I’m so glad Dominic finally got his book. This was a very good ending to the series and I will miss this series very much!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!!!

I have read every book in this series and am sad to see it end but I will say the author definitely went out with a bang. The characters felt genuine, the dialogue was her usual blend of witty and emotional and the complicated back story of both leads made for a very rich read.

This is the one PNR series that I recommend to everybody because even though it's about werewolves and other super natural creatures - ultimately it's about friendship and love.

I was so delighted to obtain an ARC from NetGalley.
❤🧡❤🧡❤
I have been eagerly awaiting this book and it had absolutely no problems at all living up to my expectations. 👍
Will be writing a totally non-objective review very soon.😋

4.5++ stars.
Suzanne Wright is one of those few authors that I will drop whatever I am currently reading or about to start in favor of reading her latest release. This book being a case in point. I have a tendency to devour her books only coming up for air when I reach the final pages.

I know many readers have probably wondered how she would portray Dominic's story in this, the last of the Phoenix Pack series and she totally nailed it IMO. So true to character.

Dominic has directed many cheesy pick-up lines towards the female love interests of his male pack-mates over the last seven books so it is no surprise to find out here that they are all more than happy to return the favor once he becomes involved with Mila (a cat shifter and hands down one of SW's best female characters ever- absolutely adored her).
The fact that they weren't true mates only made their relationship more special in my opinion and I really loved them together. Sigh!!!

Though Suzannes Wright's books do tend to follow a set and distinct formula storywise which I also personally enjoy, I really felt that the relationship between these two was the shining star here and the action took a little bit more of a backseat for me.

I would definitely be a lot sadder about this final Phoenix Pack story if Suzanne didn't have another wolf shifter series that she is still currently adding on to (The Mercury Pack) plus there is also going to be another "Dark in You" series release in July. Yippee!!!
I totally see rereads in my future though.

Suzanne Wright delivers another winner in her Phoenix Pack series. This novel is filled with just the right amount of action, suspense, humor, and love. It explores the fated mates trope with a new twist. Great read!

5 stars

Everyone's favourite naughty wolf shifter finally got his own book! And who would have guessed that the adorable, cheesy goofball that is Dominic had more layers than a 10 layer chocolate cake?!Or that his mate would be a cutely vicious pallas cat?!

I don't know why I thought that Dominic's book would be more lighthearted and cheesy. Maybe because he is the King of cheesy pick up lines and has throughout 7 books been the one to tease and infuriate his pack mates, the one that made them smile. So, when I got more layers than I expected I was literally ecstatic! He is not the one dimensional horny cheeseball we know but so much more. We saw so many sides of him in this book that his image has been forever changed in my mind. And I loved it! And to top it all off SW made him into an awesome dirty talker too! That was like the frosting on an already delectable cake.

His chosen mate, a pallas cat shifter Mila Devereaux was the most subtle of perfect matches. Their compatibility and suitableness wasn't in your face but rather unfolded during the book. And despite me tending to like the true matches more, I can't deny that in this book SW made me love the imprinted couples so much more. Mila is part of the pallas cat pack we met in Madisyns book (Echoes of Fire, The Mercury Pack #4) and we got to see a lot more of them in this one. So much more that I really hope we get a spin-off for them. Or the other side of her family, the Russian wolverines.

Their getting together wasn't instant and I loved that too. They both had issues and both had to chose to be with each other. And of course SW doesn't make it easy on either of them. Add a crazy fling and her delusional father from Dominic's past and Mila's true mate that has imprinted on someone else and everything takes on a dangerous edge.

I think I'm running out of words to say how much I love this author and her storytelling. Her formula is fantastic and is always a winner for me. I cannot recommend her enough. From this series to her Dark In You series and Deep In Your Veins she has continually surprised and pleased me. I'm sad that we got to the end of the Phoenix Pack series but we got a lovely epilogue. Also I'm sure that I will love whatever she decides to write next.

I was given an ARC by Net galley and the Publisher for an honest review.

On "Untamed Delights", the 8th book in "The Phoenix Pack" series, Mila and Dominic are our main characters.

Mila is phallus cat who works at the family barber shop by day and sings at the velvet lounge that is owned by the mercury pack .She is going through some things and is conflicted because she has met her destined mate who already has imprinted on someone else. Mila has to make a decision if she can stay and watch her destined mate carry on with another or leave the pack and enter a arrange mating suggested by her uncle..
Mila is strong, kick ass woman and is perfect for Dominic who never judged him on his past and gave him the love ,understanding and patience which is exactly what he needed.

Dominic is the Phoenix pack enforcer, Joker, outrageous flirt and lover of cheesy lines. Most of the males of wrights books go through some thing traumatic in their life which makes them what they are and that too has shaped Dominic in a way, He has a deep rooted issues that make him wary of any relationships and was surprised by his possessiveness and his need to be with her which did cause some back and forth for them along with Mila's need to keep her distance since she knew of his reputation.

