Stoker is different from what I normally read, but I decided to try something different. The story is good with the wagon train and description of the West. Overall, however, I couldn't connect with this story. I think fans of western fiction will enjoy this one. Thanks to NetGalley for an arc in exchange for an honest review.

Stoker
By Dick Warburton So

I'm only part way through this book I can tell you it had me from the first page. The writer Dick Warburton gift for writing is one you see very rarely, it's almost like it's a poem his words flow like flowers in the wind a beauty you don't come across often. I can tell this is going to be one of those books you can't put down and yet you never want them to end. I was so impressed with the writing that I looked up to see if there were other book by the author and I could not find any so I assume it's his first. Very very well done the attention for details even if it's the sweat trickling down your spine. I am going to add more feedback later when I am finished ...I'd say this is a book you do not want to miss it's already a 10 star for me

Stoker was a thrilling adventurous read. I absolutely love reading Western stories and this one did not disappoint. I would love for there to be a sequel and I think the author was talented in creating an atmosphere that was memorable and intriguing. I highly recommend this book to fans of the Wild West and want an exciting read.
