This was the first book by Dawn O’Porter that I’ve read and it wasn’t what I was expecting.
This book tells the story of different women with different lives and their different life experiences - but also highlights the similarities between them and other females in the book too.

I found it quite a tough story because of the issues being faced by many of the characters. However it was an engrossing read and I read it in a few hours as I wanted to see how the characters’ stories would be developed over the course of the novel.I wasn’t disappointed and would recommend this book to any women out there.

Thank you NetGalley for this prepublication copy.

Loved it! I read it in a day; a hot, lazy, summers day! The main characters were wonderful - 4 brilliant, insecure, strong women. After the first few pages I couldn’t see myself ever liking Ruby, by the end of the book she was my hero! I didn’t think Dawn could top ‘The Cows’ but she’s done it again - a joyous celebration of women...in all shapes, sizes and varying levels of smoothness!