There was a bit of suspense added in the mix and some issues that popped up for both Mila and Dominic but they as a unit faced these challenges and come out better at the end. This story started out great but fell a little flat where the mystery was concerned. We get to see most of the mercury pack along with the phoenix pack in this book with the added introduction of most of Olympus clan that we will be hopefully seeing more of in the future.

Ms Wright has finished this book beautifully with a great epilogue to end this part of a series.

Thank you to Net galley and the Publisher for the chance to read this ARC.

As soon as Dominic hit my kindle I dropped whatever I was doing to dive in and start reading.
I was not disappointed. Really liked Dom with Mila and how they balanced each other out. I loved their beginning and how Dom chased Mila since that was new to him.
Untamed Delights has everything I love in Suzanne Wrights books; alpha male, strong heroine, great family dynamics and angst.

Only thing that stopped me from giving Untamed Delights five stars was the over the top drama, sadly it was too much for me.

Otherwise I really enjoyed it, and as always I'm already dying to get my hands on another one of Suzanne Wrights books.

I have been anticipating Dominics book since i first read Feral Sins and i had been counting down the days until i could get my hands on Untamed Delights. But once i had it, i really struggled getting started reading it knowing that this book was the end to a series that i absolutely adore. Plus with how badly i wanted to read this story i had worried how the book would hold up compared to my expectations and i have to say it was so much better than i could ever have imagined. Once i started reading it, I was not able to put it down, i loved it that much!

As always, Suzanne Wright outdid herself with this beautiful story. Throughout this series, Dominic has always been one of my favorite characters, and finally having the opportunity to read his story has been amazing and a fantastic ending to the Phoenix Pack Books. I really enjoyed learning about Dominic's back story, something that has always remained a mystery and it really allowed the reader to understand what makes him tick and act the way he does.

Untamed Delights follows shortly after Echoes of Fire (Bracken & Madisyns story) and is the story of Dominic the remaining unmated Phoenix Pack enforcer and Mila a Pallas Cat shifter from the Olympia pride. Not only did the book beautifully wrap up the Phoenix Pack Series but it offered a fantastic introduction into the crazy world of the Olympia Pride. And for fun we also got to meet an entire new breed of crazy shifters that im hoping we get to read more about...wolverine's!

I found Mila to be perfect for Dominic, she let his many cheesy lines just roll off her and offered the steady presence that he required. While i dont want to give away any details, i will say that they had to fight for their happily ever after and the personal growth and obstacles these characters had to overcome made the story that much more special. Mila and Dominic's relationship is unique to them and really worked in a way we haven't seen before.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romances and especially anyone who is a fan of Suzanne Wrights other books. I rate this 5 out of 5 Stars!!

Suzanne Wright is an extremely talented author who pulls you so deeply into her stories that you just crave more. And she is one of the very few authors that i can honestly say that not only have i read everything shes published, but ive loved every single book and cant wait to see what else she comes up with.

Full review to be published online in late July.

UNTAMED DELIGHTS is the eighth book in the popular ‘Phoenix Pack’ series by Suzanne Wright. In this book we finally get to delve into what makes Dominic tick and his reasons for being such a relationship-phobe while entertaining tons and tons of women for one-night-stands only. We also meet Mila - a half Russian pallas cat shifter just home from yet another visit to Russia where her mother is from (Who is a wolverine shifter). She works at the family barber shop by day and sings at the velvet lounge on Friday nights (owned by the mercury pack). She’s also kind of dejected because she has to share her pack with her one true mate who has imprinted on her cousin. Her mate has no idea that Mila was made for him and is blissfully in love with another woman but can’t help but always want to be around Mila, and Mila can’t take the close proximity anymore so she is set to enter and arranged mating with someone in Russia. Which means she is also moving despite no one wanting her to go.

One night, as she’s singing, Dominic notices her. Like really notices her. And he’s attracted. But she knows his reputation and wants nothing to do with that. Of course Dominic isn’t deterred and begins to pursue her. But Mila sticks to her guns, not wanting to be a notch on his bedpost. Plus there are a lot of outside characters that are trying to discourage Mila or keep Dominic away.

Another good story in a series that is still holding up well.

For a fan of the whole fated mates trope in paranormal romance, this was wasn't for me. I felt like the author re-wrote the rules and left a lot of gray areas. Dominic is still an amazing character but I was left feeling kind of sad that his fated mate was left hanging in the end. After seeing the repercussions of Adele and Joel's imprinting, things always had that sad melancholy feel to it for me.

It was a good story but it felt like way too much was jammed together and none of it was really all that interesting. I gave it an extra star because if nothing else, stick around for one of the cutest epilogues ever! The whole gang is back and you literally get to see everyone! It was probably my favorite part of the book! An adorable way to end the series.

