Not quite sure where to begin. I thought Love Like Ours would always be my favorite, but Call Her Mine has some how managed to top it! Ben is everything you wanted in the situation he was put in.

Five stars all around!

I decided not to finish this book because I didn't feel a strong connection to the story or characters. I will not be rating it or writing a full review, but I appreciate the opportunity.

What would you do if you were in love with your best friend? Ben and Aurelia are absolutely adorable together. When Ben finds himself suddenly a dad, Aurelia is of course right there to help out, as any best friend would be. After years of being too afraid to take the plunge and admit how they felt for each other, Ben's new baby might be just what they need. Bonding over caring for this new addition is just what they needed to push them over into a new, closer relationship.

Apologies for the late response on this title, and apologies for clogging up an inbox on old titles.

While I am aware it's obvious, I have chosen not to read/review this title.

As always, I appreciate access to titles and look forward to the next one...which I have likely already read based on how long ago this title was published.

Thanks, again.

Ben and Aurelia’s story was one that had me entertained from the very first line. I don’t want to give much away, but the way that Aurelia wakes up on Ben’s couch had me laughing and checking to make sure I was reading the right story!

I love friends to lovers books, and this one was chalk full of surprises, changes, and hot hot moments I really couldn’t put the book down. These two go through a TON together in a very short time, but when they FINALLY get together, it was perfect timing for the two of them.

Loved this story, and love the strength and love between everyone in their lives and family. Highly recommend!

It was really enjoyable and the chemistry between the characters were so adorable and cute.
I do not think they needed the baby in the story, but it was very cute.

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher.

I've read a few Melissa Foster books and have enjoyed them. This one is no exception. She's created the perfect little town with great characters that have been best friends since they were kids. Being besties, however, doesn't mean that they know every little thing about each other.

Ben has kept his feelings for Aurelia hidden pretty well. They both have, actually. Until Aurelia can't take it anymore and decides to move to a neighboring town hoping for a new start.

Just when they open up about their feelings the bottom falls out of their world. A baby is found on Ben's doorstep and no mother in sight. I really like how Aurelia steps up to the plate here. When push comes to shove about the person you love how you react to stressful and unexpected events will show how committed to them you are.

This book is sweet and you will probably read it pretty quickly. I recommend it for your next read.

This was a pretty okay read. But the main conflict of the book was resolved early on in the story, and I lost interest after that. Even though they still had to find B's mom, I really couldn't find myself caring at all about that part of the plot.

Then when they do finally find her, it gets pretty deep, like really deep and by the next chapter was like, okay, the deep part is over and barely has anything to do with us anymore, which left a bad taste in my mouth, even though I know that was not the author's intention.

This book was an okay read but filled with so much fluff and filler that my brain turned off for most of it, lol.

This may be the first book in the Harmony Pointe series, but we have met Ben Dalton in the previous three Sugar Lake books. These stories about three of his sisters gave us a small taster in to his character and the man he is.

Bens story is so good, and beautifully written. The central storyline of Baby B is sweetly and carefully written. I found it very emotional in parts. I adored it :) I'm not sure I've read a book so fast. Definitely one of the best books I've read this year!

I don’t care who you are. You put a Melissa Foster sexy hunk in a book with a newborn baby and there is nothing better in my world! Yum!

I always love the relationships, the sexual tension, the romance, and the love between couples, families, and friends in every Melissa Foster book and Call Her Mine is no different!

I fell in love with the Dalton family long ago and was so happy to get back in touch with them and spend time with that family.

The entire story line reminded me of (and I might be dating myself here) Three Men and a Baby! It had the whole “baby on the door step” vibe as the movie, but rather than help from two other men; Benny Boy had help from Rels.

Their passion… their connection… if only everyone were so lucky to find that and have that forever.

If you love hot, hunky men; romance; and babies – Call Her Mine needs to be on your to be read list!

*Long overdue review
*4 out of 5 stars
*Received this ARC from NetGalley (thank you!)

