A Cursed Love was full of mystery, romance & some plot twists I did not see coming.
It is a well-written, enjoyable book. & I highly recommend this if you enjoy supernatural romance reads & strong female characters.

I have read a couple of books by Jason Donough . I find he’s a very talented writers who can put so much detail in his books. This one is how two people should love however he feelil its cursed with a touch of fantasy. It’s unique in itself lots like nothing’ I have read before which was a bit unexpected as it’s nothing like the other books I hade read which in some ways I’d better the characters are pretty good then enters a touch of the supernatural. With a strong female . I know it’s sounds all a bit of everything and suppose it is. However a decent read all will become clearer as you read this book do not be put of it’s a journey that as to be taken by both. A half decent read to be honest

Thought this book had a good premise but it was written really badly, didn't get very far into the book before giving up. It was rushed and had no character development.

good idea for a story but badly executed. At some point I pushed myself into finishing it just to see where it was going. It didn’t go anywhere nice. Sloppy ending and an abrupt one. I wouldn’t recommend this title.

I really wanted to like this book but, unfortunately, it wasn't for me. I didn't engage with the characters or the storyline.

This book was not for me. I was disappointed in the writing and felt it contained too many graphic sex scenes. I found the female characters to be strong well-rounded characters. Unfortunately I felt the male characters to be weak, one-dimensional, and unpleasant.

A supernatural romance with well developed characters and some steamy scenes. A great read! I look forward to finding more titles from the author,

I didn't like it. I had high hopes for it and that might be a little bit why i ended up disliking it so much. The character build was so odd? they had flaws, but Reylina went from poor to rich and then it all was just happiness and everything was good. It was just annoying, i tried to read more with the others, but i was sadly bored. But this might be a book for someone else, just not me.

Could not get into this book. The description led me to think it was a different genre of book than what it was actually was.

A Cursed Love is quite unlike anything I've read before. Think, gothic fairytale with a healthy dose of rich language and erotica. I actually wasn't sure I was going to enjoy this title, but as the story developed I did become engrossed. The story begins with Reynilda Walker, a poor young woman who wishes for more. A strange being grants her her wishes to be rich and to find love. The story then moves on to Trinity, a girl who is tricked into marrying a boorish bully. As her and Reynilda's stories become intertwined we are rooting for Trinity to find the happiness she so deserves. A chance meeting with Alice, who in my opinion is the true heroine of this story, takes the story on another twisting path. Ultimately, Trinity finds her true love but she makes the greatest sacrifice in order to be with him. As Death is the granter of wishes there is always a price to pay, but she is able to deceive him and control her own destiny. A thoroughly enjoyable read that is original and somehow compelling reading.

I tried to like this book but gave up. It will appeal to some readers because of the supernatural/romance elements but is not my usual type of genre.

A fantasy supernatural love story that was disjointed and written in a way that I did not engage with the characters at all. I struggled for days and eventually gave up half way through. I am sure some will like this story, but it was not for me

The overall story line was intriguing enough but the details let this book down, so much so I almost aborted half way. Trinity is titled and wealthy and lives with her parents. She is tricked by her "loving" parents into marrying someone unsuitable and cruel. When she tries to run away she falls in love with a stranger - overnight - who might be a ghost. And there is death - which grants 4 wishes with terrible retribution.

So many elements of the story made no sense. All the characters were caricatures, and felt unoriginal. The woman especially were one dimensional and irrational. Their actions made no sense, and I was offended at how they are portrayed - reckless, pathetic, helpless and overwhelmed by lust. When written in the first person, the men fared better and the story felt more believable. The book has potential but it still requires a lot of work.

This book is a supernatural romance.

I like books with strong female characters and this book has two. Trinity and Alice. I like the character growth these two go through.

It also has some steamy sex scenes which were well written.

This book wasn’t for me. I think it needs some work and a fair amount of editing. I just didn’t enjoy it or connect with the characters. I’m sure it’ll be a good read for someone... just not me.

A mixture of fantasy and romance always does a book well in my opinion. Pair that with a supernatural twists and some pretty damn good sex scenes and I really, really enjoyed this one.

It was unlike anything I’ve ever read before and completely unique. It’s also one of those books that starts in the past and based on one persons actions, tells the tale of how those actions can and do shape certain peoples futures.

All in all, a great read.

Absolutely not my bag. I generally love fantasy, but found this a trudge. I didn't warm to any of the characters and was fairly confused by their motivation at times. For me the story dragged.
I'm sure someone will love it but that someone was not me.

I’m sorry to say that this wasn’t for me. It just didn’t convince or interest me at all.

Also it needs a good editor and possibly compressing.
