I love that it's in a male perspective. I've read many books from the male POV but never like this. Parker is sweet, caring, hilarious, sexy, etc. Essentially every womans dream guy. "Dream Maker", I see what you did there. I loved being inside his mind at all times.
IG Paris gets you sucked in. It was as if you are in Paris sipping on some wine at the Eiffel Tower with Parker himself. Audrey's words paint a marvelous portrait. Same with New York and Copenhagen. Without spilling the beans New York was probably my favorite. The connection Parker has with the client is lovely and extremely sexy. The end of Copenhagen has me begging for more! Volume 2 can't come soon enough!! XOXOXO

International Guy Inc. caters to their clients needs. No request is too demanding or to strange. As long as it’s not illegal they are in. The owners of the company are three hot men that met when they were in their first year of Harvard. Parker Ellis, Bogart “Bo” Montgomery and Royce Sterling. Smart, capable, and hot men that all have their own expertise. They are the Dream Makers. Bo is the Love maker, he helps the clients find love as well as helping them with their appeal and fashion sense. Royce is the Money maker, everything he touches turn gold. If a client has money problems or concerns he is the man. Parker Ellis is the Boss, since he came up with the business plan, concept and theme. He is the initial contact for every client. He has a little bit of all of the others, but he can read also woman. I figure out what makes them tick and what the client needs.
Book #1. Their client in Paris is a young heiress. Heir to the largest perfume empire in France that is worth billions. When her father suddenly dies she needs all three men of International Guys Inc to help her take her place as the CEO.
Book #2. New York’s client is a beautiful, famous, actress who has lost her will to work. And is also Parker Ellis’ dream girl. So he takes this client on all by himself. She needs to learn to live her truth.
Book #3. Copenhagen brings a Royal client that will need some tough detective work and some basic understanding on the rules, and how these royals are raised.
Through these clients, we see how well they deliver and we see that the International Guys Inc men are sexy, intelligent, sweet and hot. Love sparks with a client, but will it go the distant? And heat and sexy times helps another client with her confidence. But we also get to see True Love win. So hot, so sweet and so deliciously sexy these stories will carry you away.
Loved these stories and these sexy, intelligent, hot men do there magic as they use their expertise, to bring happiness, fun and help their clients find their happiness.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher.
International Guy is a new series by Author Audrey Carlan. It features Parker Ellis who owns a company titled International Guy. They offer a service of helping women catch their ideal man. This series is like a cross between Carlan's Calendar Girl and Rachel Van Dyken's Wingman, Inc series.
I enjoyed reading this set of stories. Seeing Parker in his element and learning more about the women who've hired him and his two friends to help teach them what's needed to land their man. He becomes invested in Paris with their first client. Not "in love" vested but close friends vested. It's when he gets home to NY that he will be tripped up to fall for a client - his favorite actress. Then he jets off to Copenhagen to help a Danish Princess. There's still a tug to NYC though...which should be interesting to see how this works out as Parker travels the world helping women find love!
If you like to learn about new places; hear a mans opinion about what a woman should do in their dating life, and see if Parker will ever fall in love - this series is for you!

International Guy is another great book by Audrey Carlan. If you loved her Calendar Girl series, you will love these books. It is easy to love Parker, Royce and Bo and their ability to solve “unique problems”. This was a great start to the series and now I’m counting the days until the next book is released. Great summer read!

International Guy is another great book by Audrey Carlan! She keeps readers turning the page like her Calendar series with the 3 guys running the International Guy business which helping women with self- esteem, money issues- whatever they need. Parker, Bo and Royce are the guys!
Volume One has 3 books:
Paris- where the guys help Sophie with taking over her dad's company!
New York- where the guys help Skylar- who has lost herself amongst Hollywood fame
Copenhagen- where the guys help Princess Christina with sadness and tragedy
They are all interconnected stories. Can't wait for the next addition of the worldwide adventure!

After failing to read it straight through, I skimmed around this book, which is really the first three novellas in a serial, and I'm sorry, but it's a no from me.
I read some of Carlan's Calendar Girl books because they were over the top and sexy. I had some issues with the way sex work was portrayed and with the hero, but overall it was a good enough series that I was willing to give International Guy a shot.
In the first ten pages of the book, though, you could win douchebro bingo. I hated the main character. He's the stereotypical dude who thinks he's God's gift to women and he and his two buddies have started a business to LITERALLY FIX WOMEN. I was hoping they'd get their egos shot a bit, but no.
"I never minded helping out, especially since he'd knock me a bit of spending money that I'd blow on one skirt or another."
"'Too bad you wasted all that time. I banged Melissa within the first two weeks of class. Had her as one of my top five repeats all sophomore year.'
Bo's gaze slashes to mine. 'Shit! That's why she never let me in there? Girl was one of the only women to ever seem disinterested. Hurt my confidence.'"
These three men, who are supposed to be helping women, are shitty to women. I don't like being in their heads, reading about them, etc. Carlan tells us over and over how they understand women and how hot they are and mostly I wanted to slap them.
This review is based on an advanced copy I received via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Full disclosure - I quite obviously didn't finish the book/three books.

