This was an enjoyable 2nd chance story and I really liked it. It felt too long, it would have made a great novella but Grace and Reed got together fast and they pretty much moved in together right away. So alot of the end of the story I felt was boring. It was well written and I did enjoy it but I felt the issues they had were brushed to the side.

One of the prime issues is that Grace lives in NY and Reed likes locally. And Grace produces Broadway plays so its not like she can move. Reed is a builder so its not like he can move his jobs either. The two fall into love again very fast and they essentially move in together but the real issue is how will they make it work and I did not feel the story really answered that well.

Its avery light reading story and the hot scenes are not included. I liked all the characters and look forward to more.

This is Reed and Grace book, Grace returns home to teach a screenplay writing class and Reed is one of Michigan leading historical preservation expert until he catches his girlfriend cheating in bed with his business partner!! He cuts ties and returns home to run his uncle's business. A chance meeting with Grace, his first love, stirs up all kinds of old feelings! This was a good story very well written but not really my kind of read! I did read this is the authors alter ego, the sweet one but it's just to sweet for me! Lol thank you Netgalley and the publishers for sharing this book with me!
