Angela has just started her new job and has to leave her little Alice for the first time for so long. Sure, Alex is a great dad, but well, you know... mum is a mum, right? However, she's full of enthusiasm and actually happy to go out. Then Jenny invites her to a press trip to Hawaii and Angela is torn - it would be great to travel there with the whole gang, but what would Alex say? He says, go! She will miss her daughter but how can she miss on the opportunity of some free days paid trip to Hawaii, all inclusive? Sun, sea, best friends, what could go wrong?
Well, it's Angela we're talking about, there is much that can go wrong...

It was so, so great to be back with Angela and the whole gang, even with Cici. It was actually Angela at her best and I loved how easily and lovely she took to motherhood, how relaxed she was in fact, even though, as it turns out, juggling being a mum and being back to work is not as easy as she has thought it may be. Then there is also the fact of joining a mother - baby group that sounds much more like Mafia than your normal coffee - klatsch. She's up to her eyeballs creating the new website and then she lets Jenny to convince her to travel with her, and some other friends, to Hawaii - typical Angela, no? However, Angela plus Jenny plus Louisa plus James, put together on a beautiful island, in a luxury villa can only mean troubles, and what follows is a hilarious, funny but also poignant story of friendship - full of scenes that you'll never going to forget. Yes, I mean horse riding for example.

We have Angela, Jenny, Lou and Alex go through so much in all the books, we have travelled around the world, have seen brilliant places, and first of all, we have seen Angela, growing, facing her worst enemies, getting herself into many troubles and then getting back on her feet again. We have shared tears, laughter, all the ups and downs and taken Angela and the rest to our hearts. "I Heart" by Lindsay Kelk will stay one of the most recognisable, remarkable and unforgettable series. Ever.

I love Lindsey Kelk's writing style. It's chatty, it's light - hearted but it's also filled with feelings and emotions, and it's a perfect mix. I have laughed out loud, I've cried, I rolled my eyes, I gasped and not only when reading "I Heart Hawaii" but all the other previous books as well. It was such a brilliant, crazy journey that brought so much happy hours. Actually, it took me a long time after I finished reading the book to write this review because I thought that it will be so final then. It's like an end of the era, saying goodbye to Angela and Jenny, really. I'm not a very sentimental person when it comes to fiction, sure, I have my favourite series and when they come to an end it makes me sad, but here I can cry crocodile tears as I know I'm going to miss their mis(adventures), antics and embarrassments. However, personally, I think that it is the best end to a much loved series that we could expect and I absolutely loved it, the closure, the full circle, it left me feel very, very satisfied. There is as much humour as in the previous books, but there is also a little more serious tone in this story, which worked perfectly well - the characters do grow up, do mature and they do have different kind of problems. I know this review is a bit enigmatic and not giving away too much but it's deliberately done - I simply want you to read this book for yourself, to love it as much as I did - and I'm sure you're going to! It was Angela and Lindsey Kelk at their best and I can't recommend the book highly enough!

I’ve read all of the books in this series so it was lovely to read this one which rounds it all off. I enjoyed it. It was a quick and lighthearted read and perfect for a summer holiday read

I was very excited to get an advance copy of I Heart Hawaii. I have read every single book in the series, following the lives of Angela and Jenny, living vicariously through their exciting lives in New York. I have loved reading about the two girls and their madcap adventures, however at times I was left wondering whether this book was really needed. Though I enjoyed readng the book, sometimes it felt a bit stale and I missed the freshness of earlier books in the series.

I really didn’t know what to expect with this book as I’ve never read any of the other books in the I heart series. There are seven other books before this one and you don’t need to read any of the others as it is a standalone. The book was enjoyable and had some really funny laugh out loud moments, that most women can associate with. This would be a great easy summer read that you must put on this years summer read list.

Angela Clark is classed as having it all, the sexy hansom husband who’s in a band, a gorgeous baby girl and a new dream job working in media. Angela doesn’t feel as though she has it all, all she’d like would be a few days of blissful sleep.

She hasn’t been back at work long after having baby Alice when her best friend Jenny invites her on a free press weekend trip to Hawaii. Angela doesn’t want to go but ends up going anyway, with the hope of relaxation and plenty of sleep. Things don’t quite turn out that way though.

