I recieved a copy of this book free fin exchange for an honest review from Net galley. This is more of a journal than a book. Not what I was expecting.

I wanted to love this book asi have been working on my life journey to acceptance and positivity. However, the book didn't really give me any real direction.

Each page was another word acronym with no real notes or direction. It became repetitive and honesty I gave up after a few pages.

I would venture to say that in a hard book this may be a better read as you would be able to sit down and use it a workbook. However overall just not really very informative.

This book was not what I expected at all, there wasn't much to read, and the notes and reflections pages just kept getting repeated constantly in every chapter. The pictures were not brilliant either (they were just repeated too) so you didn't get any treats for the eyes to reflect on. I would be annoyed if I had paid full price for this book. Having said that in hard copy form it might be a bit easier to sit with the book and reflect on the words - even if they were a bit random. Not for me, but I hope someone out there likes it.
