‘Untamed delights’ is the last book in ‘The Phoenix pack’ series and that made that reading this book was both a bit sad and very excited. Because I have enjoyed this series very much and when you enjoy something the last thing you want is for it to end. But I do think that the writer made the right decision here. Because sometimes a series loses his sparks when it continues too long. It’s important to end it on the right time and I think that now that everyone has find their mate, the timing was just right.

So I started this book with mixed feelings. A part of me was very happy to see how the last of the unmated male in this pack would find his mate but another part of me was also sad to know that this would be the end of the series.

So Dominic, let’s talk about Dominic, the guy who is famous in the pack for his playboy ways and his one liners to the mated females of his pack. After waiting so long for Dominic’s story, I was very curious to see who he would choose for his mate and how his pack mates would tease him about it (because revenge can be so sweet!) and I’m must say that I really, really liked Mila!

Mila was the perfect woman for Dominic. They really balanced each other perfectly, where Dominic was more social and very charming, she was more down to earth and honest. She was just what Dominic and his wolf were looking for. I liked the fact that she didn’t play games with him. It was fun to see how wild and angry Mila’s cat could be and how Dominic managed to calm her. And Mila’s family were just crazy and I loved every scene with them. Again the sex scenes were steamy and the story was told from both POV’s.

One of the many things that I have enjoyed in this series is how that in each story I found new information about how true mating happened or how imprinting worked. Because one of the difficulties about writing a series with a same ‘topic’ in it, is that it can get boring after a while. But that was never the case here! Because of the different perceptive in each book, it never got boring or it never felt repetitive. I loved that!

‘The Phoenix pack’ series is a great paranormal series that I enjoyed immensely and I’m excited and grateful that the writer ended this series with another great book.

This is the final book of the series. I am so happy the author saved Dominic for last. He has been active in every other book and every other HEA. He is sassy and annoying and totally charming. But he has met his match with Mila. She is sassy and strong and her palas cat is vicious. She does not fall for Dominic's cheesy lines and that makes her even more endearing.

I loved seeing both the Mercury and Phoenix packs working together once again. It's like one big family reunion catching up on what everyone is doing. Lots of action and a bit of suspense in this one. Dominic and Mila have an explosive chemistry. Whew! You will need a tall cool drink to get through this one.

The epilogue was the perfect topping to the whole series. LOVED all of it! So happy that there will be a spin off with the Olympus pride. Can't wait for that!

I love every single book in these two series (Mercury and Phoenix) and this newest addition was no exception. I loved all the pay back Dominic for all his terrible pickup lines he has given out through the other books. I loved Mila. She is such a strong character and holds her own agains Dominic. Great book!!

I do so love this series! There’s just the right balance of romance and action, and I do find the whole idea of imprinting so interesting. My only surprise was that there wasn’t more wisecracking at Dom’s expense, given his horrendous flirting beforehand.

I have been waiting for Dominic's book since I first read Feral Sins. From all the characters of Phoenix pack series, Dominic's character intrigued me the most. I always wanted to know what's going inside his head and the person who is hiding behind the playful exterior. And I admit that Ms. Wright surprised me when I got to know him. I was also surprised by the imprinting twist between the main characters. Somewhere in my mind I wanted to know about Dominic's true mate. But Mila was a very strong character and exactly what was Dominic needed in his life. Imprinting helps them to build their relationship slowly and strongly because it was really a new thing for Dominic. The epilogue was awesome. Really excited about the Olympus pride series.

I feel like I have waited for Dominic's book forever and Ms. Wright has not disappointed, she blew it away!!! Ms. Wright has brought back all the characters we love and more. Untamed Delights brings Dominic and pallas cat shifter Mila together. I loved this was not an instant mates but imprinted mates book. I loved the slow build to mating. Dominic is our cheesy pick up lines guy, that does not effect Mila at all. She gives it right back to him. Mila is on a quest to leave her pride after knowing her true mate is with someone else and her comes Dominic to spoil her plans and get what he wants. There is a lot going on in this book that keeps you at the edge of your seat. An event brings the packs and prides together and unites everyone once more (don't want to say what it is to spoil the book). I am sad to see the last book of the series but excited for the next chapter of the Olympus Pride! I hope we see more and more spin offs in the future to see our favorite characters again, maybe the kids! Suzanne Wright is my top favorite author to go to for paranormal reading. Excellent book and one-click purchase here!

