When the book started with testimonials about how good this guy is I had to go look him up. For such a 'successful', 'popular' coach, there is almost nothing about him online. Moving on, I found this book very surface level and woo-y. There's a lot of repetition and I struggled to maintain interest despite how short it is. He glosses over his own successes and his journey and focuses on affirmations for you to repeat to yourself because YOU ARE SO GREAT. Pointless.