These were my first Audrey Carlan books and I really did enjoy each story. These first three stories seemed to focus mainly on Parker Ellis although Bo and Royce make appearances and definitely add to the stories. Each story is based in a different city with the International Guy company doing what they must in order to help each "client" get to where they need to be. Sophie needs to learn how to run a large company in the wake of her father's death; Skyler needs to find her muse and Princess Christina needs to be "reigned in" (pun intended). While the stories may seem to the layman to be surface, steamy stories, each has a more in depth underlying theme that I believe we can all pull lessons from. ARC received through NetGalley for an honest review.

Loved this book cant wait to read the others in the series
Once you start you will not be able to stop reading this book hooks you in

"Part of life is taking the hits and learning how to live with the scars left behind."
WOW!! I. LOVE. INTERNATIONAL. GUY! The author is starting this series out with a BANG! All of the first three installments all excellent reads! I was hanging on every word, and totally hooked on every single character! Each book had a uniquely different plot but was able to still link itself together. Parker, Bo, and Royce are seriously the perfect trio! I won't lie and say I haven't already picked my favorite of the guys because I totally have. I can't wait to see more action from Bo and Royce, I have the feeling my favorite could easily change. Each guy has a addicting personality, and over the top banter. And well their skills are definitely impressive and unique. Who would have thought the jobs dream maker, money maker and love maker would be so intriguing. It's jobs I wouldn't have thought of but definitely work well together. I also can't wait to get to know Wendy better. They could not have picked a more fitting assistant. She is a spit fire that immediately fit right in with the guys! I LOVE each book is in a different place. The traveling the guys do definitely makes the books that much more interesting and fun. This series is one journey I absolutely can NOT wait to take! The next installment is not getting here fast enough! If I had one thing I'm on the fence over is I hope Parker isn't rushing into things with a certain heroine because honestly I am really loving his no obligation free spirit. I would hate to see his relationship with a character over shadow his choices in the future stories to come.
“You are golden, baby. Look at you. Spread out before me like the rarest treasure. Time to show you what you’re worth.”
Paris
Sophie is still my favorite heroine so far! Something about her just hooked me from the start! Her character was easy to relate too, and extremely laid back! I loved her accent and knack for mixing up her words. I loved she was confident enough to show her insecurities, but was determined enough to face them head on. Sophies character truly did blossom and grow under International Guys care. Her development was no easy task but she never wavered and remained strong. Parker and Sophie was seriously hot together. Their chemistry definitely kept things interesting. I am happy Parker and her ended on such good terms as friends that we will hopefully be seeing more of her character throughout the story!
“Skyler isn’t glitz and glam. She’s peaches and cream. Hot apple pie on a cool, breezy day. Jeans and a tank . Baseball and hotdogs. What she is not is limos and red carpets, fashion and gems. It’s not her ; nor does she want that to be her.”
New York
Skyler was one heroine I wasn't sure how to take at first. She came across a bit diva in the expert before her story. However I was excited for her story as much as Parker talked about her during the first book. I quickly warmed up to her character once we really got to know the true Skyler Paige. What I once took for diva was actually just fear and insecurities. She had lost her way and you couldn't help but feel sad for for her situation. I LOVED watching her discover the women that lost her shine behind the sparkle of Hollywood. Skyler definitely took you on a wild ride to find not only her muse, but herself. HOLY CHEMISTRY! Parker and Skyler held nothing back in that department. They definitely kept your kindle pages HOT! I am on pins and needles wondering where these two will take us next!
"I don’t want average, Mr. Ellis. I want extraordinary, and my Christina is that. Extraordinary."
Copenhagen
Princess Christina was the most head strong heroine yet! Parker had his work cut out for him taming this Princess! She was NOT going to make his job easy, and Parker had a lot of pieces to find before solving the overall puzzle that is Christina. I seriously LOVED everything about her character! She was a total spit fire, who was lost under the pressure of the monarchy. My heart hurt for her so many times during her story. Loss and pain definitely swirled around these characters. I'm not going to lie, I needed my Kleenex a few times. Out of all the stories thus far I think she needed International Guy most. Christina's path to discovery was by no means easy. It was a lot of walls being broken, and fears being over come. AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON SVEN! *SWOONS*
*5 STARS*
Well earned to the author for a absolutely explosive start to the International Guy series. It is going to be a adventurously wild ride of places, stories, and characters and well I am buckled in for the ride!

This is the first time I am reading this author and I fell in love with the authors writing style and the cleaver way the story is written. It’s three stories but all interconnected. The author has done a fabulous job with all aspects of this story from plot to the characters. The characters have depth and felt more natural than fictional. I am excited to have discovered a new talented author and can’t wait to read more books by Audrey . Her writing style is so witty and engaging. Honestly I felt like I was watching a show. It was highly entertaining and fun. The nicknames were so fitting for the three friends . Audrey has found a new fan . Highly recommend this book to everyone one of the best summer reads . I would like to thank the publishers and Netgallery for the advance copy of this book and for introducing me to a hidden gem like Audrey.
