I'm a little torn on this book. I would've given it five stars if it had sat more squarely in the "strange fiction" category. I did enjoy it however. The attempts to help patients through traveling to other realities and dimensions was fascinating. If you aren't big on the "strange fiction" genre, you probably won't enjoy this.

This... this was terrible. Truly awful. It's like someone binged on cheese before they went to bed and then decided publish the dream journal they wrote afterwards.

I was provided with a free copy of The Patient Who Thought He Was A Pig and Other Stories in exchange for an honest review by Net Galley. I had a really hard time reading this book. It sounded exciting and interesting, but even with my medical background it was really jumbled. The stories didn't make sense, and after trying for 3 days of starting and stopping I gave up. It is rare that I don't try and finish a book, but this one was just very confusing.

Wow! I was hoping to like this book. This book is hard to follow and it was a disappointing read. One might feel crazy trying to read this.

The strange title/summary of this book appealed to me, but was a little too odd for my liking. Nothing made sense and it was very hard to follow. Didnt make it very far before giving up

It is impossible to review this book because it is impossible to understand. I read about 10% of it and stopped, convinced I was reading the stream of consciousness ramblings of a madman.

I received this book from the publisher and NetGalley as an ARC.