While Angela is in Hawaii she keeps getting phone calls from the MOB (Mothers of Brooklyn) an elite mothers group, who can help open all sorts of doors for her. If only she would agree to join them, but she is more worried that they are only asking her to join them because of her husband and not because of her own talent and what she can offer them.

During their trip to Hawaii lots of different incidents and accidents happen that will make you laugh out loud and have tears rolling down your face.

Things don’t get any better once Angela gets back to New York, she makes a big mistake costing her best friend her job. Will Angela be able to undo and patch things up with Jenny? A light warmhearted funny book.

Thank you to Harper Collins for my copies of this book. I have both a Netgalley copy and a paperback copy. I am a HUGE fan of Lindsey's work and Angela is one of my favourite characters of all time. So it was with great excitement and sadness that I started this final book of the I Heart Series.

We kick off around 10 months after the end of I Heart Forever. Angela and Alex have been settling into life with their little baby. We begin with Angela preparing for her first day back at work and of course in true Angela style, it does not go as she expects.

Alex is such a great dad and really does raise the bar for real-life men. Alex is so good with his little girl and has always been a pretty much perfect husband. These two really have relationship goals.

Jenny is one of my favourite characters and she was true to her character in this book. Not only did she play the best friend she always has since the two met she also showed her feisty side when she needed to. I am going to miss Jenny and I'm still lobbying for her to have her own full-length book.

This book is full of the typical adventures we have come to expect from Angela and the gang. There were many hilarious antics and laugh out loud moments throughout this book but there were also some real relationship moments. The book was realistic with the characters feelings after some incidents.

Hawaii sounded like bliss and as a Lindsey fan I was screaming about the number of crossovers in this book from not only Lindsey's other books but also from another one of my favourite authors. I'm not telling you who but I squealed when I read that bit!

I loved the ending of this book and I am saddened to say goodbye t these characters but they will always have a special place in my heart. I am looking forward to seeing what Lindsey will bring for us next .

As someone who has read every I Heart book and loved them this book didn't disappoint. Angela's usual high jinks and scrapes had me laughing so hard. It was great to see her evolve into a mother, change how she worked and just generally get on with life. I was pleased that Alex,Alice, Jen, Mason, Erin, Celia and the always awesome James made appearances. What made this book so utterly perfect for me was the fact that Angela knows she has flaws and has finally accepted them. I'm so sad that this is the last I Heart book as they have always made me cry with laughter and appreciate that Lindsey Kelk is a truly astounding author who knows exactly how to keep her readers entertained. I would highly recommend this book to all romance readers.

I LOVE Lindsey Kelk’s books - they’re incredibly easy to read and extremely relatable, especially with the arrival of Alice and the inevitable ‘working mum guilt’. One of my favourite things across all her books is the crossover of different characters from different series - I enjoyed seeing Tess, Bertie and Paige pop up here. I think this is the finale in the ‘I heart’ series and it’s a lovely ending to a great extended story - Angela and Jenny’s adventures have kept me entertained for years, and this instalment is no exception!

I read “I Heart New York” a couple of weeks ago and loved it. Since then I bought all of the following books, zoomed through them and eagerly applied for this one.

These books are definitely an easy read, one to put a smile on your face. They’re not by any means anything deep and meaningful, but they’re undeniably brilliant in the genre.

As soon as Lindsey announced she was bringing another I Hear book out I was like YESSSSS I'm so excited.

Then she said it was going to be the last one and I was like NOOOO *sobs* *sniffles*

The I Heart gang.... I'm really going to miss them all so much.

Angela I want to be her when I grow up. In the first book I Heart New York she found out her then fiancé was cheating on her at her best friends wedding. So she left got on a plane and ended up in New York. It was the BEST thing she ever did. Because she met the most amazing people.. her bestie Jenny and her husband Alex.

Alex ohhhh how much I love that guy. As soon as he came on the scene in the I Heart New York book I was instantly a fan and in love with him. I want to go NY so I can find me an Alex

Jenny hahaha I just can't help but laugh. Her and Angie have been on some of the best adventures ever and have got up to some hilarious things. I'd love a best friend like her.

