5☆ Feel Good Rom Com with plenty of juicy twists and turns!

I had the pleasure of reading all four wonderful parts to this book, then I read them altogether in the one book and I loved it!

Anna has recently split up with her Ex, just when she thought she could get over him, he takes a job working at her work place making things even more awkward.

But Anna has a new co worker and he is very Handsome and willing to help Anna with her Ex boyfriend.

Anna's best friend Sophie is also infatuated with the new co worker Hudson, but she's married, heavily pregnant and mum to some unruly children. On the surface her marriage looks solid, but cracks start to form and she can no longer take it.

There is so much I want to say about this gem of a book, but don't want to risk giving anything away.

Loud moments, exciting Twists and Turns.
It's a story of second chances, Family drama, relationships, friendships, decisions and secrets.

The Characters are endearing likeable, well developed and as the story progresses they become more relatable and I was rooting for them to find their happy ending.
There are plenty of juicy twists and turns and sub plots that weave together seamlessly, compelling me to keep reading.

I'm a big fan of Bella's books and Walk in Wildflower Park is another Gem of a book I didn't want to put down, so much so I read it twice!

I struggled a little at the beginning with two main female characters, but soon got into it. Strong stories with great twists and turns towards the end, which had me gripped. A great read - and loved Maurice!!

A sweet story although a little disjointed. Some fun characters particularly the cat! Loved the idea of the private park but some of the other elements seemed too good to be true. Felt a little flat at times

Having read that it was previously published in 4 parts, this now makes sense as to why it felt disjointed. Perhaps some editing or additional paragraphs would bring it together.

All in all a pleasant read but it didn’t rock my world!!

Wildflower Park tells the story of two friends Anna and Sophie. Anna has just been dumped by her fiance and is looking for a fresh start. She moves to a charming neighbourhood close to Wildflower Park, where her friend and colleague, Sophie lives.

Sophie is a married mom of two with a third baby on the way. Her kids are a constant source of stress—her husband, Dave is no help either and always irritates her. His nonchalant attitude makes her question if she really married the right man.

Enter Hudson, a charming, mysterious American and a new colleague who has been assigned to work with Anna on a project. Sophie thinks she has a huge crush on him. Or maybe it’s just her raging hormones. Anna disagrees with his ideas and they don’t get along. She can’t help rolling her eyes whenever Sophie brings him up in their conversation.

Their boss, Roberta assigns Anna and Hudson the task of organizing a morale-boosting event for the staff to motivate them and strengthen their bond as a team. Shortly after the team arrive at the rustic farmhouse Anna arranged for their stay, Roberta shows up with a stranger. She introduces this newcomer to the team as a consultant will be working with them for the next three months. Anna is furious when she finds out this person is. Her anger is somewhat tempered by the fact that Hudson shares Anna sentiments and this somewhat clears the tension between them which they had when they first met.

And who's her mystery texter who ends his messages with a C?

Wildflower Park is a fun read which I enjoyed immensely. I like the author’s writing style. The characters are realistic and believable. I liked the camaraderie between Anna and Sophie and I found the office drama and dialogues between the coworkers entertaining. I could easily picture myself in the office setting and the park. This is my first book by the author and I can’t wait to read more of her books. Highly recommend!

After a broken engagement Anna goes the route of a single life. She overcomes personal problems on the way as she grows as a person and finds love on the way. A well written and readable story

Anna’s engagement is over, and she decides life without men is the way forward. Moving into a new flat with its own private park is a step in the right direction. There, she plans and schemes with her best friend Sophie, mother of two and pregnant with a third, whose life is not what she imagined.

A difficult male colleague who threatens Anna’s career provides the initial conflict and humour. There’s also a mystery texter who makes her wonder if she’s really sworn off men, and her ex refusing to stay out of her life. The wildflower park is a source of solace as Anna faces her past and tries to forge a future she can live with.

Ambition, angst, conflict, humour and romance are major themes in this story

As the story progresses, Anna’s relationship problems continue. Liam her ex, seems to be regretting his decision, but does she really want to go there again? Hudson is an enigma and proves a supportive friend, and the face behind the text is revealed.

There are some interesting twists in this book, which alter Anna’s perception of certain people in her life. There are many laugh-out-loud moments, especially for those who have looked after young children.

The characters develop in a pleasing way. The plot deepens but still keeps its secrets the end.