Finally the one I've been waiting for! Brilliant as always I love this book/series/world it feels real and the characters feel real which is great. With this series you kind of know what to expect if follows a formula but I love it, you go in knowing what to expect but at the same time each story is its own and it keeps me wanting more.

For Dominic's story I'm kind of glad he stayed true to who he has been shown to be in the other books and his background story line just wasn't as predictable as I was imagining it to be so that was nice.

It had a nice wrap up to it that lets you in vision the future of their pack. I know when I read a Suzanne Wright book I'm going to love what I get, It hasn't failed me yet. So I'm excited to finish with the Mercury Pack series and the Dark In You and can't wait to keep an eye out for more!

Awesome read! Dominic and his cheesy lines kept me shaking my head and laughing. The "No sweetheart I just blew you a kiss with my ass" had me laughing out loud. This smoking hot read had me swinging back and forth between the list of possible had guys. So many options but not one I suspected. I love this author's books. She never fails to bring excitement to the table.

I got this free for an honest review from netgalley. I have brought and read the other book in this series as well as the mercury spin off series. If you have read the others I'd highly recommend this book as it is mainly about Dom and his mate Mila. Com pack mates have fun with this as he liked to flirt with there mates before and after there mating. This book was written well and an enjoyable read and would highly recommend it you have read the other books.

I love Suzanne Wright and devour everything she writes. She was my introduction to PNR and the standard I hold most others to. That being said, this one was not my favorite. There was just too much going on. We have OW/OM (multiples), fated mates and not fated mates (multiples), stalkers, assassins, and soooo much more. There didn't need to be so many different plot points and truthfully I was exhausted by them all at the end. The resolutions weren't as satisfying because they were stacked on top of each other. It was just... too much. Due to tying up all of those plot points I thought the book was too long and dragged in places.

It says right in the blurb that the h's fated mate has bonded with someone else but I never thought I'd be sad about it. I didn't feel the coupling was as satisfying because the whole concept of fated mates, your absolute partner for life, is what I read shifter PNR for.

I know this was the final book in the Phoenix Pack series so I can still appreciate all of the OTT situations. It was still Suzanne Wright through and through and that is extremely entertaining! I'm stoked for the new series now so bring it on!

Dominic has been the flirty scene-stealer since book one and I know we have all been waiting for his book with breath bated.

And it was a solid showing.

As all we Wright fans know, Wright follows a fairly specific formula throughout all her Phoenix/Mercury Pack books. And we all know what that formula is. Some readers might be bothered this. They want original story-telling and yadda, yadda, yadda. But you know what I like?

A sure thing.

And every time I open a Wright book, I know I am going to enjoy the crap out of it.

Something I also loved about this specific installment is that, in my opinion, Dominic stayed true to the characterization Wright cultivated for him over the course of the first seven books. Obviously, his cheesy lines became a little more...directed once he got involved with the heroine, but it was still very present.

Something else I really liked about this book also is the fact that Dominic and Mila are not true mates. This is not a spoiler, by the way. It's stated in the blurb and alluded to immediately upon starting. I enjoyed the element of choice and the way life circumstances can affect our opinion of what may or may not be fated.

Anysameshit, if this is the first review of mine on a book from this series and you haven't read some of the...discussion points I alluded to above, I'll just do you a solid and link some of those reviews below for those interested.

I think fans of the series will be pleased with this installment. I am sad to see the end of The Phoenix Pack series (which Wright states this book represents in the author notes). But I look forward to more from <i>The Mercury Pack</i> and <i>Dark in You</i> series.

Sigh, I love Suzanne Wright. I honestly have not read anything of hers I did not love.

And boy, have I been waiting for Dominic's book. I really, really loved it. This book was the culmination of the Phoenix Pack's story, the last enforcer to find his lady love.

I think we all had a huge soft spot for the crazy, outlandishly, cheesy one-liner that is Dominic. It was so good to see the man behind 'the lines'. I was also good to see him finally want to work for something. Dominic was always painted as the easy-going, carefree guy that courted his own death by shamelessly flirting with all his friends' mates. I honestly thought the guys would have gone after him more. In this installment, you finally get to see more of him, see why he is the way he is, and why he acts the way he does. And refreshingly, he doesn't change who he is once we do see more.

Mila is a smokey-voiced Pallas cat shifter who is also part wolverine. I mean, that's almost as badass as being a damn honey badger, lol. Mila works as a barber by day and lounge singer by hobby on weekends. She is so different from who Dominic usually goes for but her voice and stage presence really resonates with Dom.

