I'm sorry to see that someone else had the same issue with this Kindle version that I did. The length is only 251.2 KB, so there is very little to it. I would have loved to read this!

Due to an error in the file, I was not able to read this book which is a shame as the subject matter is of particular interest.
I did contact NetGalley to report this but have not received a readable copy of the book yet.