Best friends Ben and Aurelia unknown to each other that they are in love with each other since they were teenagers. They never acted on their feelings because they assumed that one would not reciprocate. Those are tested when Ben found a baby on his front doorstep and a note saying he is the father. He enlisted the help of Aurelia, and both soon found out that raising a baby is not easy and that the need for each other grew.

I find this story sweet, but it does not have that uniqueness. Friends-to-lovers is indeed predictable. I guess I am looking for a different approach, in-depth storytelling without losing that sweetest or blossoming relationship. Maybe close to reality, yes?

Well this was an interesting introduction to a new group of folks. I can honestly say I am not really into the surprise baby arrives troupe that a lot of stories have been using lately, but this one has an interesting twist of two for sure. Melissa Foster has her ups and downs when it comes to being one of my favorite reads, but this one is right in the middle of the back for me. I liked Ben and Aurelia, but they were both so immature in a lot of ways and when it came to finally admitting to their relationship and accepting that their love for one another was necessary to their future happiness it took entirely too long for my tastes. Ben has been in love with his best friend for years, and she has been in love right back, but neither of them ever admitted it to one another or could seem to see it in the other. Finally, Aurelia has decided it is time to move on and give them both a chance to find happiness, even if not with each other, but then Ben’s life is thrown into complete chaos and he just cannot let her go. Aurelia is determined to be there for Ben, even though she knows it will kill her in the long run, but soon he confront her and tells her the full truth of his needs and wants. And now they are truly together, working to build a life that neither of them ever imagined, but can they truly overcome everything that is in their way in order to enjoy their new found HEA? Ben was a bit disappointing to me, but then I am partial to take-charge alpha guys, but once he finally came to terms with the need to step up and prove to Aurelia that he truly loves and deserves her, I began to respect and enjoy his character much more. Aurelia is a woman with so much emotional turmoil to work through and I valued the way she forced Ben to acknowledge her needs and truly give her all she wanted in order for them to have a future. There was certainly a deep seated and long-repressed need between the two of them that when they finally let it loose was hot and sexy, but the sweetness of their connection was even more amazing to see. I am looking forward to seeing what is next in this series and seeing if it gets even better. Maybe the beginning of another great series in the making, but overall this first in a series was worth every moment and groan of baby grossness to get to the HEA.

This is the story of Ben and Aurelia (Rels) and the first in the Harmony Pointe Series but could also be considered the next book in the Sugar Lake series. Though part of a series, it can certainly be read as a standalone (without reading the Sugar Lake series first) which is what I did. Though, once I finished it, I did go back and read the three Sugar Lake books. Ben is a drop-dead gorgeous bachelor who is not looking to settle down (or so everyone is led to believe) and Aurelia is his best friend. They've known each other since they were kids and are securely in the "friend zone" and is each other's date for family functions/weddings/holidays etc. One morning, after a night of hanging out together, they find a baby girl left on Ben's doorstep with a note attached stating she is Ben's daughter. Ben FREAKS out and thank goodness Aurelia is there to help not only talk him down but to take care of this little bundle. Neither have much experience with an infant this tiny and so begins quite the adventure! The upcoming week turns into doctor visits and getting baby supplies and trying to figure out who the baby's mother is and why she would leave her daughter with Ben with only a note. Aurelia does her best to help all while trying to get her new business up and running. It's a stressful time for both of them and during all the chaos, Ben takes a HUGE step and finally admits to Aurelia his true feelings for her and how he has felt about her for years.

She is shocked but has also secretly been in love with him for years as well. But she wonders and is concerned about his motivation for admitting his feelings at that time (is it only because of her help with the baby?) and also what will happen once they learn, once and for all if the baby truly is his and what the complete story is behind her birth and the mother's reason for leaving her so unexpectedly. Will the stress of getting those answers be too much for their new relationship to survive?

It's a wonderful, wonderful love story - between Ben and his family, Ben and Aurelia, Ben, Aurelia and the new baby girl....you will laugh, possibly shed some tears and cheer out loud and these two, with the help of family and friends, figure out how and if their "new normal" is going to work out. Once you start reading, you will not want to stop! Another fantastic and fun adventure from Melissa Foster and that once again will not disappoint...

