I throughly enjoyed sweet romance. Great plot, characters, small town setting and writing. I received an arc from Netgalley and this is my unbiased review.

Nice sweet romance filled with characters, family and a dash of humour (in the form of the kids). Love interests Miles and Lauren come with lots of baggage. Whilst the story flowed nicely and was detailed enough to be quite visual and engaging. I found that it didnt explain enough things there is the drama with miles and his father (and revelations at the end) that are just left unresolved. Then there is lauren's past, which we learn gradually but virtually nothing (beyond minor details) of miles.
An ok read but not enough explanation for me.

I enjoyed this story very much. It was well written and a quick read.

Miles Hamilton had come home to Idaho to his family's business, HN Seeds. They were all about genetically modified seeds to increase production and were buying up property in town to creative a mega farm to cultivate these seeds.

Lauren was a single mom, who not only cared for her young daughter, Emma, but her father-in-law, Jonas, as well. She believed in non-gmo seeds and heritage gardening; and was dead set against HN Seeds buying their farm.

Miles met Lauren at the farmer's market and was immediately taken with her and her daughter, Emma. He convinced her to go on one date with him. Lauren never saw this relationship as gaining any traction but was enjoying the time for now. There was an expiration date on the relationship and Lauren was going to stick to that. The more time they spent together, the more blurred that expiration date became. But they were from different worlds and would never be able to work. . . right?

The book had romance, family, daredevil kids and love. There was one sex scene that wasn't graphically described and tastefully done. I was given a copy of this book to read and I offer my review willingly.

I am familiar with Lynn's writing through her cozy mystery series so I thought I would give her romance side a try. I normally don't read much romance, but when I do, this is the type I like to read. It's no too much on the steamy side and the storyline wasn't long so it kept me interested in the characters. This was a sweet story that reminded me of a Hallmark movie. Not too over the top, just sweet and simple. I will be reading more of Lynn's romantic side whenever I need a love story pick me up.

Lauren is a single mum, stuggling to make ends meet. She is living on her father-in-laws farm, teaches organic farming at the college and runs a stall on the farmers market.
It is at the farmers market that she meets Miles - she likes him, but once she finds out who he really is and what he represents, can they have a future together?

This is my first book by the author and it seems to be part of a series. It was a small town romance between two people who live in a small town. But I did not really enjoy it. Largely I think its because I did not like the lead female, Lauren.

She is a single mother and she lives with her Father In Law who kinda sucks. He is mean and grumpy but he is all she has besides her daughter. She is also going to school and trying to get her life together while she lives on his farm.

She ends up meeting Miles at a farmers market and decides to not trust him because he works for a company trying to buy her father in laws house/ranch. I did like Miles a lot. He is a sweet and thoughtful guy who falls into instalust with Lauren and instalove with her daughter.
