I absolutely loved this book! I was sow excited that Dominic finally found the one and loved the guys paying him back with cheesy lines!! The only bad thing is the series is over, and it is my favorite shifter series ever! I can’t wait to see what Wright has next!

I am a huge fan of shifter books, and I have a read a lot of them. The allure of these books, for me, is the mates chosen by fate. I love the idea of a soul mate.... somebody, that is made especially for you. But most of the shifter books out there, are very juvenile. Unfortunately, this book also felt the same as the other crappy books out there.

I really, really wanted to like this book. Suzanne Wright has a wonderful way with words, and she writes without a flaw.

But I feel that her plots leave a lot to be desired.

Suzanne Wright has the best back stories and best beginnings. I simply love the blurbs on her books. I become excited to read the books, and then somewhere, 1/3rd way, it all crashes down.

The largest problem I had with this book, was the imprinting over fated mates. I understand imprinting when the fated mates are dead, or they are criminals or evil.... but choosing imprinting over fated mate, just for the hell of it, makes no sense to me. Fated mates are supposed to better, in all sense, than the imprinting pair. But in this book, there are more couples introduced that are imprinted, than the actual mated couples. .

Everyone is imprinting here and there. And unnecessarily, hurting a lot of different people out there. Even if the imprinted couple was in love, and if one of them found a true mate, wouldn't the other person want what is best for them. Especially, if the true mate is supposed to be your cousin. And in this case, both Adele and Joel have true mates out there. Why would they chose to be in the relationship and hurt their mates, when love for their true mates is suppose to be far more powerful than for their imprinted mates?

Other thing that bothers me is the instant love Dominic feels for Mila. Why? She is not his true mate. There could be attraction, yes. But love?

And there are quite a few discrepancies and contradictions. The inconsistencies in the story and the characters bother me a lot! There are few plot holes in there too.

I didn't really like Mila or Dominic. Dominic is too obsessive, possesive and insesitive. Mila on the other hand, is conflicted, weak and cowardly. When I don't like the main characters, the story seems to fall apart for me. In the last few pages, the story seemed to stretch on....

Also, there were so many cliches and stereotypes introduced, that, at few places, I felt like I was in a soap opera... Like, guy friends whose sole purpose is to make the mates jealous, jealous, slutty exes, assassins, lots and lots of misunderstandings, extremists groups that are trying to kill random wolves etc... These elements are introduced to bring in the element of drama! But it felt overdone to me....

In conclusion, I would recommend this book to Wright fans, but I don't think it is for everyone.

I have been waiting for Dominics book since I first read feral sins..All I got to say is that she does it again.Dominic and Mila were perfect for each other.I loved how Mila gave Dominic a run for his money and fought for her,and I loved how she always understood him and he was always
her choice, which he needed to feel that from her.I don't want to say to much and give anything away from this story. I highly recommend this book.

Perfect way to round up the series. Suzanne did Dominic so much justice with his story. Wonderful interactions, humour and love. As always, plot twists and action throughout the book. I’m not one for rehashing the plot so give yourself a treat and buy this book and devour it. Beautiful epilogue which rounds up this series.

I tried my hardest to read this book as slow as possible because I did not want this series to end. But alas it must and we end it with everyone’s favourite cheesy flirt Dominic and Pallas cat Mila. If you’ve been a fan of this series from book one then you have been waiting impatiently for Dominic’s book and Suzanne Wright doesn’t disappoint us. Dominic stays true to his character while showing us many new layers. Mila is the perfect match for Dominic, she’s strong and independent but still has a vulnerability to her that she feels safe only showing Dominic. And I love her reactions whenever Dominic uses one of his cheesy lines on her. I also really liked that they weren’t truemates, it was really nice how they completely chose each other in every way.
Absolutely loved the epilogue even though it signalled the end of one of my favourite series. Looking forward to my next Suzanne Wright book!

4.25/5 stars

Really enjoyed this final installation in the Phoenix pack series. I've grown to love these wolves so much.

So excited that Wright is going to write a series about the pallas cats pride! They are adorably vicious and I love it.

Overall, this book was well-paced and the romance great. No significant typos and I felt like Dominic was just the right wolf for this series to end with. Also, the epilogue was satisfying!

The crazy ex gfs well...not so great but it felt on par for a Wright book. Lol just once I'd like for an ex bed buddy to be normal and ok with her ex moving on but well....some of these psychos reminded me of Meryl from BLL LOL.