I enjoyed Ben and Aurelia's story very much. It brought back the new parents feelings and struggles in vivid but amusing detail. They were a beautiful couple. I cried during the last chapter, but the epilogue had me crying from laughter.

Ben Dalton has always been honest, except where his heart is concerned. He’s been in love with his best friend—saucy, smart-mouthed Aurelia Stark—forever. But Ben’s a planner, and timing has never been on his side. When he finally decides to make his move, Aurelia beats him to the punch with a move of her own—to a different town. Aurelia loves her new life in the charming town of Harmony Pointe. She has a great apartment and her very own bookstore, and best of all, the sinfully hot, commitment-phobic friend she’s crushed on for years is no longer just around the corner. Maybe she’ll finally be able to leave her unrequited love behind and move on...But when a baby is left on Ben’s front porch—a baby that is presumably his—Aurelia is there for him.

Ben is young, rich, smart and good looking. He has been in love with best friend for years, but time was never on his side when it came to tell her how he feels. Aurelia is a smart, beautiful fun loving women who is in love with her best friend. After years of pining after him while he hooked up with several different women, she decides to move away to get a fresh start. Unfortunately she can not seem to stay away when he calls. Add in a baby to the mix and the two have to make some big decisions.

This was my second book by the author and I give it a 4.3 star. The overall story line of the book was good. For me there were parts of the story that dragged a little and that I felt did not add to it. On the other hand there were a lot of likable characters in the book. Both the H and h were very likable. Even with the H initial reaction to finding the baby it did not take away from his overall personality. For me it seemed that the secondary characters were already known probably from previous books. I would like to read each of their stories because even though this seems like a standalone, I believe it will give more insight into the connection between this books characters.

This book made me laugh and made me a little emotional. There was definitely an overall HEA. I would recommend both this book and the author.

Sadly this book didn’t quite hit the spot. Sad but true this book didn’t wow my romance loving heart like this author usually does.

It's hard to resist a book about two friends who fall in love because those are the relationships that I believe make for the hottest romance down the road. And in her usual fashion, Melissa Foster did NOT disappoint! It's a unique twist, though, because it's not every day that a baby is left on a doorstep for someone to jump ship straight into parenthood. I could literally smell that "new baby" smell -- the lotion, the powder....oh, there go my ovaries (again! Thanks Melissa!). Baby Fever!!

But this pair needed the nudge to push them past the imaginary line they've drawn in the sand as the boundary of their relationship. I have to admit, I was extremely impressed by Aurelia's ability to offer a hand with a child that's not hers. That is a true heroine! There were moments where I found myself reminiscing about the first time I became a mother; but what captured my heart was when Ben finally started growing up and becoming the father we all knew he had within himself. He had redeemed his status of "liked" when his nurturing side came alive after his one-night-stand episodes.

And just when I thought I was done with the emotional journey, the final bit takes your breath away. Melissa brings a lot of laughs and fun with an interesting set of characters who leave you anxious to move on to their books. The Harmony Pointe series is going to be quite different -- and I love it!

I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

Ben and Aurelia have been friends for years and they both have feelings for the other one but somehow neither one has been able to figure out the feelings are mutual! Ben believes that Aurelia has had many relationships and she sees him as a player. They've spent many nights together but always as friends and even though Aurelia wants to tell him how she really feels, she's afraid he doesn't feel the same way. After a night together watching movies and falling asleep, they find a baby on the doorstep with a note in the basket. It appears that the baby is Ben's and when they try to figure out who the mother could be, he has to admit to the one night stands he's had. Together they learn to take care of the baby, figure out if the baby really is his and track down the mother. Seeing how they come together and realize just how much they both really care about each other and the baby is filled with laughs and also at times a bit frustrating. Wonderful new series and I can't wait to see what other storylines Ms. Foster will come up with! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Melissa Foster is back again with an amazing read. Call Her Mine is the romance book I didn't know I needed at this very moment. Ben and Aurelia have a story that set me on fire. Can not wait to read it all over again.
