This book is stunning – I was completely hooked from start to finish and I loved every page!

The plot is excellent, I loved the suspense the author builds up and the twists as the story develops are superb. The characters are well developed and they work brilliantly within the plot. It is all very well craved and the execution of the book is spot on.

I do love a good psychological thriller and this is one of the best I have read in 2018 – I love a book that keeps me guessing and this one definitely did that!

No hesitation in giving this one 5 stars – very highly recommended!!

This book grabbed me from the second I picked it up until I reached its surprising conclusion.
Just when you think you might have insight into what actually happened? Well, be prepared for it not to be who you think. In short, it's the perfect, fast-paced read and very well worth your time.

This book had me gripped from the very beginning. I thought I knew who was the guilty party but I was so wrong. Excellent book. Highly recommended

When i started this book, I couldn’t remember what the synopsis had said but it quickly became apparent that this wasn’t my kind of book. In what universe does someone learn they’re pregnant, can’t remember having sex and berate the doctor because they’re clearly not pregnant, but then do two pregnancy tests from a pharmacy and suddenly you believe it? It’s just so unrealistic.

This could have been so interesting, if Abby was a half decent character, but this just seemed too out there, and the way she acted to learning she was possibly raped was like it hadn’t even happened, I would freak out so hard if I found out I was pregnant and couldn’t recall the night it happened and Abby decided the best way to go was to randomly accuse her friends and random people of sleeping with her.

Abby goes for a Doctors check up to discover she is two months pregnant bu5 has no memory of having sex with anyone. She does remember that she was very drunk at her friend Danny’s New year eve party. She thinks it must be someone at the party who had sex with her so she enlists Danny’s help to go through the guest list.
Abby also has to decide what to do with her pregnancy.
I really enjoyed this story and, although at first I thought I had guessed the ending, I was completely wrong.
Will definitely look out for the next book by this author.

Horrified that someone would of taken advantage of her intoxicated state, Abby enlists the help of Danny to find out which of the party guests assaulted her. But, when she starts to receive anonymous messages, it seems that while she has been looking for the father of her party, someone has been watching her.

What a read! This book is very cleverly-written and honestly terrified me! Even though my heart was pounding throughout, and the whole read gave me spine-chilling goosebumps, I just couldn't put it down! I found myself being drawn in to the story immediately from the very first sentence, while at the the same time, being completely scared for the main character and what she was going through.
And that reveal?!? I was constantly guessing throughout and I still didn't see that ending coming even though the clues are there!!! Definitely a book I highly recommend but don't expect to sleep anytime soon..... Looking forward to reading more from this author!!!!

This is an amazing psychological thriller with an ending you will never see coming, Highly addictive, it clutches you from the first few pages. You think you know what happened and then realize you are wrong. You just can’t put it down once you start. It is definitely one sitting read!

I would recommend this book to anyone. If you don’t love mysteries or thrillers, you will after you read this one! 5/5 stars

This book was quite intense. Abigail finds out that she is pregnant even though she don't remember anything. So, the hunt for the truth begins and she is suspecting everybody from the New Years Eve party.

Great premise and decent story. It drags in the middle as Abby interrogates every person that attended a New Year’s Eve party. It was a bit silly when the list held 12 men (it was talked about as though it was a rager) and since one of the hosts was gay that list would be even smaller. Also, the 2 week time period of possible conception wouldn’t be such a red flag. That amount of time is so minuscule over the course of a pregnancy it would hardly be discernible never mind glaring...

I was so curious to see how this plays out that I slogged through. I thought I figured it out a few times but I was wrong. It was clever how the shadow of doubt was thrown on so many of the characters. The resolution is a decent, though very dark, one. I would check out more by this author.

This really is a brilliant, amazing and throughly gripping debut novel by Karen Cole.
Abby is told by her GP that she is pregnant. She says it is impossible as she has not had sex for over a year! Short of being an immaculate conception, she realises that she must’ve had sex at her friend’s New Years Eve party. She does not remember much about the latter parts of the party.
Abby tries to piece together what happened that night, but is hamperered in the process when she realises someone is watching her movements.
Who is stalking Abby? What is their motivation? Is Abby safe? Will she find out who is the father of her baby?
I highly recommend this book with its brilliant plot line which had me captivated from the outset and on the edge of my set until the end.

When Abby, a young twenty-something, is told by her doctor that she is two months pregnant she is stunned to say the least. She hasn't had sexual intercourse since she broke up with her boyfriend, Ben, over a year ago. She is so insistent that the doctor is mistaken that she takes two pregnancy tests at home only to have her fear confirmed.

She realizes that two months ago was New Years Eve where she attended a party at her best friend Danny's house. She recalls becoming very drunk and knocking back tequila shots the entire night. The problem is she can't really recall much of anything else. This had to of been the night in question and she is sure someone had to of raped her.

Whoever he may be he begins taunting her with anonymous letters, presents, flowers, and text messages. Why would he rape her and then start stalking her?

