Just when you think you know what you’re about to get with the next book in the excellent Melissa Craig series, you are surprised. The story takes place in a different setting, with different supporting characters. Melissa has previously had a delightful relationship with the police officers on a case,but not so this time. We meet her mother, and her publisher appears out of the wings. Mystery and romance are very much in the air. A very good, relaxing read.
