A fun read for teens (and parents, but sshhh!) - a great guide to navigating the tricky relationships and trials that can come from family. Covering things like why your teenage brain does what it does - and what the heck your parents are thinking - this book offers an insight into the murky waters of subjects like sleep, school and social media, among others.

My young teen read this and after speaking to me about bits of the book I decided to read too. It was a good starter for ten to have conversations with each other. It helped us to see each others point of view and understand how sometimes things I had said could have been worded better.

The cover is what originally appealed to my teen and she found parts funny which helped to lighten what could be a heavy subject.

Great for teens.

A nice book to try and help teenagers try and learn to deal with their parents better, it was entertaining, related well and didn’t patronise, helpful tips that may work at times
