Though this is a fairly short book, I think that makes it easier to read with uncomplicated diet tips but it was helpful and easy to read.

I don't think this was the book for me but others will enjoy.

This is so short that it is more like a pamphlet than a book. I found it to be wildly inaccurate as well. The author recommends 50 g of sugar per meal....what?! I am pretty petite so I would gain a lot of weight if I had that many. There are some other crazy suggestions in the book as well. I studied nutrition in college and I would definitely not recommend this book or guidelines outlined in it.

This was an interesting book. I thought the information presented was well laid out and flowed well. I really enjoyed reading it and want to try and start implementing some of what I read.

Das Buch ist informativ für Menschen, die sich noch nie wirklich mit Ernährung befasst haben. Dann ist dies ein guter Überblick. Ansonsten enthält es keine neuen Erkenntnisse.

An incredibly short, simple book with potentially life-changing suggestions, mainly around how to use hot and cold foods. The key word there is "potentially". This book is so short it fails to fall into any of the accepted camps of science or cookery/diet books. There is no attempt to back up the theories with scientific writing (and no "about the author" to give credence to what is said) but similarly, there is no guidance as to how to put what is suggested into practice with recipes or meal plans. It falls too short for me to recommend.

As a book that may spark an idea, I'd give it a read, but borrowed, not bought. As for shelf space, I'm afraid there is none.

With thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the ARC.

I liked this quick book on how eating hot and cold foods can help with your body's filtration system. I found the 50-500 rule interesting - 50 g sugar with 500 cals per meal - to help optimize your body's functions.

I received this book via Netgalley in return for an honest review.

A new psychological approach to dieting. This ebook will forever change your way of thinking and approaching food. The best part about this diet.....Eat whatever you want, whenever you want. There is a technique to eating that helps constantly filter out bad food, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Most diets are temporary and hard to follow.

Although this is a fairly short book, I think that makes it easier to read. I wouldn't say this was about groundbreaking diet tips or anything but it was helpful and not difficult to read.

Thank you #NetGalley for the ARC of #TheUltraFiltrationDiet

This was very short and concise. I wish the About the Author was something that was mentioned at the beginning so I could know about the person that was writing about the Diet and why they have the experience/knowledge to write this book in the first place.

Overall it had a new spin on dieting and I plan to put these ideas to practice and see how things go. Everything made since and all seemed logical and practical.

Interesting short book on the importance of balancing different food types in order to promote healthy digestion and to enhance the body's method of blood filtration.

Very poor book! Only 33 pages long, poorly written and with little to no evidence to back up the claims. I could not see how the author justified the claims of 'hot' and 'cold' foods. Most of what was presented in the book was basic healthy eating - eg. drink water, but tried to be portrayed as new cutting science. Would not recommend this book to anyone!