Mila is suffering because she found her one true mate just as he was beginning to imprint with another. She recognized that he was happy and in love and forced herself to let him go. But her cat cannot forgive. To make matters worse, the happy couple decided to join her pack and the male has inadvertently sought her out, in a friendship platonic sort of way. Mila wants to do the right thing and let him be happy, but her cat wants to scratch his eyes out every time she sees him. Mila's solution was to visit her mother's pack from Russia and have an arranged mating.

Then enters Dominic and throws her world upside down. And, oh boy, this story doesn't end there. Dominic has his own past that keeps trying to come for him as well.

The mystery is layered but plays out wonderfully. I really enjoyed that this did not all occur in 1 week but over a good amount of time.

Can I just say, I loved Mila's family? Her Dad cracked me up! The secondary characters were great. We were introduced to another pack and get to see the Pallas cats again. The Phoenix pack and some of the Mercury pack show, we get an update with who has pups or kits, and how everyone is. Dominic also gets some really good advice from those that went before him, which I found surprising. I really thought they'd let him dangle more. But in all honesty, I find it more endearing that they didn't because it shows what a true family they all are.

This book wonderfully rounded out the series and is an absolute must-read.

For the last book in the Phoenix Pack series, it seems fitting that Dominick would be the last wolf to fall. He's been giving come on lines to all the guys mates, it was time for the player to be get some payback.

I loved Dominick and Mila. I've been wanting to see more depth into Dominicks character since we first met him. For being such a player, he really handled the other women well once he meets Mila.

Mila was an awesome heroine. I absolutely loved how she handled so many situations. She just came off so mature and respectable. She was the perfect mate for Dominick.

There is a lot going on in this book. It's filled to the brim with action and multiple storylines all orbiting around these two. Despite being a lot to deal with, it did show how well these two handled things together. It was also great to see recurring characters.

I have to say I'm pretty sad that this series over, but so thrilled to hear that the author will be giving us glimpses of these characters in a new series she has in the works. I love them so much, I don't want to let them go and I'm excited for the new characters we will get to know.

With this story it’s time to bid a last farewell to the Phoenix Pack that I have followed since the beginning. There’s been changes galore, new Pack members and even new alliances but throughout I could count in two things, firstly Greta will never think any female is good enough for her boys and second that Dominic could be relied on for truly abysmal cheesy lines ! So this book was a total surprise as there’s a whole new side to Dominic that the author explores with insight into just why he’s so carefree and seeing him finally grow enough to trust that Mila could and would totally one hundred percent commit to him was a bittersweet and much needed moment. For this big strong Wolf to have feared he would never be enough to find what he needed was a fabulous way to end this series.
Now I mentioned Mila and she’s not exactly a run of the mill character. She has issues with truly annoying relatives but even more shocking is the fact that her Fated Mate doesn’t want her ! I cannot say more but this story stretches the idea of what is destined and just whether or not free will can change things. Add in the anti Shifter movement that creates problems here and you would expect that the author can rest on her laurels but no because there’s more treachery and deceit at work with attack’s you would never expect and a twist that allows these Predators to show just how bloodthirsty they really are. I can honestly say that the final third of this story was so intense I didn’t want to put it down and sleep. Plus there’s an epilogue that just made me smile although if it’s hot and heavy romance you seek then trust me when I say Dominic is not one to take no for an answer! Definitely much more dominant than I ever expected but that’s what I love about this series because every time I get surprised.
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

A good end to the series. Dominic has always been a ladies’ man. Women fall in and out of his bed easily. It was good that he had to work to get Mila. Looking forward to more Pallas/Wolverine books!

Warning: I am not a robot! I have feelings, thoughts, likes and dislikes and this review is based on that. You should read the book to form your own opinion/thoughts. Read on!

Rating: Super 5 stars

The cover, I just love it, period.

The story, when I received the ARC, I started reading it without seeing the blurb, any excerpt, not a thing, I went in blind. Imagine my surprise when I see that it is Dominic's! I really loved Mila, how they were with each other. I liked reading about Dominic's past. Mila has some enemies, Dominic has too, and both enemies want to hurt Mila as much as they can, even kill her. I believe she is the character that has been closer to death several times in a single book than all the other characters, every time felt real, and it made me seriously think that SW was going to make us watch the death of a character and that this book would be darker but she didn't....or did she?

The romance, Yowza! Dominic does know his way around...sigh...

Milena, she is strong, stubborn but not dumb to let a man walk all over her. She knows how to say what she needs and wants.

Dominic, I really thought that when Dominic got his forever after, that all the males will be more annoying with him or rather with his woman. But, I really loved that we got to see the real him, and not just the playboy. He has a heart of gold.

The ending, this is the last book in the Phoenix Pack!!! Snif snif.. I loved how every couple was mentioned, their futures. Loved Roni's!!

Overall, did I like the book? Nope...I.LOVED.IT, with every beat of my little black heart. Would I recommend it? Absolutely...go ahead, read it, you won't regret it.