Untamed delights is the return to the Phoenix and Mercury packs. This time we have the playboy wolf Dominic falling for Pallas Cat Mila. Who knew one viscous, feisty, dominant cat would be the one to tame the charming wolf.

Mila has her own issues and dealing with Dominic is the last thing she wants to do. She just wants to leave and find happiness and to heal but a bounty, stalker, crazy humans, and extremists are going to make her life turn upside down.

It is a very good book and seriously enjoyed this one.

I have loved this series since the first book! Suzanne Wright writes paranormal (and shape-shifters) so well! Dominic’s story has been a long time coming and I was super excited to get my hands on his book. While I did love Dominic the first half of the book, I felt like he was almost a different character the 2nd half of the book.

Overall it was a good story, but I kind of hoped for more to end this amazing series!!

Seriously this author just keeps getting better. I loved this novel. This novel kept me from everything I was supposed to be doing, I just could not put it down. I loved that I was able to catch up with characters from previous novels and I loved Mila and Dominic. The chemistry between them was so hot. I loved the dialogue and the banter. So good! This novel had it all, it kept me guessing and left me with a smile on my face. I can't wait to see what this author writes next.

An enjoyable close to a great series. I had wanted to see Dom humbled by love, and while he isn't controlled by a mating urge, he's definitely affected by lust. I liked the heroine and thought the situation between them was new for this series. The plot was very natural, never forced, and there wasn't any overwrought drama. It's a great tie in to the next series about the cat pack, and a good way to say goodbye to our favorite characters. We get an epilogue several years in the future which gives us a peek of the happiness the characters will have, and we might see the characters mentioned in other books. This one can be read out of order, but I would suggest starting with book 1 because the whole series is great!

Finally!! Finally we got Dom’s story and I loved it!! He’s still the same dirty line dropping goofball we love but we got depth and more from his character. Mila was great and I loved her Russian uncles and brother. All in all this is everything we’ve come to adore from this author and I love seeing the precious characters pop in and out. That epilogue was awesome too. For lovers of the series this is a must read, newbies go read Trey and Taryns story and work your way here!

Holy cheesy Alpha on a stick!!!

Why do I doubt Ms. Wright? I have never disliked a book of hers as she always brings it!

This was the last installment of the Phoenix Pack series and I loved it. I wasn't sure how Dominic would come across as a mate, and when I saw that the description said they weren't true mates I was unsure how much I would like the story. I should have known better. Ms Wright keeps Dominic's cheesiness but redirects it and shows his inner self which does not disappoint.

I liked that Mila was a unique character and that she had true mate ho didn't recognize her and that she had moved on as much as possible. I liked seeing how that played out in the storyline. Her pride and family made for a great secondary cast with unique personalities...(hint hint - Could be another series?)

Once again the story is full of chances and changes as well as character development. Add in some crazy danger and quirky humor and Ms Wright totally won me over. I cant wait to see what she comes up with next.

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain how I felt about this book. Honestly there were three emotions I felt reading this book:

1. Disappointed

2. Bored

3. Annoyed

I am so, so tired of the “we’re not true mates” plot I really don’t understand why this author keeps doing this. Legit, the main reason I read shifter/werewolf romances is because I love the idea of there being a soul-mate, someone who is your second half and it’s what I used to love about her books too. But these last few books have been so frustrating for me because suddenly the author wants it to be about not being with your one true mate, and with this one she knows who he is but decides she’s going to give him up and not bother which…makes zero sense. If the author’s going to keep going in this path, I’m probably going to stop reading these books.

I didn’t feel connected to Dominic and Mila’s romance at all. Yes the sex scenes are hot but I didn’t believe they were perfect for each other. I feel like they were so interchangeable, meaning I didn’t see or understand what really made Dominic perfect for Mila and vice versa. It could’ve been anyone switched into their roles and I wouldn’t have even noticed or made a difference. Also, this book just felt so boring and drawn out. It certainly didn’t need to be as long as it was. I had to start skimming in the end because I just couldn’t get though more details about this drawn out “who’s trying to kill Mila” sub-plot.