All in all, a fantastic reader and I think long-time fans of the Phoenix pack series will enjoy this final book (and those cheesy one-liners haha).

Wolf-shifter Dominic Black and pallas-cat-shifter Mila Devereaux forged their own present and their future by imprinting. Ironically, their true mates were not meant for them.

Dominic is by far my favourite male character in the series. His notoriously cringy, deliberately cheesy lines are so hilarious, it makes reading such a pleasure. Mila is a feisty go-getter. She's beautiful with a voice of an angel. Their mutual attraction went beyond the physical. They built complementary trust and eventually mend each other's hearts.

Suzanne Wright's social consciousness bleeds into her stories. She writes interesting family saga; provocative humans (& shifters) disagreements and interactions. Her stories also reflect peoples' prejudices, the resilience of human spirit and love everlasting.

This series ends on a high note. I thoroughly enjoyed the sensual, crazy and exciting characters. The gripping action-packed scenes and also their fascinating mountain abode.

This series is definitely a keeper. I can't recommend this enough. Five stars.

I received an advanced reader's copy of Untamed Delights by Suzanne Wright from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I have read other novels by Suzanne Wright previously so I did have high expectations for a solid read and, happily, was not let down by Untamed Delights!

Overall, I enjoyed this novel and I found it to be well written and the plot was fast paced. The primary characters' romantic start was a hilarious bar meeting (where all great romances begin), and their banter throughout the novel constantly made me laugh out loud. Add that to the hot steamy scenes, an entertaining plot, and equally strong secondary characters and it was just a good, fun read.

While I did love this book I was disappointed in the amount of telling vs showing. I’m not used to Suzanne Wright books being not detailed like that. I love that Dominic found someone like Mila, but I was bothered by how the pack continued to treat Dominic despite knowing in part pieces of the real him. I didn’t like how they made him out like this lady’s man. Also the issues with the past fling that was crazy. Mila is a great person for Dominic. I completely understood exact,y why Dominic felt the way he did about mates and such. Honestly though I kept hoping that Mila and Dominic were true mates, but on the flip side Dominic ends up loving the relationship as it is. I loved seeing Dominic come out of his shell but also be possessive. Allowing someone to become important to him,

Overall this was a great book, but I find myself still wanting more time with the packs! I hope there will still be more.

Finally cheeky Dominic gets his own HEA!! Dominic has been a strong character in the previous books in the Phoenix Pack books,,, but that is mainly because he is driving the newly mated males crazy with his cheesy come-ons.

I am so glad that when he finally met his match, she was just that his match! Mila gives him a run for his money in the sass department, but like Dominic she is a strong character

I can’t believe that we are at the end of the road in The Phoenix Pack Series. And what a fantastic journey it has been.

Mila Devereaux and Pallas cat is contemplating an arranged mating and moving all the way to Russia. Her cat is peeved and needs healing but going all the way to Russia seems a bit extreme. But a certain wolf will get in her way.

I really liked Mila, SW once again gives us an awesome and kickarse heroine and yet not the same cookie cutter that you would expect after all 8 books.

Dominik “Lothario” Black his second name says it all really. He has his reasons and he never led the women on he was always straight up front about everything. But sometimes for me personally it was hard to read about all his conquests. He is the last wolf standing in the Phoenix Pack.

Good thing Mila is so sure about herself and has good self-confidence.

I also really liked Dominik there is a darker side to him but sometimes I wasn’t always on board with his opinions and attitude. He can charm a nun out of her habit. He is the master of every situation and strong and for me an alpha-hole.

These two sure do have chemistry and at the beginning I felt that was all they had. Mila sure did make him work for it though so there is that. I think these two did suit one another.

SW never writes boring plots and it always unique, entertaining and like being part of a family. Here once again it was no different. The pace was perfect in this one so no complaints from me there.

In the end I can say that this series has had great development it never felt stagnate in any way or form. A must read for every single book. So if you haven’t started the series you are missing out.
The last book in the Mercury Pack shall be out this year and then the next Dark in You. What else are you going to bring us SW?

I enjoyed this book and was excited to finally see Dominic met his match. I Liked seeing his mate stand up and turn his cheesy pick up lines back on him. Their story followed the typical format of a nondescripts not forming until people were near death, but that was expected. I enjoyed how the characters stayed true to themselves, yet compromised to make their relationship work. I also loved the epilogue, so we could seesaw everyone's family turned out, even through it was bittersweet.

