I really struggled with this.

I found it too complex, with so many names thrown at me that it was difficult to follow.

This was not for me.

Song of Nümenstar is like nothing you've ever read. In the spirit of Dune and Star Wars, it it a wholly unique experience crafted with a deft hand. The story is fast paced and flows well and doesn't patronize the reader with out of place exposition. Billed as the first book in the Daejic series, I can't wait to see where this story goes.

This is a good scifi page-turner with well-crafted characters and an engaging plot. The author shows a lot of talent and imagination, and the book kept me engaged. I look forward to the next installment.