The epilogue was cute but honestly there are so many damn kids that I couldn’t even keep up with who was who’s kid and whatnot. I’m also curious to when this new werewolf series will take place, before or after the epilogue since the epilogue takes place almost 10 years in the future. I’m happy this series is over and while this definitely isn’t a favorite for me, I’ll still hold most of these books close to my heart.

OUTSTANDING... Suzanne Wright tells a story that is easy to put yourself in. You can feel the love grow throughout the book.

Untamed Delights is the final book in the Phoenix Pack Series (a single tear slides down my face). I have waited a long time to read Dominic's story and Ms. Wright didn't hold any punches! I found myself giggling at Dominic's cheesy lines and nodding when he'd met his match in Mila. I enjoyed the characters, which have been rich with depth from the first novel I read from Wright. The writing is consistent with the other books of the series and lures you into the shifter world, allowing you to "see" everything unfold before your eyes. The pacing was perfect. The dilemma that the main characters faced was uniquely theirs. I liked the mystery that trailed through the story and left me with an open mouth near the end. It was great to have all the characters make appearances and I felt that the ending really brought closure to a well written, well thought out series. I am a fan of S.W.'s writing and look forward to anything she writes in the future.

The problem I have with Suzanne wright is I can't pick a favorite book, favorite hero, favorite heroine, or favorite joke. I love all her books. The hero was PERFECT. I love that Domonic didn't make Mila look like a fragile woman. He protected her, and was possessive but he didn't smother her, didn't take her choices from her. I like that. Also your heroines are awesome as well. They are fierce, and just as possessive and protective as the heros. They are not weak and they are smart and funny. Mila didn't let anyone walk over her, and shes basically surrounded by men. Shes down to earth. I hate when other authors try to write heroines as strong and independent in one chapter but the next so weak and in need of the hero in the next chapter. Ugh, that's so aggravating. All the females in every book have been strong, fierce independent women through all their books. Not just in the first chapter. I also really love the humor, I laughed so many times reading this book. The climax, the villains, the setting, everything was A+++ As always. I also liked that you shocked me with the villain. I was really shocked. Im really good at knowing who the bad guys are before the end of the book/movie when they are revealed. When you can shock me I love you even more. I also love the concept of imprinting. Especially for Domonic. True mates is awesome but since Jesse story I was totally with imprinting. It's like the ultimate choice. Domonic story was very touching. Its one of the reasons I'm glad Mila isnt his true mate and she chose him over not just her true mate but also over her arranged marriage. When you are technically forced to be a substitute for someone else instead of yourself, you were never really picked or shown how important you are so I liked that Mila picked him, forsaken everyone else. This book is A++++++++++++++++++++ 10/5 stars.

This has to be my favorite in the series. Perfect way to wrap it up. Hope to see a spin off with the kids.

We're at the end of the Phoenix Pack series and I've been waiting for Dom's book for a long time! Who was going to tame the guy who loves to throw around corny one-liners and cause other mated H's to want to skin him alive? Honestly, I'm a bit surprised he managed to live long enough to get his own book! ;) The H and h in this book are not true mates (not a spoiler since it's in the book blurb) and that's how the book starts. The h is going crazy because her true mate imprinted on someone else and she feels betrayed. At first, I wasn't a fan of that angle because you know there's this other perfect person for them out there, but Suzanne Wright was able to convince me it was the right way to go with their interactions, how they developed their relationship and how she dealt with that part of the storyline. Spoiler, but not really, because you know there's an HEA: My only gripe with this story is how the bond snapped into place when there's a possibility of death via battle injury. This seems a bit repetitive from the other books and I wish something else would trigger the bond, but otherwise, loved the story and it's a good ending to the series.

I’m so torn! I loved this book but I’m so very sad that this series is now over! I absolutely adore Dominic and I was super excited for his story finally... and I wasn’t disappointed. He and Mila are perfect together and the story kept me hooked the whole way through. I sincerely hope we see more of these characters reappearing in other books down the track!