This book was everything. Funny, sexy and action packed. I love the shifter in this series. This was so satisfying and full of awesome characters.

Mila and Dom were not who I was expecting for each other but they really feel perfect. They're not true my
mates but that doesn't always matter in this universe. Dom has really grown since we first met him. He's still a silly man child but he can also be serious at times.

I really love the books in this series but often have to be in the mood for them. The author has a template for the books in which the hero tends to be annoying and the heroine gives him an appropriate nickname. With the first in the series, I thought the nickname was cute. Ie Flintstone, Popeye. You get the idea. With each subsequent book and nickname, I think it's less cute. It's actually my major issue with the series. I don't mind a nickname if it fits. But not every woman is going to nickname their guy, especially these strange or silly nicknames. I feel the author found something that worked and never thought to go beyond that. Because of this opinion, I usually have to wait awhile before I can read the next book or reread the series. Does this effect my review. Yes, I'm taking 1 star away from an otherwise wonderful book because the nicknames knock me out of the plot. It's a personal opinion and one you may not agree with. I still very much recommend the series and the book. You will love the authors unique take on shifters.

Dominic was always the funny guy who lifted the mood in bad situations. Until this book we didn't get to see what kind of circumstances made him put on such a mask. I really liked how he opens up through the book.
Mila is an independent cat shifter that doesn't need a man in her life but once Dominic sets his eyes on her the hunt begins.
This is another amazing story in the Pohoenix Pac series and sadly it is the final one. We get to see all our beloved characters again and a little something extra at the end, which you're going to love.
I recommend this book to all paranormal romance lover, you can never go wrong with Suzanne Wright's books

What a great finale book! I have been a huge fan of this series since the first book and I am a little sad to see it end. I know the characters will be making cameos in her other series but I will miss their stories. Luckily I can re-read them whenever I want.

This book is about Dominic, the last Enforcer of the pack that hasn't mated. Throughout all the books he has been a comic relief character with corny lines and always happy to bounce from woman to woman with no interest in anything long term. We find out so much about his character that was never even hinted at before, for reasons that make sense, and I loved how his story played out. We get all the characters from the Phoenix Pack that we know and love plus more characters are introduced that I believe will be in a later series.

I really enjoyed how this book was so different from the others. All the enforcers have found love in different ways and Dominic is no different. When he meets Mila he thinks at first it will be his usual one night stand deal. When she quickly r=turns him down he has to re-evaluate his plan. It was a lot of fun to watch them circle each other before they finally get together. There is a lot of time spent with the characters, building their relationship and growing together. They each are fighting their own demons and have to lean on each other a bit.

Overall I was not disappointed in this series conclusion. I am looking forward to reading more in this world with new shifters.

Untamed Delights is bittersweet. Being in the Phoenix Pack world for so long, I'm really sad to see it end. Suzanne Wright did leave the best for last though. Dominic has been a favorite from the start. With his constant dirty pick up lines to his huge heart that he has for the pack. I was glad to see him find his mate, and a kickass one at that.

Dominic has always had the jovial, happy exterior. But he's let his true self slip through a few times. He broke my heart with all that he'd been through. I understand him now more than ever though. Mila is kickass. I truly loved her a lot. Not only is she physically strong, she is also mentally strong. While her previous few months, before meeting Dominic, was pure hell and torture. she pushed through it and handled it with grace. These two couldn't have been more perfect for each other.

Suzanne Wright has always been a top favorite author of mine. Untamed Delights shows why. Her writing is perfect. Her characters relatable, even though they are supernatural. Her world is addicting. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to one of my all time favorite series'.

I’m so glad we finally got Dominic’s book. He’s a much deeper, layered character then expected since in all the other books he was always portrayed as a jokester. The author always writes strong heroines and this was no exception. Another great book in the series!

I don’t know if it was because I had such high expectations/excitement for Dominic’s book, but I felt this book let me down. I still thoroughly enjoyed the book, don’t get me wrong. I did feel like the action was a bit all over the place, but I liked that it was different than the previous books. It wasn’t a predictable book. I loved the Russian ineteractions. And kind of wished Ally and Mila could’ve had an interaction. Since we know Ally speaks Russian. I completely forgot about Greta and almost choked on her reaction towards Mila. This book was good. I think I just was so excited to finally read it that I got my hopes up. I think I’ll read it again and see what my thoughts are afterwards. Overall I love all of Suzanne Wright’s stories and will continue to read each and every one. I would definitely say do not read this as a stand alone book and start from the beginning.
