Immigrant by TJ Phull was a very dark book with too many twists. The lead character was not very impressive to me. There was too much helplessness displayed by the character. I personally like strong female characters. It is an entertaining book but definitely not my kind. The detailing if pretty good and the setting of the novel is interesting.
I felt sympathetic towards the lead character at the initial few pages of the book but later on, I really think she dealt the whole situation in a strange way which I didn't approve of. Interesting but definitely not my type of book.
