I absolutely adore novels that are set in Greece, so when I saw the title and the cover I jumped at the chance to request it! It was intriguing and drew you straight in from the start, wondering what this novel is going to be about. It's a book that I couldn't put down and just found really interesting and well written.

The setting was stunning, the characters were relatable and overall it was just a lovely, sunshiney read - with a few twists to keep you entertained!

This story starts with a husband deserting his wife and two year old daughter, leaving them without warning but with a mountain of debts they knew nothing about. Jump forward seven years and that’s when the rest of the story takes place, focussing on that same mother, Leah, and her nine year old daughter, Rosie. They have started a travel blog together and are becoming well known for giving reviews of holiday destinations and travel products.

This is a heartwarming contemporary romance about facing up to fears, moving forward to find new friendship and romance when you least have expect it. However, don’t expect everything to go smoothly for anyone concerned. There’s more than one romance in this story where being honest with everyone is the key to a potentially happy future. Rosie is a credit to Leah, a sparky, polite and friendly youngster, more mature than many nine year olds.

There are great descriptions of places they visit, people they meet and even food they get to eat. The whole journey is brought to life, with all the obstacles, secrets and worries along the way. There are special people to meet, including Leah’s parents, Harrison, Daniel and Bella. I particularly enjoyed reading about exploring Athens - I definitely want to go visit there again, especially after reading about some of the places Leah and Rosie get to visit there. This is a heartwarming contemporary romance that I enjoyed escaping into and hope you will, too.

It was a lovely read from beginning to end. Well written and full of sunshine and happiness. A great book to brighten a dull winters day

I enjoyed reading this book. However, there were a few things that did not ring true to me. I was not sure the purpose of her twin sister, since she made no effort to find her. Especially after they find out she has been out there on her own for so long. There were times, I thought the story lagged but it was worth reading to the end.

This was an story that truly highlights the blogging trend of traveling. I love the strength of Leah's character, a strong woman determined to love and care for her daughter.

Not quite what I expected, but better. It sounds like the usual 'romance' but it is more than that.
Leah is a travel blogger, a job that I didnt know existed! She has a very grown up nine year old daughter, Rosie, who often joins her on the paid trips, where she reviews hotels etc. She is gaining in popularity all the time.
When she is invited to Greece to review a hotel complex, she meets somone who will become an important part of her life., and his daughter.
The book explores so much of the human character, the passions, the rejections which affect Leah's life. The interactions betweenher ex husband, her daughter, parents and the new man in her life are extremely interesting.
Leah knows what she wants and needs in the next stage of her life and somehow has to make Daniel understand this.
I did like the delightful friend met on the plane, in whom she confides and discusses both their lives.
