What a gem of a book! It had me laughing all the way through it, and I was continually entertained by the dares and pranks that Logan and Cole dished out to each other from 6th grade through adulthood. It's a great story of learning to love yourself and not make yourself into someone you think you should be. It's a coming of age story and a love story. I loved how it would show snippets of times past as they were growing up... both the funny stories and the heartwarming ones. Shannon Stults really brought her characters to life and made you root for the "happily ever after" ending. I am hoping that Cowboy gets his own story too!

Cole and Logan haven't seen each other for 4 years, but now she is back in town with her fiance.

They have always competed against each other, so when Cole suggests a new bet Logan can't refuse.

Kind of a second chance for them, but will they get together this time round?

I loved Logan's daddy, “of course I did. You’re my baby girl, and I know for a fact you can run his arrogant *** into the ground.” I liked this book, I liked Cole.

This was an incredibly sweet, fun romance. Cole has had a crush on Logan (yes she is a girl) since sixth grade and their relationship turned competitive the day she pushed him off the tree for helping her get her backpack. Since that moment they tortured each other with pranks that never turned spiteful. Things turned romantic in high school but one dare turned to more and fear kept them apart. Logan returns home engaged to another man vowing to leave behind her wild ways but Cole drags her back in challenging her to more dares. I loved how he cares and protects her even while pulling humiliating pranks just to get her attention. The book made me smile.
