Ranger Rob is a ranger in training at Big Sky Park. In this book he is chasing after a giant runaway ball with plenty of problems trying to get it. I found the characters very cute and the fact that Ranger Rob is a park ranger in training is adds to a great story. The Illustrations were very pleasing and the storyline flowed. I recommend this book for 3-5 yr olds and beginner readers.

I'd never heard of Ranger Rob before, but we enjoyed the story. It was enough like other kids TV shows that even lack of familiarity with the license didn't stop us from enjoying the story. I thought it was fun seeing the little ranger having adventures and then building up his story for later without realizing it.

This is a cute campfire story told with many favorite Ranger Rob characters included! It's a wild tale with lots of twists and turns. Very exciting to read to children and the images along the way are adorable too!

Ranger Rob : A campfire story, is a book based on a Nick Jr children's programme.
It is a cute story of Rob and the antics he gets up to when he is sidetracked from trying to think of an adventure story to talk about during campfire that evening. Little does he know he is actually experiencing his very own crazy adventure.
Fun characters and a great story that fans of Ranger Rob will enjoy!

Thank you to Net Galley and Chouette Publishing for the advanced copy!

Not sure if it was just the download to my kindle, but the format was difficult to know what pictures went with what page and how many to a page. However, I loved the story and following a “bouncing ball” of adventures.

This book feels like it is a TV show. You know the type. Where they take a kids animated kids show, put it in paper format. The book is fine, but I think it would work better with a rewrite, or just stick to watching it on TV. It jumps from one idea to the next with no real segway.

Nice idea. It is not your typical campfire story, but you'll like the characters. There are also other Ranger Rob books to enjoy too allowing you to keep up with the stories they tell and the characters.

Kinderbuch mit kleiner Geschichte, illustriert mit Bildern im Stil eines onlinespiels, sehr bunt und unterhaltsam.

I thought this was a cute story based on a nice TV show. The story itself was full of adventure to keep kids of all ages and gender involved and excited! I loved the ending “The best stories truly are our real life adventures” Very uplifting and letting kids know everyday life can be exciting too!

Thank you NetGalley for letting me read this for an honest review!

So, to be honest this wasn't for me but for a friend's kid. 14 pages. Nice pictures, enough writing, good story.
Well done!

Maybe it was the formatting on my Kindle. Maybe it's a Canadian thing. But this book didn't click at all for me. As a camper, I was looking forward to finding a book I could read to some of my preschool clients in the warmer months. Rob the Ranger want to have a new adventure, but it gets a bit sideways. They roll into the forest and all kinds of things occur. But it was hard to follow. Really hard to follow. I am hoping the formatting is what confused me. But, as an ebook I can't recommend this book for young children as it is written and illustrated. I liked the illustrations, which looked a bit like Pixar. Quite nice. Still needs some work.

Thank you to #NetGalley and the publisher for a pre-publication ebook in exchange for an honest review.
