This is a book, about a women who was horrifically attacked and how she deals with the aftermath. I thought this was well written and the emotions realistically portrayed, I enjoyed how the author developed the story and could not stop reading as I kept wanting to find out what happened next. My only slight quibble with the book is that there is an error with the law when it refers to attending court, a very small amount of research would explain the process in order for the author to get the procedure correct, however this error does not detract from a brilliant story. I highly recommend this book although I would give warning for anyone that it could trigger past experiences.

Stalker is a engrossing thriller and a must read thriller. Well written and well developed characters. I would read more by this author.

Confession: I tend to start skimming if the book drags out too much for my taste. However, for Stalker, I devoured every single word. Wow! The suspense, the angst, was an excruciatingly slow burn—understated yet gripping. The interweaving of the two major plot lines was brilliant as they eventually converged together.

This book is a must read.

Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and Gemma Rogers for an ARC of 'Stalker' in exchange for an honest review.