I loved that other characters from the previous books or another series appearing in the book.

The whole book was so perfect like I cried happy tears at the end when I finished it. It was just everything and more.

I laughed, giggled, said Oh shit this wont end well lol. swooned and yep cried happy tears.

This series is just the most amazing ever. Every single book in this series has a piece of my heart.

Well done Lindsey. It's an end of an era but it was certainly an amazing one xx

Angela has everything - a successful career in New York, a happy marriage, a gorgeous baby daughter- and yet she's sitting alone in her bedroom in her parents UK home. And where does Hawaii come into it?Brilliantly written, all the usual characters are in the story line, it's like putting on a comfy old pair of slippers and its a crying shame this is the last book in the series.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I remember reading the first in this series and loving the easy-going style of Kelk's writing. Having read each of the previous 'I Heart' books in one or two sittings, I forced myself to drag this out for as long as I could as it is the last in the series. I felt as if I was bidding farewell to a friend as I read the final installment of Angela's adventures. It's as good as all those that have come before; there are moments of light-heartedness, humour, emotion and a touch of angst too. I found myself feeling quite tearful during the final pages but it ends in a perfect way. I'm tempted to go back and read the whole series again!

I Heart Hawaii by Lindsey Kelk a five-star read that will make you feel the sunshine. I am saddened to see the end of this great series, It feels almost like I have grown up with Jenny and Angela and the others, I have laughed and cried my way through this series from the beginning with I Heart New York, I don’t think I will be the only one getting emotional over this. This novel has an almost home coming feel to it, all of the characters popping up that will make you smile. As usual there is chaos and drama a plenty, but there are also amazing characters and a compelling story, don’t miss this series, and especially don’t miss this story.

This book was good but not as gripping and page turning as I was expecting. A perfect beach read but I felt there wasn’t any really strong storyline to keep me enthralled.

I've been a fan of the I Heart series for many years and I credit I Heart New York as the book that got me back into reading. I've loved every minute of Angela and Alex's ups and downs and have laughed along, felt their frustrations and sadness as well as been transported to some fabulous destinations along the way.

I Heart Hawaii certainly met my expectations. There was drama, LOL humour and the Hawaiian setting was so vividly described I felt like I was there. Angela is her usual self, causing accidental chaos despite her new level of responsibility, but going to extreme lengths to put it all right again. Kelk's writing is lively and dynamic throughout and it's definitely a read-in-one-sitting adventure.

A perfect conclusion to the series.

Absolutely loved this! So grateful for my wish to be granted.

This seems like it could be two books in one - the contrast of a working mother and then the crazy trip in Hawaii.

I had read a couple of these books before and I think it would be a bit confusing to read as a stand-alone, far too many characters from before.

But this is such a fun read, although throwing things at a couple of characters was needed at times, but that shows how well written this was as I felt very involved in what was going on.

One of my favourite points was referencing the first book, loved it! Very clever!

I absolutely loved this book. Angela is a new mum with a husband and a job and hardly any time for her friends. This is something I can relate to. It follows her as she goes back to work and then on a trip away for 5 days with her friends but away from her baby and husband. Angela tried to realise that she can be all the things she wants to be and follow her dreams. It really is a touching and relatable story.

To be honest as much as I love this series I think it’s run it’s course and this seems to be (don’t quote me on it though) the last book in the series which I think it should be. Angela Clarke has been a great character to follow along with her mad friend Jenny and the rest of the gang. This follows Angela as she takes her first break away from her baby and leaves her in the capable hands of her husband Alex, while she flies off to Hawaii with Jenny and a whole crowd of people.

The story has its classic and very funny lines from all involved and as usual had me laughing along to some of the madness Angela gets herself involved in. But for me there was something missing in this book. There is a strain on the friendship between Ang and Jenny and although this is revealed and resolved later in the book, it felt like Jenny was the missing piece for a lot of this book.

There were some very funny moments during the Hawaii trip and Lindsey Kelk’s humour shines through like magic, but for me I was glad this was wrapped up the way it was and it ended the series well. It was a great way to say goodbye to the gang and leave the way clear for new characters and new books.