Heavily pregnant Sophie’s life implodes. Her story has the perfect mix of emotion and humour, especially when, Sophie and Anna discuss the state of her marriage.
There are some touching scenes with Bill, humour with Maurice(the cat) and Anna wonders if she really is cut out for the single life.

Anna undergoes significant character development in this story. Illustrated by scenes with her ex Liam, Hudson, her attractive work colleague, and Connor, the man she met by mistake. She’s in a quandary, should she hold out for her soulmate, settle for what’s available, or go it alone?

A new opportunity forces her to face her past fears. Then, the story takes a darker turn. Even though like me, you may have suspected this development, the clues are there, the final events are suspenseful and menacing, and give this story another unexpected dimension. adding depth and interest.

Anna’s character develops further as the actions of others and changes in her career make her face her demons. I love this character and it’s good to see her discovering her true self. Sophie’s story is also resolved in a satisfying way, and she provides her share of angst and laughter as the story draws to a close.

Romance isn’t neglected, Anna finally realises where her heart lies but she faces significant conflict before she finds her true soulmate and her happy-ever-after.

This is a lovely, contemporary story about family, friends and career, with romance, humour and mystery, a very enjoyable read.

I loved this book and couldn't put it down! I had to know what was going to happen, and who Anna was going to choose!

Anna and Liam are engaged. The story starts with Liam wanting a break. Anna thinks he wants a "break from it all" and suggests somewhere they can go vacation. What he really means (and says) is that he wants a break from her. She's devastated.

Some time later, Anna has found herself a place, work is not all she wanted. There is a merger going on, and the company has brought on an American counterpart for the two of them to work on the project of merging things. His name is Hudson and she can't stand him!

The company has also brought in a specialist to work out how the transition will go smoothly, and decide what positions need to be transitioned out. The challenge is, this specialist is the one and only Liam, who has broken up with the new girlfriend, and wants to get back together with Anna. He implies to his mother, who still goes to lunch with Anna's mother, that things are going great with them, and they will be reuniting soon.

In the meantime, Anna has been receiving texts from someone. His name is Connor, and Anna has met up with him a few times. It all started with Connor as an incorrect text. Connor was texting a friend, but accidentally texted Anna's number. She responded so he knew his friend didn't get the text. They ended up continuing the texting conversation, and decided to meet.

I have enjoyed this book, and am sure you will too!

This was about two friends who live near Wildflower Park. Anna is single and her friend Sophie is married with two children and soon to have a third. Anna and Sophie both work for the same insurance company which has just been taken over by another company.
Anna’s love life and working life are a mess. She is lonely at night and decides to rescue a kitten from the Cat Rescue. She feels a connection with a cat named Maurice who is nine years old. Maurice’s previous owner is in a nursing home and could not keep his beloved cat. Anna establishes a friendship with Maurice’s previous owner and takes Maurice for visits to the nursing home.
I loved the characters, especially Maurice the cat.
This is about workplace relationships, romance and friendships.

A great summer read. I found the characters to be well developed, and multi-dimensional. There were lots of twists and turns and multiple sub-plots to keep you engaged and interested in the outcome.

With a year until the big day. Liam decides to call it quits on their engagement and their future wedding leaving Anna to find somewhere to live. Which lucky for her, she stumbled upon a home in Wildflower park (does anyone else love it when the title of the book is included somewhere in the story?)
Wildflower park is a private park for the residents surrounding it (literally have to use a access card to gain entry!) Also, Anna’s friend and co-worker Sophie happens to live in the same area and can always go there for a gossip and moan. It’s mainly Sophie doing the moaning as she has two children with one on the way, a husband who does nothing to help out and she is fed up.

Anna’s life seems to be on the up, but when Hudson, her new colleague joins (who is catching the attention of the women in the office) starts to undermine her and her suggestions/ideas, she soon feels like she is going to get anywhere fast.

Also, she’s been receiving mysterious texts from someone nicknamed ‘C’. They started out as the wrong number, but now they’re more friendly and could this become a new relationship? I know it’s a happy book, but with the texts from ‘C’ I’m getting Pretty Little Liars vibes (I’m literally watching it whilst typing this review!)

Fast forward to the team building weekend, Anna has even more reason to be annoyed as the person who has been brought into the manage the team for the weekend and the next three months (something to make them work better and sort out weaknesses) is no other than Liam, Yep the ex-fiancee. This chapter also had my favourite quote of the book and even of the year of reading so far: “I’m no cactus expert, but I recognise a prick when I see one”

After one wrong question one night on the weekend away, Liam then decides Anna and Hudson are dating, so the pair of them decide to fake date.