This book started off well enough and I was intrigued for about the first third of this book. Then it just kind of went off the rails for me. It suffered from severe repetition with each chapter mimicking the last.

Another problem I had was with Abby hunting down every man that went to the New Years Eve party and accusing them of rape. While I feel for her and her predicament I just think that this entire situation could of and would of been handled differently in the "real world". First of all, I wouldn't of hidden my pregnancy from my very close sister by waiting nearly five months to tell her. What? Why? I realize she had lost a baby a couple years prior but if you honestly think you were DRUGGED AND RAPED then I don't think I'd be too worried about hurting my sisters feeling. I just didn't buy how things played out here at all.

I'll admit that through the entire book I had my suspicions of who it was and I was so certain I was right. I was so wrong. The thing is, the culprit, well, that fell a little flat for me too.

While I didn't love this one I also didn't hate this one and I did manage to finish this in a day without wanting to DNF so 3 stars it is!

A very scary and unnerving novel to read.

While reading it, I felt a growing sense of unease and I was really eager to find out what had actually happened. The book is greatly written and has really believable characters that just jump off the page,

If you enjoy dark thrillers, this is the book for you!

What an amazing debut novel! I was completely hooked from the first chapter. After splitting up from her boyfriend Abby moves back home and moves in with her sister and brother in law. After feeling unwell Abby visits the Drs who stuns her with the news that she is pregnant. She then realises that this must have happened at a New Year’s Eve party held at her friend Danny’s house. But she has no recollection of sleeping with anyone. She enrols Danny’s help to find out what really did happen that night. Was she drugged and raped? Danny draws up a list of potential fathers from the party. As they start going through this list Abby starts receiving flowers and messages from someone who must be the father as he knows a lot of intimate things about her.
This is a very clever plot. I was positive that I had guessed the father’s identity but no, after so many twists and turns, I was left completely shocked. This is a brilliant psychologicalthriller that you must read, highly recommended.

Oh my goodness! Deliver Me is so scary, my heart was pounding reading this! I tried so many times to guess what was going on and how it would end but I did not see that ending coming! Oh my it was shocking! I just couldn't stop thinking about it! I felt so scared and panicked for Abby, it was her worst nightmare coming true.

Unfortunately someone knew she was trying to track down her attacker and started to receive threatening notes and gifts to her home

Abigail`s older sister Ellie a GP had lost her own baby in childbirth and was overjoyed she was pregnant. However Abigail planned to have her baby adopted and had already chosen the couple who would adopt the child. Ellie and her husband Rob wanted to adopt the baby but Abigail was reluctant to do that because she would always be reminder of the attack.

I drawn into this book from the shocking prologue and had to find out Abigail had got into this situation. I liked Abigail but I thought she was fool hardy trying to find her attacker on her own. I liked her best friend Danny and his nerdy flat mate Mark who I thought was secretly in love with her. Although Ellie did didn't want Abigail to adopt the baby I understood why she felt like that when she lost her own baby.

This was brilliant book with plenty of red herrings to keep you on your toes. The ending completely shocked me it was not what I was expecting.

Deliver Me was Karen Cole`s debut thriller, I look forward to her next book

Oh my word, what a book!!
Abby goes to her doctor and finds out she is pregnant. The last time she had sex was over a year ago so how can that be. The only thing she can think of is that she drank so much alcohol on New Years Eve and someone took advantage of her.
The only way Abby can find out what happened is to retrace her footsteps, speak to people who were at the same party and try and put all the pieces together.
This book had me fooled from the get go. I thought I knew what happened to Abby but Karen Cole proved me wrong.

She cannot afford to. Her sister, Ellie, had given birth to a stillborn baby a couple years ago and she wants to adopt the baby, but Abby wants to give the baby to another family. She feels being around the baby will be difficult for her to handle.

As she gets closer to her delivery date, strange things happen that frighten her and she worries for herself and the baby. Ellie has gone missing and no one knows where she is. Where is she? Is Abby herself in danger? Who is the father of the child she is carrying?

There is a very surprising ending to this book and quite scary as well. I enjoyed it immensely and know other readers will as well.

I really enjoyed this book!  It really made me think about how Abby was feeling as I'm sure many of us have had the odd night where we don't remember much!  Just imagine finding out your pregnant, knowing that you can't possibly be because you haven't had sex and then realising that the one night you can't remember in the last year is the NYE party which MUST be the night when you conceived.....but you don't remember it so don't know who the father is.......!

The story follows Abby trying to learn what she got up to the night of the party and who could have taken advantage of her in her sorry state.  I found myself accusing numerous people throughout the book, convincing myself that it was right each time and was still shocked by the ending!

Cole has a way with writing that really gets you feeling the emotions of the characters and feeling like you know them.  I felt the full range of emotions throughout as you also learn about Abby's sister and the sad times she has experienced after losing her baby; trying to understand how she must be feeling too.

The is a fast-paced, exciting psychological thriller with twists and turns that will keep you turning those pages! Most definitely worth a read!
