I loved this book. It was full of sunshine, friendship, warmth and wine. It was a really lovely summers afternoon read, stretched out with a glass of rose under the beach umbrella.
I could have been there if I closed my eyes.

I haven't read the previous book Snowballs, but found that although I fully intend to read that one, I didn't feel like I was missing out on this storyline. I loved the gorgeous setting and found the intrigue and some of the more outrageous characters addictive. If you fancy a little glamorous escapism in your life then this book is for you.

A racy romcom across France. A pleasant, escapist read with some nice descriptions and settings. Characters, including the protagonist, were on the superficial side and plot formulaic but a nice 'pick me up ' if in the mood.

A feel good read that brings you right into the story. Lovely story line, funny and romantic. Really enjoyed this book. perfect summer read

Ms Chester has a gorgoeus style of writing that pulls the reader into her glamourous, decadent world... this time a fabulous, indulgent romp into the world of French wines and an enchanting Chateau...
The characters from her last novel (snowballs) make small, meaningful entires... celebrating Sally and Hugo's wedding... Fun, Celebration and drama... no wedding really is complete without either ;)
Jonty was just Uuuggh!.... Sally very rightfully named hime ;)

Great Summery Fun! Fab with a chilled glass of Château de l'Aumérade Rosé (Oui I do know my wines hahaha)
FOUR Glossy Stars!

~Thanks to Netgalley and Orion for my ARC~

Only 3 stars from me as I didn't particularly like the main character in the book. Interesting to read and learn more about wine though!
