A nice quick and easy read. It was not infodumped wich some books are and i really enjoyed that. We get to know Charlotte.

A love story you will not be able to put down until the very end,

Behind Red Lips was a fun read with colorful characters. Looking forward to reading more by this author in the future.

It's so difficult to read this kind of story when you don't like and have no affinity for the main character. I just didn't care about Charlotte, what she did or what was going to happen to her.

How do you heal a broken heart when your only confidantes are your diary and a rubber ducky? Running into your crush who reminds you of your lost long love certainly isn't the way

Mostly a light, sweet story. Charlotte is a bit odd, and I don't know if everything is handled perfectly but overall the story is a good read. If you want a light love story this is what you're looking for.

For me, the blurb didn't really match the story.

I didn't like Charlotte, the main character at all.

This is the perfect book to take on vacation. It is a quick read with a sweet love story. Charlotte is a relatable character and I enjoyed getting to know her.

Meet Charlotte, a happy girl, with a nice job, a nice appartment, beautiful skin... And in love with love.
At first sight, she seems to have a great life, but when you get to know her a little bit (if she wants you to know her), you see that not everything is so great.
I loved the way in which the author gives the information bit by bit.
Although I don't personally agree with some definitions, and I think some illnesses shouldn't be treated lightly, not even in literature, I really enjoyed discovering how she reached rock bottom, only to emerge stronger.
I will be on the look for more books by Amy K. smith.

Thank you for the opportunity to read this ARC. To be honest, I didn’t love the book, and I’d prefer not to leave a negative review.

I was hooked from the start with this book! The confident Charlotte and her signature red lipstick! But what you see on the outside isn’t always what’s in the inside!

Charlotte is anxious, afraid and not confident at all, her self worth is so low, but she hides it well, with the help of a bit of alcohol that she keeps hidden in her bag!

When Charlotte comes face to face with her childhood ex-boyfriend she realises that she still likes him, but circumstances keep them apart. She does, however, meet a handsome man who she is drawn to and he likes her, so they head out on a few dates.

One evening it all gets too much and Charlotte breaks down, luckily her friend Andrew rushes round and takes action to help her. She knows she needs help so let’s him in and learns some things about her friend.

It’s funny how life is full of twists, and Charlotte certainly drives down that road a lot, thankfully she has people on her side and one of them is about to make her world a better place to live in.

Not sure what I expected after reading the blurb,but this was not it.I found the story tedious,the dialogue boring and bland,and just kept skimming through the book to find something salvageable,but even the ending did not redeem it.Who is Roger or did I overlook him in all my skimming? Sorry,this one missed the mark for me.

Quick and easy light hearted read.
A sweet and touching love story. Quite funny in parts and a little slow paced I'm other parts. Overall an enjoyable read.

I liked the book cover more than the book.
The cover was what attracted me to this story.
I didn't care much for the story at all.

I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review. This is a touching love story, with many twists and turns. I was attracted to this book by the cover. I found this an ok read but I didn’t feel amazed by it.

Lovely fun read , nice characters and fun story. Pacing felt a bit off at times, but a nice story and didn’t affect it too much.
