A book for your little tech addicts, to help them at least sometimes step away from their phones & do something different!

I liked that it wasn't anti-phones, and did discuss how useful they can be, but at the same time the book gets you to question why you're using your phone, and how often, and how it makes you feel, so making you (hopefully!) a more conscious user.
It includes a variety of methods, such as visualisation & mindfulness, word association, memory tricks, mapping & is full of positive-thinking quotes from various celebrities. The quotes were a bit much for me, to be honest, but I am not the target audience & my tween daughter would love them.

The book is designed to be interactive, with lots of design features to encourage you to draw and write and boost creativity. I was reviewing a Kindle copy, so it's tricky to know how effective this part is, but the prompts seemed interesting & engaging, so I'm sure their execution on the printed page is very good.

A nice little book for children with phones, who need a nudge to try living back in the real world, away from the screen, every now and then. Their parents might even pick up a tip or two as well!

A rather confusing guide. Seemed to be geared to adults, but with minor tweaks I think this could be much more accessible.
Timely reminder to step away from devices. Some easy practical suggestions for alternatives, but if someone finds it so difficult to put away their device I can’t see this book changing anything.