Like many of Osborne’s stories that I’ve read, there are several different plots happening at once. Here we have Anna, purportedly the star of the show, with her best friend Sophie, Anna is newly arrived in the community that surrounds Wildflower Park, and as a resident, she has access to the grounds, flowers, peace and serenity. A serenity that is much needed as she’s reeling from the end of her last relationship, and has decided to dedicate herself to work: particularly appropriate as they are undergoing a reorganization and amalgamation and she’s the team head for her group’s functions. While things are stable for Anna, or mostly so, Sophie and her husband are going through a rough patch – she’s pregnant with their third child, her other two are loud, boisterous, messy and simply kids, while her husband tunes out with gaming on the telly and heading out to work with a “you’ve always managed this’ sort of attitude. With the upheavals at work and her general emotional state, she’s relying on her long term friendship with Anna more and more, and Anna is feeling very ‘put in the middle’.

But with a boss who tends to misquote and misapply her own version of “uplifting quotes’ and the concern about the work reorganization, Anna is faced with Hudson, an American from the other branch, brought on to do the job Anna was thinking she had. Instantly she’s feeling very put upon, and Hudson’s good looks and Sophie’s insta-crush on him don’t help. Soon Anna is feeling the struggle at work and with her own lonliness at home, a random wrong number text, her ex back in her life wanting another go, and nightmares from an accident at Uni and the compounded grief about her sister’s death many years ago, and Anna is pulled in several directions: including talking Sophie off the ledge when she questions everything about her life, what she thought it would be, and what she’s got.

Full of moments to laugh and empathize with, the story often delves into situations that feel very dire until they wrap up. With threatened stalker-like violent behavior from one of the three men vying for her attention, Anna’s refusal to step into her fears and deal with them, along with a serious chip on her shoulder about Hudson and the ease with which the teams have accepted him have her off kilter. But, add in one underpants-stealing giant rescue cat, the obvious and palpable friendships and emotions and a bit of happy ever after as Anna dives in and faces her fears, the story is easy to read and perfect for the beach.

I thought this was a lovely read. I really liked the characters of Anna and her friends, who came across as really down to earth.

With regards to the romance side and being romanced by 3 men, it becomes clear pretty early on that only 2 of them are being seen in any romantic light.

This was a wonderful feel good read, I really really enjoyed all the fun and laughter between friends and love between both friends and family. I got totally drawn in and would love to live there!!

Another lovely read by author Bella Osborne.
We follow the stories of Anna, a newly single woman who feels like she can never find the right man, and is hiding a few of her own secrets, and Sophie, her married friend, who is pregnant and suffering her own worries.
After moving into a place of her own, Anna begins to settle into her life for one, peppered with adventures with Sophie and her family in the wildflower park that they live near.
The story is seasoned with not one, not two, but three prospective love interests for Anna, and a few twists and turns that were definitely unexpected!
And Sophie? I could relate to her, as a working, married mother, not sure whether this was the life she had agreed upon, instead, questioning her decisions to settle with the situation she has found herself in.
An easy read, with romance, a bit of mystery and some great laughs too.

A walk in Wildflower Park will not disappoint! A lovely flowing book and a perfect summer read. I enjoyed this book from cover to cover and it will get you hooked from the first page.

This really is a warm and humorous book. Anna and Sophie are best friends who work together and live close together in houses with access to Wildflower Park. Sophie is married, has two children and is pregnant. All of which Anna had hoped to be by now, but she's still single, despite her best efforts. When Hudson comes on the scene there are some endearing changes to both their - and Anna's ex's life.

Then there's Connor. Anna has gone from swearing off men to being chased by three. But will any of them catch her.

Anna’s past has always haunted her meaning she has stopped drinking and is scared of heights. She is shocked when her Fiancé Liam drops the bomb that he doesn’t want to be with her meaning she is starting over in her new flat, which backs onto the beautiful private gardens of Wildflower Park. She works with her best friend, Sophie who is juggling two wild children and her husband who isn’t much better. This story is filled with day-to-day adventures of Anna and her friend plus a lot of work happenings. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. I loved this book!! There are so many twists and turns you don’t see coming throughout this book.
This is a really strong story, which contains both likeable and hilarious characters. This is a story of the strength of friendship which I think most people can relate to. This is my first book by @bellaosborneauthor , already I can’t wait to read more..
